Katie’s place was great! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Plenty of space and walkable to the village. Katie was also very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

This place was very cute, and a great place to stay for a couple days. The units are quite small, especially the kitchenette/living room. Sleeping areas were spacious. I would say this place is perfectly sized for a couple, we brought our 12 y/o and didn’t feel cramped. Many of the units had a solo stove and there was a main fire pit. We wanted to have a fire one night, but we didn’t have a lighter.

We loved our stay here! We had 7 adults in our group and every person felt right and home. It was spacious enough that we all were able to spread out. Super convenient to get into town and in an extremely peaceful and quiet neighborhood!

Convenient, well-appointed accommodations close to Holiday Valley and the main strip of Ellicottville. Would stay again!

We booked this for a siblings getaway, and it was perfect! The bedrooms were beautifully appointed upstairs and we had room for everyone. The location was perfect for walking around the village.

Kevin and team have a beautiful place. First, it isn’t listed as such, but it was very easy for my MIL (who broke her foot and has to get around on a scooter) to get in and move around. Second, the house had two of anything you might need in a kitchen (toasters, crock pots, sinks!). I could cook and not trip over others in the kitchen, which was great. The place was well laid out and comfortable. A true home away from home. I was in contact with Kevin and team for snow removal, which was done promptly even though it was quite a snowstorm. Great experience and fab hosts.

David’s house felt private with beautiful surroundings and scenery and had many amenities for a comfortable stay. Plenty of space for two couples and a dog. The kitchen was spacious for cooking and having two bathrooms was a plus. We enjoyed the grill and appreciated the laundry equipment. David’s place was perfect to unwind after skiing at Holiday Valley. We also appreciated the kind welcome note that said to relax and have fun! Would definitely stay again!

Amanda’s place is a true gem and easily the best rental we have ever stayed at. We appreciate how close it is both to town (very walkable) and close to Holiday Valley for skiing. Also appreciate having a rental be pet friendly with a fenced-in yard!

Pam was a lovely host and had plenty of recommendations for things to do, and her place was super peaceful! Lake Erie is not to be missed, and Buffalo is only an hour drive away so I’ll definitely be coming back to see more of it in the warmer months. Pam is wonderful to talk to, as well; we had a bonfire on the beach to stargaze and comet watch on my last night. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer! I came during the off-season with the intent to be a bit of a homebody and just read with the waves of the lake in the background, and that’s exactly what I got and more. It’s a gorgeous area when all the leaves are changing and even though I didn’t meet too many people, the people I did were very friendly.

Had an amazing experience staying at Michelle’s place! Every room was very clean, nicely decorated, and felt like home away from home. The backyard was definitely a favorite of mine!

We loved staying at Kara and Ben’s place. So cozy and comfortable and super well equipped. The description and pictures were spot on with no hidden surprises. The location was convenient and easily accessible. Look forward to a return trip to sit out by the fire pit and take in the lake views. Thank you!

We stayed two nights & just loved our accommodations. It was tastefully decorated, had every amenity & was very quiet & comfortable. Valarie was very helpful & accommodating. The historic significance of the depot makes it a truly special experience. We enjoyed visiting Ellicottville for shopping & lunch. We stopped by Griffith Sculptural Park, dined at Arts Cafe and visited the Alpacas at Sugarcreek Farm. We plan on returning!

This is my 2nd stay at the Henley Hideaway and we have always been so comfortable and at home here. The place is clean and well put together. Mitch has thought through all the details and it is a pleasure to stay.

DJs place was wonderful for a ski vacation get away. It is a warm and inviting spot that is quiet. Great for kids and friends to gather and enjoy time together. Would definitely book again!

What a neat little area this is, and this cabin is a gem. We'll be back. There's a small waterfall running around the cabin, the sound of water is peaceful and it is a quiet road

Wonderful private space, no tv makes it a great space to reflect and get away. Wooded area with plenty of state forests near by makes it a great place if you’re looking to explore. Love how updated the cabin is and just how clean it felt. Will definitely return!

Quiet, clean, peaceful get away with my dog. Host was quick to respond. Arcade NY has fun shops/restaurants. Niagra Falls and other trails close by.

We were four adults and two small dogs meeting up for a weekend getaway as we live in different states and don't get to see each other often. The cozy cabin was just that - cozy and comfortable - but still managed to have plenty of space for us all to have privacy when needed. Everything was neat and clean, and the decor was cute. We really enjoyed the game room and the outdoor spaces. Lots of little details were thought of - from dog poop bags to basic spices in the kitchen to citronella candles on the porches (which we didn't need in the spring - no bugs!). We are already planning to go back in the fall!

They were very cozy nights, I loved the place and I was very well received by Sandra! The cabin is very beautiful and cozy, I hope to come back more often
