Wendy and Steve were wonderful hosts. The meet and greet was very thoughtful. The space was beautiful and homey, it had everything we needed and more. I might book another stay with them next time we are in the area!

The Sun Mountain Cottage was so cozy, convenient and cute! This is a great location if you’re wanting a mountain view and visiting Garden of The Gods and Pikes Peak. With the chilly nights we got to relax in the hot tub after a day of adventuring, which was the perfect way to vacay! Beth was very responsive and her place was perfect for us:)

I had a great visit in Green Mountain falls. The cottages are right across from Beaver Lake. The hot tub was amazing and there’s a nice restaurant/ bar right across the street. I will definitely be coming back!

Overall we had a great stay here. Rachael was very welcoming and responded right away when I had questions. The hot tub was great to have! The kids loved staying here.

This was a great location as we were attending a conference at the Broadmoor. It was about a 10 minute walk. Everything was great. The only improvement I can suggest is a few more towels.

It was peaceful and perfect place to get away from it all. Definetly a repeat for us.

Me and my fiancé stayed the weekend to celebrate 420 and had a blast. Great location to Old Colo City, Pikes Peak, and other things around. I would recommend staying at James’ house.

This place is super nice. Small and private, with an excellent use of available space. My daughter wants to move in here. :) There is one bedroom that is largely occupied by the huge bed. There is a loft that I had a difficult time getting my kids to leave, and a nice size couch in the living room. As I said, the place is small, but really well thought out. It was perfect for me, my wife, seven year old son, seventeen year old daughter, and our golden retriever. We had some trouble figuring out the air conditioning units and Barbara immediately responded to assist. When we couldn’t figure it out via chat, she came over and fixed it for us. I highly recommend this place. Thanks Barbara!

I want to tell both everyone, and no one, about this place!!!! Easy entry, super private, perfect size to cozy up and get some writing done, a woodburner that loves to work, zero sound by dark, private spaces to sit outside. , Jelena and Marc were dog accommodating too! Our CO wildlife are up close and personal here, so if your puppers are HONESTLY unfamiliar/trained for it, a helpful tip, you should keep a leash on them in the yard. Nature will happen here, year round! Especially with the mule deer paths in the yard! It's glorious to watch mere feet away. A true gem!

This is the spot! Lovely spot and felt right at home. Friend was visiting and is a chef. We had everything we needed to make a meal. Walk right out the door for a night cap. Loved everything about this spot. Spaces were uniquely decorated and clear of clutter! Cool spot. I will be back!

The Bird's Nest was exactly as described. It was cozy and perfect for our stay. We could walk to restaurants and shops. Street parking was easy and we were always able to get the spot right by the gate. Michael provided super clear instructions on how to check in.

What a great little cabin to unwind and relax in and enjoy the lake and beautiful surroundings. The cabin was neat, clean, and cozy. it's not huge, but it's well appointed and would sleep quite a few folks. It's very close to the lake and general store, and just minutes from the boat ramp and good fishing spots. Setting is peaceful and quiet with good parking and great views. Check in and access was easy peasy, and Benjamin's communication was on point. Very responsive. Judging from the movie collection, he's my kind of people. We brought our Starlink, so the no Wi-Fi and low cell signal was no issue at all. There seemed to be good cell signal down by the lake too. Highly recommend this property, and we would stay there again for sure.

It's very small and cozy. Perfect for one or two people looking to explore the town. It's close to downtown and other restaurants. I would recommend this place to others but probably Uber so it's more convenient getting in and out.

We had been there before, so were familiar with everything. It had what we needed: privacy, close to places we wanted to go, cleanliness, creative environment & comparable price to a hotel closer.

This adorable single home was beautiful. Everything was clean, modern but cozy. Did I say clean. Everything from the kitchen sink, pots, pans, dishes, bathroom, towels everything. The place showed that the owners care. I did not feel like someone had just been there. It was like my own place, clean, fresh, decorated beautifully. The lay out is also great. The kitchen looks out onto the living room and it made for a cozy gathering. The back yard was another plus. We spent several hours sitting in the sunny back yard. Although it has one bedroom, it is perfect for a couple or even for 3 due to the sofa bed. We just loved all the touches in this sweet home. We will be staying again. Oh and did I mention the funky restaurants nearby, within walking distance! The area has everything!!!

This a really well-appointed property with a very responsive host, making for a very comfortable and stress-free stay. The outdoor patio area was a big plus! Just perfect for 1-4 people who don't mind sharing a bathroom (door separates toilet/shower from sink area). Great info/instructions on everything in the cottage and local recommendations for hiking and dining. The ice cream shop next door is great as is the deli/sandwich shop across the street. A few other good-looking dining options within walking distance, including a more upscale restaurant. Groceries and liquor store are less than a mile away. Be sure to check out Daryl's artist studio behind the cottage! We will not hesitate to recommend this property to others and to book again if in the area. Jennifer’s home is pristine, extremely nice linens, comfortable beds, comfortable living room furniture, well-stocked kitchen with very nice dishes etc., private, very pleasing decorations, quiet, great dining space, we loved everything about her home. We had a lot of questions we messaged her and she responded more quickly than we could have even hoped for (she went way above and beyond normal expectations in communicating with us and in trying to accommodate us). Secluded gem! Small but cozy. It’s hidden away so it’s quiet for the most part. I personally don’t think it was far from most places. 20-30 mins max. I would definitely stay here again
