Great place, great location, and great host. Great for a family. They were very responsive and great hosts. Walkable to beach and train. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location close to great shopping and restaurants. All of the set amenities were available and having private parking was a great addition to our stay that allowed us to get to the beach and bay fairly easy.

Gary was the perfect host and his place is the perfect escape. elevated with the most stunning view of The Basin, if anyone is looking for a city escape, this place is the perfect option.

This is one of the nicest homes we’ve ever stayed in! Everything has been brilliantly renovated to keep the character of the historic home, and the house itself is very spacious. Everything is styled very well, and this Airbnb is extremely well-stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was very nice. The outdoor space was also very good to have and we enjoyed our time out there. The location is 10/10, extremely close to the beach and wharf but very quiet. Having ducted AC is nothing short of a miracle in Australia, and it’s a huge benefit to this property, especially in the summer. I could not recommend this place enough. The next time we come to Manly, we’ll definitely be staying here!

Very nice place with an exceptional view. Great amenities and everything Evelyn laid out was mentioned in her instructions. Of course the one thing missing was air con but there are fans both ceiling and standing which made it easier for us. Everything was close by including shops and restaurants/pubs in Avalon so that wasn’t an issue. We will be back!!

Stunning view and everything you would want in a summer vacay stay on the northern beaches. The views, are STUNNING both during the day and night and it's super relaxing and has beautifully appointed interiors. The garage access is right at the door step of the entrance (I managed to squeeze in a 4WD) and being on the top floor meant no noise from the neighbours above your floor. Speaking of neighbours,...they are the friendliest Aussies you'll meet. Thank you Julie for going above and beyond to make our stay wonderful and relaxing.

Best Air B&B experience we’ve ever had, perched above the treetops of the nature reserve, at Avalon Horizons.

We hadden een fantastische tijd bij Jamie’s Airbnb! De ruimte was heerlijk licht en ruim, en het was van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals een wasmachine en vaatwasser en kantoorkamer – ideaal voor een zorgeloos verblijf. De locatie is perfect, op een steenworp afstand van Bondi Beach en dicht bij alle winkels, koffietentjes en restaurants. Wij genoten vooral van de ochtendwandeling langs de prachtige kustlijn van Bondi – echt een aanrader! Jamie was een geweldige gastheer. Hij was zeer behulpzaam en communicatief, reageerde snel op al onze vragen en zorgde ervoor dat we ons echt thuis voelden. Het verblijf in Bondi Beach was absoluut een hoogtepunt van onze reis. We zouden het zeker aanraden en hopen in de toekomst nog eens terug te komen!

Lovely top floor apartment, located in a beautiful neighborhood. Well equipped with everything you could need for a family with little ones- Beach toys, umbrellas, cot, high chair, etc. Outdoor balcony was lovely to sit out and have dinner on a warm summers eve. Overall great vibe for a little getaway.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Amazing views from the bedroom upstairs. A fantastic base to explore Bondi.
