Our stay at this beautiful lake house was lovely, Extremely comfortable, with everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding was absolutely beautiful so crisp and clean. The beautiful big Deck out the back with the BBQ was great for afternoons after the beach for a lunch or dinner with the family. A beautiful big yard for the kids to play. A lovely walk to the jetty and water park just up the road. I will definitely be booking again for the future

Phil’s place was lovely. The space was great for us - 7 friends getting away for the weekend. Kitchen is great, outside area is great and bedrooms and bathroom are comfy. The location is very peaceful but close to Smiths Lake and the pub. We would happily stay again.

A perfect place to stop, relax and unwind. The house is well designed to take in the breathtaking views from every room. Loved the day bed and spent hours on the back deck soaking up the valley view and the visits from the friendly local wildlife. The hot tub was a perfect place to kick back with a glass of wine....or two. Jenny was a great host, adding many personal touches to make this an even more wonderful and memorable stay. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Margaret’s place was beautiful and very affordable. The backdrop was incredible and the rain made for a cosy weekend away.

Trevor's home was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped, and herb and vege garden a great assist. Would highly recommend, we could of definitely stayed longer than a week. Plenty to do in Port Macquarie area. Great spot!

We loved the stay at Steve's place and it was very comfortable for a few group of families to have a relaxed time. Also it is a short drive to forster and nearby attractions.

We had an amazing, relaxing family holiday here. Such a gorgeous home that had a lot of character. The front and back of the property was beautifully landscaped. Pool was well maintained and felt very private. We loved the different living spaces. Host was great at communicating with us. We would come again, thank you so much!

We absolutely had the best time here. The property is beyond amazing. The best sunset ever! So much to do, from fishing, crabbing, riding bike around and enjoying the fire at night. Neil is super friendly! Even gave us mud crab that he freshly caught! Communication is amazing! Gayle is super fast at responding. We will be coming back here for sure. Thank you so much

I booked into Paula's place at the last minute. it was clean.. spacious... available on instant book and very easy. great location if you are on a bike... the coast line scenery is spectacular.

Great stay at Blueys. Can’t get much closer to the beach and just a minute walk to the shops and cafes. We had an awesome time thanks Vicki!

Alex was quick to respond and her place was perfect for our family. We had a quick 2 night stay and her accommodation was exactly what we needed. Super clean, beach 1 min walk, and cute coffee shops close by. Would definitely recommend.

Stella and Ian’s place was absolutely gorgeous with high ceilings and beautiful art and rugs creating a cosy but spacious atmosphere. The place was spotless and Stella accommodated us for a last minute booking with late arrival. Thanks for having us.

This accomodation has everything you need for a really comfortable stay. Jackie and Kerry are great hosts and really responsive to question and super helpful. Would thoroughly recommend this place - quiet, comfortable and ideally situated.

Our stay at the Avalon River Retreat was beautiful. My partner and I arrived at Sophies' place in Toms Creek hoping for a relaxing, rural getaway, and we were rewarded with the perfect escape. The property is beautiful, and with more time we could have spent days walking through the differing australian bush landscapes and kayaking down the river. As it was, we spent our time meeting all of Sophies friendly animals, spotting platypus in the river and a stunning day trip to Ellenborough Falls (highly recomend) . The cottage itself was clean, warm and perfectly appointed, with possibly the most comfortable couch ive lounged on. We could have easily spent the whole stay on the couch with a book and the sound of the river and wild brumbies in the clearing below. Sophie was incredibly helpful and easy to deal with. From taking us on a tour of her property on the first day, she was always avaliable for anything we needed, while leaving us to do as we pleased. I cannot recommend high enough

Great cabin located inside the Eaglereach Wilderness retreat. This particular cabin was nice and private, tucked away from the other houses. It had everything we needed for a comfy stay, and enough games to keep our kids entertained on a VERY rainy day! The facilities in the complex are great too: pool, outdoor gym, playground, small dam (for paddling), tennis court and rec room with pool table and ping pong table. A great holiday spot, all within east reach of Sunday. Sensational views too!

I seriously cannot fault this place! It was beautiful, peaceful, the home itself was gorgeous, large and clean. Helen was so lovely and I loved meeting her horses! My border kelpie loved running around the backyard and saying hello to the horses. There were even treats for her and some towels for her wet feet. I got to enjoy the breakfast hamper whilst taking in the beautiful scenery on the back porch. Went to Diamond and Black Head beaches which were just as serene and not a far drive. Spent my last full day enjoying the rain at the house. Even got to see a shooting star on my last night! I would most definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to get away from the city, unwind and just enjoy the peacefulness of the country. Oh and the shower was amazing! Two shower heads, love love love! Overall, 5 stars and would give more if I could! Will definitely be back as soon as I can, I think I’ve found my special getaway spot! We had a wonderful stay at Sugarloaf. The cabin is very well maintained, decorated and came with all the special touches you’d want for a perfect stay. The spa, kangaroo food & provisions including muesli and jams were especially appreciated. The landscaping is also immaculate whilst also being very well integrated into the nature. You can tell the owners really care about this place, especially when you see some other cabins on the same street that are far less well maintained. The only thing that could be improved is to note in the listing that the tap water comes from a tank so has to be filtered before you can drink it. Tim did provide a jug filter but as we had a baby and toddler with us we had to bring a lot of bottled water for drinking / sterilising. He did let me know a couple of days beforehand which was good. Other friends of ours had the same situation in nearby cabins but weren’t told and that left them in a pickle as the shops are a long way away. We’d love to stay again!

The property is of a traditional farmhouse style with modern improvements. We had no issues at the house. Only difficulty was leaving the property due to the heavy rainfall overnight off the back of the recent cyclone. Thankfully we were able to get away with careful driving. Thx Team Kranbach. Would love to come again.

Our stay here in Gloucester was peaceful and super relaxing. Dan reached out by email with detailed and easy to understand instructions which made finding the property super easy, even when we arrived late in the evening while it was dark. The property overlooks the hills and the view in the morning is gorgeous. We had clear skies in the evening so we had a perfect view of the stars. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had no issues preparing our meals, the gas bbq outside was also very handy. During the day the local cows walked by to graze and was a fun sight to see from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again Thanks Dan!

Thank you Eloise and Troy for having us and our two dogs over the Christmas break. Lovely property with everything we needed, a spacious yard for the pups, and Eloise was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Would recommend to anyone looking to get out of the city and be amongst nature for a few days :)

Fantastic place to take the kids and dogs! Plenty of space for the dogs to run - and walking trails in the state forest. The pool is beautiful - like being at a resort! And warm no matter the weather - the kids were in there even in the rain. Cabin is well equipped with everything you could want and the private fire pit was a big hit.
