A beautiful, peaceful, and quiet location. As a group of teens to adults in town for a youth competition, this house accommodated us perfectly. The host responded to any questions in a timely manner throughout our stay. We all agreed that we would absolutely stay again!

Clean, plenty of entertainment, minimal cleaning request for check out. The house is stunning and so is the view of the lake. It is BEAUTIFUL. I would absolutely stay here again.

Really enjoyed this space for our family spring break. There was lots of run, the views were beautiful, the kids had a ton of fun in the pool, and was great for the adults to sit on the porch or by the fire.

We stayed at Pear Tree on our journey from Ohio back to Florida after the funeral of my 22 year old nephew. The home was beautiful and full of charm. It's huge! The lodging accommodations far exceeded any hotel offering at double the price! Our Mini Sheepadoodle Muppet Max enjoyed the property immensely. My teen daughter didn't want to leave. We will be back on our next journey back to Ohio! Thank you for sharing your historic home!

Stunning views and impeccable property! Our family stayed here for a trip to Congaree National Park and found the house to be the perfect launching pad. It was a little chilly for the pool but the huge swim spa was a big hit for adults and kids. No complaints!

It was a great place for our whole family. It checked all the boxes for everyone. Fishing was our #1 box, having the boat dock was wonderful. They didn't have to take the boat in and out of the water everytime they fished. The indoor swimming pool was great for the kids and adults because you didn't have to wait for warm weather. The pool table was fun for all and we could all hang together in the spacious area. The kitchen was large and clean with everything you would need. We all had a great relaxing vacation. Would highly recommend this place! Working with Ingrid was wonderful! She was extremely helpful and was available when we needed her. Would love to check out her other properties. This is a clean little apartment with all the basics included. Our unit had a full kitchen, dining, living room and separate bedroom & full bath. There were multiple ceiling fans & very cold air conditioning, private entrance with a light we could leave on for when we returned. We walked to downtown Lake City for locally owned restaurants and bars, most of the walk down Main Street had sidewalks along with nicely kept homes. We felt safe even walking home at night, and plan to stay in one of the smaller units when we return for the last weekend of Artfields. Johnny was very nice and helpful at check-in.

Terrance's place exceeded my expectations. very cozy ho.e set in a very nice neighborhood. I was in town for a job and stayed 2 weeks. I did not want to leave when my reservation was complete. I would truly recommend this host to anyone. Thank you Terrance for an awesome experience and I will definitely seek you out when I am back in town!

Responsive host by text and phone. Super helpful with the questions I had about parking. The house was clean and everything we used worked as it should. We will be back next year for sure.

Loved the place. Initially booked for a little under two weeks but extended for another two. They responded Quickly, answered any questions and the extension was very easy. If I’m ever working in the area again, they will be the first place I check.

We stayed while visiting family in the area with our two boys. The space overall was perfect for our family of 4. It was close to all the places we were visiting and the hosts also provided great recommendations for restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet as well! Only downside would be that the front room did not have black out curtains, otherwise a wonderful stay.

Host was very reachable. Place was clean and maintained. Family of 4 with our pets fit and didn’t feel cramped. Worth the stay and easy to get to anywhere locally.

Loved staying here! Awesome place, with so much character. Stayed here with my wife and kids and we had a blast. Fire pit in the backyard with smores was a HIT! Hosts were so helpful and made it an awesome stay!

Rose's place is in a beautiful, peaceful, private spot. The ideal place to rest and relax. Plus the horses and guineas are fun to watch. I recommend this place to anyone needing a place for a night or for a week to unwind.

When we walked in after a long day, the house literally hugged us. The hosts and the accommodation was warm and welcoming. Clean and perfect to melt into to relax and get away. Visiting grands loved the yard and it was a knockout for our family. Excellent lived in space ripe for families. We loved our stay and the hosts’ communication!

It was perfect for what we needed it for which was basically a place to stay for a couple of days fishing.
