Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης. Το διαμέρισμα τακτοποιημένο κ καθαρό. Η Σταυρούλα ένας υπέροχος άνθρωπος πάνω απ'όλα, ευγενική, πολύ επικοινωνιακή κ με βοήθησε σε ότι κ αν χρειάστηκα.

Metim is such a wonderful host! Super friendly and very responsive with my questions. He greeted us upon our arrival, which is super lovely. Great location, very clean and was a comfortable stay. We also managed to do our laundry at the accommodation which was awesome. Walking distance to the train station, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Izmir 😊

Excellent apartment, plenty of room for 6 of us, very clean, Korhan helped us out very quickly with any queries. The apartment has terraces on 2 sides, so you can avoid the sun of you prefer, and a really good living room as well. 5 mins walk to the beach, and you can drive / take a bus ( 20 mins) to Ayvalik, an old town further along the coast well worth a visit

Great apartment, wonderful people <3.The apartment has everything, absolutely everything. You can feel like at home. Apartment is close to the metro station, so go anywhere you want is very easy. The view from the balcony is the best in Izmir. I love this balcony. I worked remotely and it was perfect place, the wifi was fast. The owner and her mom is super kind, helpful and gives great recommendations. I highly recommend it! I will come back for sure! Thank you for everything!

Pavlos und Sappho waren großartige Gastgeber. Für unsere Wünsche hatten sie stets ein offenes Ohr. Die Unterkunft war mit allem was nötig ist ausgestattet. Die Elektrogeräte waren voll funktionsfähig und zum Kochen waren alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien vorhanden, um leckere Speisen zuzubereiten. Es war wunderbar ruhig, die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet, alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Zum Einkaufen hat man alles vor der Tür und wenn man ausgehen will, ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Wir können die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.👍🏻😊

Dalya Hanim cok iyi bir ev sahibiydi. Ilk eve girişimizden, evden ayrılınca kadarki süreçte, ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her an, çok kisa sürede iletişime gecebildik. Ev kullanışlı ve cok temizdi. Çarşaflar bembeyaz ve mis kokuluydu. Keza havlular da. Gereğinden fazla yedek havlu ve nevresim vardi 😊 Ayni şekilde mutfak malzemeleri de bol ve yeniydi. Akşam yemekleri için alt kattaki balkon (mutfak/oturma odadaki) cok esintili ve keyifliydi. Ucundan deniz de görüyordu. Bunun dışında üst kat yatak odalarda da ayrı balkonar var. Sineklik olduğundan kapı açık yatilabiliyor. Karaburun rüzgarı gayet yeterli🥰 Esinti olmadığında ise odalardaki klimayı aratmayan pervaneli lambalar en kısıkta yeterli oldu. Buna rağmen odaya taşınabilir vantilatör de bırakılmıştı. Ev cok yeni, zevkle döşenmiş. Tecrübe etmenizi öneririz.

Ezgi çok konforlu, temiz ve tarih kokan bir ev hazırlamıştı bizim için. Her şey önceden düşünülmüş ve erken gelmemize rağmen bize kısa zamanda anahtar teslim edildi. Lokasyon İzmir’in şehir merkezde her yere yürüme mesafesinde ancak gece hayatı çok hareketli olduğu için sakin sesiz konaklama arayanlar için gürültülü olabilir. Bizim için çok keyifli bir deneyimdi tarihi bir Rum evinde konaklamak!

Her şey fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Ev sahipleri çok sıcak kanlı ve misafir perverdi.

We hebben het heel fijn gehad in de vakantiewoning van Mukaddes. Er is genoeg ruimte en je kunt lekker buiten zitten. Het huis ligt vlak bij een doorgaande weg, waardoor je makkelijk de ruime omgeving per auto kunt ontdekken. Het strand is fijn en ligt op loopafstand. Mukaddes is misschien wel de liefste gastvrouw ooit! Ze lacht altijd en overlaadde ons met vers fruit uit eigen tuin. Geweldig!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was even more spacious and beautiful than the pictures. It was peaceful and quiet, yet close to markets, the center, and the beach, an ideal location.The host was amazing, very responsive, kind, and thoughtful. The place had everything we needed, including plenty of plates, glasses, cookware, toilet paper, and tea. The host even brought us freshly ground coffee, which was a lovely touch! One thing to note is that while the place looked clean, it could use a deep cleaning soon, as some areas like doors, walls, and carpets had dust, which triggered my allergies. Also, there’s a cat living in the garden. The host left food for it, and my friend enjoyed feeding it, but as someone with cat allergies, I found its persistent attempts to enter the house challenging. It’d be helpful to mention this in the listing for future guests. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and would absolutely recommend this place to others especially those without cat allergies

The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, always there to assist us with anything we needed. Location is a perfect 10/10! The space itself is super cozy and inviting. we truly felt like we were at home. Would highly recommend!

Bu evi tekrar tekrar tercih etmek benim için artık bir alışkanlık oldu, çünkü her seferinde aynı özen ve konforla karşılaşıyorum. Ev tertemiz, eksiksiz ve her detay düşünülmüş. Kendimi burada her zaman evimde gibi hissediyorum. Ev sahibinin güler yüzlü ve ilgili yaklaşımı da her şeyi daha özel kılıyor. Her şey için tekrar teşekkür ederim, bir sonraki konaklamamı şimdiden iple çekiyorum!

Farklı ülkelerde kalabalık gruplarla yaptığım konaklamalar arasında misafirlerin ihtiyaçlarına bu kadar önem veren az sayıda ev sahibi ile karşılaştım. İleride müsaitlik bulamam diye iyi yorum yapmaya korkacak kadar beğendik diyebiliriz. Ev 8 kişi için mutfak malzemeleri, masa, sandalye, masa oyunlarına kadar tam donanımlıydı. Denize yürüyerek 5dk uzaklıktaydı. Ekim ayı başı olmasına rağmen deniz ve havuzdan faydalanabildik. Etrafta restoranlar ve marketler olduğundan dışarı çıkmak veya eve sipariş vermek mümkündü. Mutlaka tekrar misafir olmayı planlıyoruz. Tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

Çok güzel ve keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Ev çok güzel, hem havuzu hem de evin içindeki dekorasyon gayet güzel ve yeterli. Temizlik ve düzen harikaydı, eve girdiğimiz andan itibaren kendimizi evimizdeymiş gibi hissettik. Mustafa Bey ve Burak Bey kolay ulaşılabilir ve çok nazik ev sahipleriydi. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Tayfun bey son derece dost canlısı birisi. Daire, Ilıca plaja araçla 5 dakikalık mesafede. BIM, A101 ve ŞOK marketler eve çok yakın. Çocuklu aileler icin mükemmel kullanışlı daire. Evde yok yok. Her türlü baharat, mutfak eşyası kqp, kacak vb fazlasıyla var. Mutfak fotoğraftakinden cok daha güzel. Yeni sıfır mobilya ve ankastre var. Mutfak harikaydi. Tv de bedava netflix de seyrettik. Evimizde gibi hissettik. Hiç tereddüt etmeden kiralayabilirsiniz.

Uzun süre konakladım.Ev temiz herşey yeni kaliteli ve çok kullanışlı.Dogalgaz evi her yerini ısıtıyor. Kendi evim gibi bence yeterli her şey mevcut.Merkezi konumda güvenilir bir site.izmir geldigimde Tekrar konaklayacağım.♥️♥️

Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und vom Balkon aus hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Ein Mietwagen ist sehr hilfreich und die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.
