Mikhail’s place was lovely, clean and very peaceful great swimming pool would definitely stay again.

We arrived an hour early and Philippe was around to let us in to the villa, the villa is exactly as described very clean and modern with a nice terrace and pool. Local bars and restaurants are just a 5 minute walk away. A great base to explore the costa blanca area. I would consider using this place again. Thank you Philippe

Zeer rustig, mooi en prettig verblijf. Communicatie verliep zeer vlot. Super ligging, in een natuurpark, vlakbij zee. Zeker aan te raden!

The accommodation, the communication, the location, the facilities everything was absolutely TOP!!!! We felt right at home and if we had any questions, a contact person was immediately on site. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. In the garage there were lots of toys for smaller children as well as pool equipment such as air mattresses, diving aids and even swimming rings for older children and babies. The pool was cleaned by an external company and the fully automatic sprinkler system meant that we didn't have to worry about anything. Shops and restaurants were just a few minutes' walk away. All in all, it was a successful vacation that was unfortunately over far too quickly. Dear Anna, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your accommodation. Magnifique villa, très bien entretenue, avec piscine privée. Possibilité d'avoir une piscine chauffée, ce qui est vraiment un plus pendant la période hivernale. Aménagement de la villa impeccable, tout est bien pensé pour le bien-être des locataires. Quartier calme à proximité des commerces, des restaurants, etc.... Très bon contact avec le propriétaire, très réactif et aux petits soins. Séjour formidable à deux reprises. Je recommande +++

Super bon séjour, hôtes parfaits, communication parfaite. Nous recommandons vivement la maison est très bien équipée. Par contre il faut une voiture.

We, my Mother and i had a lovely time. The hosts made sure we were well looked after and made us feel relaxed. ( my mother just said "It was a home away from home.") We were met in Alicante airport by the Roman, (very friendly) who is responsible for Airport tansfers, (also taxied us back at a very competitive rate) So its a Five Star all rounder from both of us.

Es un buen atico, muy amplio y con buenas vistas a las piscinas, el bloque esta bien situado a la entrada y muy tranquilo, no te encuentras con nadie en los espacios comunes, y el anfitrion esta siempre pendiente de su inquilino y es muy amable y servicial.

Jól felszerelt apartmanház, melyben megtalálsz mindent ami csak kell.Közel a tengerparthoz, nyugodt utcákhoz, vásárlási lehetőségekhez. Ajánlom mindenkinek!!

Wonderful property! The pictures do not do the apartment justice, it's fabulous! The view from the solarium and balcony is stunning. The beds are comfy and the whole apartment is great. Supermarket is literally next door to the complex. We even managed swimming in February! Just lovely.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach with beautiful views from both the apartment and the pool area. The house's owner, who lives on the first floor, is incredibly warm and welcoming; she even surprised us with homemade quiche to enjoy by the pool! The surrounding area is perfect for coastal hikes, leading to beautiful beaches with restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or a bite, with your toes in the sand. Christine and Claude were easy to communicate with and always helpful. We’ll definitely be back!❤️

Pobyt w tym miejscu był naprawdę fantastyczny! Mieszkanie jest dokładnie takie jak na zdjęciach - przestronne, czyste i świetnie urządzone. Lokalizacja jest idealna - blisko na plażę ok 1 km, do sklepów, centrum handlowego LaZenka a jednocześnie w spokojnej okolicy. W pobliżu znajduje się wiele restauracji i sklepów. Gospodarz był niezwykle pomocny i komunikatywny. Odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze pytania bardzo szybko i służył radą odnośnie lokalnych atrakcji. Check-in przebiegł sprawnie. Mieszkanie jest świetnie wyposażone - kuchnia ma wszystko, czego potrzeba do przygotowania posiłków, łazienka jest nowoczesna i czysta, a łóżko bardzo wygodne. Doceniliśmy również dostęp do szybkiego Wi-Fi i Smart TV. Z czystym sumieniem polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego pobytu. Na pewno tu wrócimy podczas następnej wizyty!
