Beautiful house with an amazing porch. Sat outside every morning and evening. Spacious so we could spread out - important with teenagers. Kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook dinner at home.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staying at James’ home was nothing short of magical! Nestled right next to his breathtaking castle, this home is a true masterpiece—combining elegance, comfort, and a sense of grandeur that is simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and generosity, a reflection of James himself—an incredible soul whose kindness and hospitality made our experience even more special. Every detail in the home is thoughtfully curated, from the exquisite decor to the impeccable cleanliness and comfort. The ambiance is both luxurious and inviting, offering the perfect blend of history and modern convenience. Waking up to the stunning surroundings felt like stepping into a fairytale, and every moment spent here was an absolute delight. James’ home is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, a retreat, and a privilege. We are already looking forward to returning and cannot recommend it highly enough! Beds are super comfortable.

Our stay was fantastic. This place feels like a home with all the things one needs to be comfortable. The yard and hot tub were great. The bonus was the in-tune piano! Our whole party voiced wishes to stay here again.

This was one of my top AirBnB experiences! I took my family and my in laws to this spot to be close to the Greek Theatre for a concert, but it was such a treat in and of itself! We were super close to great food and a nice part of town, and were less than twenty miles to everything we wanted to see. Took a hike to the Hollywood sign, checked out the Getty Center, and enjoyed the LA scene. We’re from SD, so it was so nice to find a private, lovely part of our sister city. Norvell was an incredible host, very responsive and friendly whenever we had questions. He even left us a gift at check-in! All of the amenities and rooms were as described on the listing, and it was money well spent. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice weekend in LA!

We had a great stay at Hallgrim’s place. It was clean and as pictured in the reviews. The only problem we had was parking. It’s only street parking across from the house and the other houses parked multiple cars in our only spot to park. There is also only one tv in the house which is located in the spare bedroom. Other than that, it was an enjoyable experience. There’s even a squirrel that is came up to the windows every morning to say hi. She must be fed, because she is not afraid of humans. We named her “baby”.

We loved everything about our stay! Location,comfort, and had the pleasure of meeting the home owner and he was wonderful! Highly recommend if you are looking for a homey get away with relaxing stay! The bed I. Master was better then the heavenly beds at Westin lol 😂 we will be back!!!

We loved Ari’s soulful home in Silverlake. It was peaceful and secluded, with a great view and outdoor space, while at the same time in walking distance to the reservoir, shops and restaurants. The interior was lovely and we especially appreciated all of the beautiful art. Ari was responsive and provided clear instructions. We had a great stay and would love to return sometime.

When they created Airbnb this is the place that had in mind. The studio was large, bright, clean and super comfortable with everything we needed, including and our jacuzzi and outdoor shower. It’s set in a really nice neighborhood with plenty of street parking and great access to all the fun of the west side. Cynthia is a great!

Fabulous! My young friend Lila is relocating back to hometown happy place of Venice area and this spot was an incredible transition for her! Location, terrific aesthetics and hosts were amazing!

We had the best time at this precious little cottage in Topanga! The place has beautiful high ceilings, lovely little bedroom nook, super clean new bathroom, perfect little kitchenette, amazing patio surrounded by oak trees. Super quiet, peaceful and private and filled with beautiful art!! We can’t wait to come back!!!

We had such a lovely stay at Tiana's home! The space was more spacious than we expected (we were a family of 4 with two little kiddos), super clean and comfortable, and we loved how close we were to the beach. We were visiting family in the area and were happy to host a breakfast at our place before heading to the beach for the afternoon. There are so many nice restaurants and coffee shops close by. I even went to a yoga class just a mile up the road when we had a free morning! We are so grateful to Tiana and her husband for their flexibility, wonderful communication, patience and kindness! We will absolutely love to stay here again when we're back visiting family!

My husband likes to say..."wow, that's why Michael is a 'super host'"! This home is what every air bnb consumer hopes for. It actually exceeds your expectation. He has thought of everything and more. Every detail is covered, everything you need is there. The home is immaculate and so are all the appointments, home appliances and gardens. There is a wonderful patio and barbeque too. I remember saying 'pride in ownership'. We had a different circumstance coming here in that we were displaced by the California Wild Fires. We found the comfort of our home here and the comfort of our hosts, who care. We had hardly anything when we got there and Michael and his wonder partner provided for, and had already thought of everything. We were fortunate this home was available when we needed it. As far as travel, if you are a tourist, I personally needed to get around, to our former home, and to work. The freeway is close by as are many wonderful restaurants. Enjoy!

We loved Eva’s airbnb. Very cozy and comfortable place in a well situated, quiet and safe neighborhood - with enough parking, yay :) Eva is so sweet too. Always available and helpful. Thank you for everything!

Donald's apartment was an excellent home-away-from-home for our six-week stay in LA (helping with new babies). The beds and other furniture were very comfortable and everything worked properly; my husband and I were really able to settle in to the space. Donald was promptly responsive to a couple of minor things that needed attention. The heat worked well (we were there in December/January) and the windows were tight (we evacuated for a few days during the fires, and there was no trace of invasive dust or ash when we returned). The dedicated garage parking space was a definite plus! We enjoyed walking on the Venice Boardwalk and exploring the Venice Canals area, and some local restaurants and shops in the neighborhood that Donald recommended. We would definitely go back to 28 S. Venice Blvd!

This 3 bedroom home with many indoor & outdoor spaces was the perfect home base center for a weeklong family of 4 vacation to Los Angeles in late March. Circa 1920's Spanish style bungalow with a relaxed, comfortable, lived-in yet tidy vibe. House was very well supplied, especially the kitchen - open any drawer or cabinet and all the supplies you could possibly need from coffee grinder to culinary knives, bowls, dish ware, etc. are there. Front loading washer and dryer in the basement with soap & dryer sheets at the ready -super handy. We hosted a family brunch for 8 comfortably on the back deck which is perched on a hillside with views to downtown LA as well as the hills of the Silver Lake neighborhood. Our host Corina was extremely responsive without being obtrusive. We had a minor issue with internet speed and she had the ISP company come and change the router the next day - amazing! Easy on & off street parking. Private yard w/ great plantings. Would definitely return!

Great experience! Excellent host, clean, safe, private & peaceful property in a perfect location. Hot tub, pool and backyard is shared with the owners but they are so respectful of your space it truly feels like it’s your very own. We felt lucky to have found this place. Highly recommend!

Johnny's home is a beautiful retreat in a quiet residential neighborhood. The backyard with pool and hottub is a perfect place to gather with friends and family at the end of the day. Johnny is a wonderful communicator he was always available for us, he got back to us very quickly. I would highly recommend this home. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Charlottes. The place is just as the listing describes and perfect for us as a couple with a small child. Charlotte was super helpful offering to help us with laundry and loan us items. I would definitely recommend it and stay again for sure.

The host wanted to meet at check-in as long as we weren't too late. Our plane into LA was repeatedly delayed and the host remained flexible as I updated her on our changing arrival time. Check-in was helpful because the driveway is accessed by an electric gate and we learned how it operates and where remote was located. The unit is part of a large house with access to a very nice garden. We did see the hosts in the backyard occasionally as well as their dogs but we didn't lack for privacy. The unit was really large. With an open floor plan it could be a challenge for people in a large group to find a place to themselves. The upstairs has one bedroom and then a bed and pull out couch in a common area. The bedroom is private but you walk through the loft area to access the bathroom. Both bathrooms are large and nicely finished. The hosts checked in several times via message while we were there. Easy to walk to grocery and restaurants and easy access from LAX.

Beautiful home, with tons of space and very functional whether you’re a group of adults or have small children. I was able to get in my morning walks. Coffee and bagel shops are within walking distance. Loved our stay! We will be back!
