We arrived an hour early and Philippe was around to let us in to the villa, the villa is exactly as described very clean and modern with a nice terrace and pool. Local bars and restaurants are just a 5 minute walk away. A great base to explore the costa blanca area. I would consider using this place again. Thank you Philippe

Very good. The place was lovely and did what we needed. The communal pool is not heated but was 33m so great to exercise in and relax. The area was quiet as expected at this time of the year but Mil Palmeras or Cabo Roig were both within a 20 - 30 minute walk so plenty of people there The host was great responding to queries and help

We stayed 4 nights in the smallest of the 2 rental Fincas and had an amazing time. We needed the Murcia sun and the tranquility of the hilly national park. It was pure magic for us. We had the best holiday ever. This place is for nature lovers. The property is really beautifully renovated with a shared pool next to the host’s Finca - and the smallest Finca is gorgeous, clean and basic (2 rooms with bed and kitchen in the same big room - and a separate bathroom). The beaches at the national park are exquisite ! The drive to the beach parking is 2-3 minutes - and then a 5-10min walk. There is a 2,5 hours circular hike in the national park passing right by the Finca - it is a must ! Beautiful scenery ! (You will find a medium ascend at a point which most medium fit people can do) We give thanks for this experience !

Nos alojamos en esta casa y quedamos realmente satisfechos. La vivienda estaba en perfectas condiciones, todo muy nuevo y bien cuidado. La cocina, aunque no excesivamente equipada, tenía todo lo necesario para preparar comidas básicas sin problemas.Uno de los aspectos que más disfrutamos fue la barbacoa y el jardín, ideales para organizar cenas al aire libre durante las noches. Además, no puedo dejar de mencionar la pintada enfrente de la casa, que es una auténtica maravilla.En resumen, una experiencia muy positiva. Todo estuvo en su sitio y superó nuestras expectativas.

The accommodation, the communication, the location, the facilities everything was absolutely TOP!!!! We felt right at home and if we had any questions, a contact person was immediately on site. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. In the garage there were lots of toys for smaller children as well as pool equipment such as air mattresses, diving aids and even swimming rings for older children and babies. The pool was cleaned by an external company and the fully automatic sprinkler system meant that we didn't have to worry about anything. Shops and restaurants were just a few minutes' walk away. All in all, it was a successful vacation that was unfortunately over far too quickly. Dear Anna, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your accommodation. Mariël en Radjin zijn geweldige hosts. Hele fijne ontvangst, duidelijk in de communicatie en erg behulpzaam. Casa Cuco was precies zoals omschreven. Rustig maar wel centraal gelegen, dichtbij het centrum, playa del Cura, playa los locos en de habaneras. Het huis was brandschoon. Zeer scherp geprijsd voor deze kwaliteit. Wij boeken zeker nog eens bij Mariël en Radjin!

José mérite le statut de super hôte car il est toujours à l'écoute pour nous aider. Le logement est superbe avec vue sur la terrasse sur la mer et aussi de superbes couchers de soleil.

El trato de Steven fue estupendo, nos recibió con la casa fresquita y de manera muy amable, nos recogió en la puerta de la urbanización y nos guió hasta la casa. Todas las comunicaciones con él fueron rápidas y amables. La casa está estupenda, limpia y ordenada. El aire acondicionado se agradece muchísimo porque en verano es una zona de mucho calor. Una de las habitaciones no tiene aire acondicionado y eso si que creo que sería necesario añadir, porque se pasa mucho calor, aun con el ventilador de techo y el enchufable. Por otro lado, la plancha que tiene es de clavija de enchufe británico y no se puede utilizar en los de la casa.

Lovely clean and modern apartment. Great for young families, great surroundings, small playground, pool and outside jacuzzi which was great, would certainly go back!

Lovely apartment in a great location. Been to Playa Flamenca a number of times before so know the area well. The apartment was lovely, spacious, clean and in a great complex with heated pool, jacuzzi, gym on site. Right next door to the local supermarket which is well stocked and cheap. Walking distance to La Zenia Boulevard for shopping and restaurants. Great beaches nearby, lovely coastal walk from La Zenia to Cabot Riog (1.5 miles each way). Really enjoyed our stay. Natali and Oleg were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

Thank you Jill for a lovely few days away. The apartment was as described and very comfortable. Jill was very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations with airport transfers and things to do near by.

Saknade lite husgeråd som visp, dl mått, konservöppnare. Skålar att vispa i, vitlökspress. Uppe på terrassen saknades lyse på kvällen. Fanns endast små låga solstolar som inte passar äldre personer. Önskvärt med bekväma solsängar och fler dynor till utemöblerna. Annars var det ett toppen boende och trevlig värd

De kamer van Peter is klein maar zeker voldoende als je op zoek bent naar enkel een slaapplaats. Er is een kleine koelkast, een waterkoker, toaster en microgolfoven aanwezig. Ook vind je een dekbed in de kasten indien nodig. Er is eveneens airco. Het is een erg rustige en mooie buurt. Peter is een vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Hij stoort ook niet als het niet nodig is. Je hebt dus zeker je privacy. Peter reageert ook erg snel op berichten. Ik was erg tevreden van mijn verblijf.

Nous avons eu un beau mois de vacances. Dommage qu'on n'avait pas de soleil sur la terrasse.

A great location in a peaceful part of the town just a few minutes walk from the waterfront. I particularly liked the dual balconies, nice place to sit and relax in the evening. Would come again, possibly next year!

El ático es precioso, con todas las necesidades, amplio y muy muy bonito. Está muy bien ubicado a poca distancia de la playa. La piscina justo abajo es genial para refrescarte y los niños la disfrutaron muchísimo. Lo mejor la terraza! Es lo que más hemos disfrutado! Diana muy amable, contesta súper rápido y atenta a lo que necesites. Repetiremos sin duda.

Prima verblijf gehad. Ruimte voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Communicatie met verhuurder Nick hebben we als zeer prettig ervaren. 1 tip: laat niets onbeheerd buiten staan want er wordt veel gestolen in de buurt. Wij waren hier helaas de dupe van. Ook hier, zoals op zoveel plekken, loopt helaas veel gespuis rond die het voorzien hebben op je spullen.

Fantastic stay the apartment was spotless well equipped, it had everything we could need, close to all amenities in walking distance. Great use of all three pools. We loved it that much we will be booking again for next year 😎

La descripción es precisa, es un lugar seguro y tranquilo, buena piscina, solárium y mesas para comer fuera. Los hosts están disponibles en cualquier momento y son muy agradables, un 10 para ellos. Estuvimos un mes y contábamos con cocinar y hacer barbacoas pero al final casi no usamos la cocina ya que estaba llena de grasa por todas partes. La barbacoa declinamos usarla porque también necesitaba una limpieza. una pena porque tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Muy contentos pero lo estropea un poco la limpieza. Necesitaría renovar la ropa de cama Del resto bien. Para largas estancias quizá se agradecía una smart TV

Annette’s apartment was lovely, with everything you could need for a long stay. The roof terrace was spectacular, we really enjoyed using the sun loungers. The apartment is so well positioned in my view, as it is close to Le Mata we’re they have a really cool outdoor market, which is a great place to get your veg and so much else. It’s only a few dozen meters to the beach which you can see from the roof terrace. Alan who met us at the apartment was super helpful and very kind, really appreciated all his efforts. We would definitely go back again.

A perfect place away from the other more hectic areas of the coast.
