AMAZING! AMAZING! Did I mention it was amazing? I just can’t say enough about my visit. I have had a slew of not so good Air BNB’s as of late. Ones that didn’t match descriptions, no basics like coffee, laundry but being your own tide pods, and like a 5 page checkout….NOT here…it was perfect. Coffee, creamer, great bed, beautiful bathroom and that was the fanciest potty I have ever used….thank you Tori! I am super bummed my work won’t be bringing me back but if I come to visit on my own you’ll be hearing from me again. Thank you so much for renewing my faith in good air bnb’s!

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable Airbnb! The space was cozy, clean, and had such a charming vibe—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly kind and always quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend staying here!

Kiwoong was responsive and very helpful within minutes of looking into reserving his house for our 8 man (which turned out to be our 10 man) crew for a work project we were coming into town to do. He inquired about enough space for our team and offered additional options for renting the guest house (located in the back of the house we reserved) or the 2-story house that he also has just across the street! (Which we may just consider on our follow up trip). We had trouble finding adequate accommodations for our entire crew and even more of a challenge finding one that was not priced over the top! That's when I came across Kiwoong's house! It was actually one of the closest of the properties available, while being the most reasonably priced BY FAR compared to nearly all others and provided the most sleeping accommodations of any place I found. Quiet, private, "like home" feel, close to the 10 freeway and plenty of parking both in the driveway and on the street. Definitely recommend!

In dozens of Airbnb stays over more than a decade, Rochelle's place is THE most beautiful house my husband and I have ever stayed in. It is a gorgeous Spanish style home with museum quality artwork and lovely courtyard spaces where we relaxed with our coffee every morning for a week. The tile work in the bathrooms made my jaw drop. The amazing thing though is that the house is as comfortable as it is beautiful; it feels lovingly lived in. It's like you are a privileged guest in someone's home rather than in a vacation rental. The house is also clean and well equipped, including a kitchen with a multitude of appliances and supplies. The central location is stellar. It is 10 min walk to The Grove, the Original Farmer's Market, LACMA, the Museum of Motion Pictures, and restaurants and markets. We also drove to Universal Studios, Grand Central Market, Griffith Park, and Venice Beach in 25 minutes. Rochelle could not have been more gracious and responsive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We really enjoyed our stay at Anita’s. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. We appreciate the stroller and pack and play provided! We had one issue and Anita was quick to respond and solved the problem. Definitely recommend staying here!

This place was perfect for my family of 5. We loved the coffee ☕️ and the chilled oranges 🍊 were a very sweet touxh.. Very clean and the beds were extremely comfy 😊 Will definitely stay again!

Would recommend Jenny’s place to anyone trying to stay in the lawndale area. 15mins away from Sofi is what did it for me. Home was beautiful and amenities were even left for our stay.

Il s’agit d’un véritable Airbnb, les hôtes vous accueillent et habitent juste à côté, c’est très appréciable de retrouver l’esprit originel du site. Par ailleurs la maison, ancienne, a du vécu. Tout n’est pas parfait, mais cela fait son charme. L’emplacement est parfait, la rue paisible, les transports en communs à deux pas, ainsi que les commerces d’alimentation. Il est très facile de s’y garer si vous venez en voiture. En résumé, un très bon emplacement à Santa Monica qui vous permet de profiter pleinement de Los Angeles.

Barbara is an excellent host. Very personable, kind, considerate and provided a very lenient check out time which was helpful because I ended up getting sick. The resident cat, Maumau, made our stay even better. Maumau is the cutest, cuddliest, sweetest cat queen. It was very thoughtful for Barbara to provide tea, coffee eggs, snacks, and other drinks. We are very grateful for you and your husband, as well as Maumau. Look forward to coming back when I’m feeling better. Thank you ☺️

El departamento es mucho más lindo que lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. La ubicación es excelente para moverse en auto por toda la ciudad, en un vecindario muy tranquilo y el lugar de estacionamiento es un plus inmejorable que lo hace el lugar perfecto para quedarse en LA. Definitivamente volveremos a hospedarnos con Juan. Hospedaje súper recomendable.

Sydny's place was well-appointed, comfortable, and relaxing. She was responsive & helpful, and the place was close to many conveniences. I definitely recommend her place as a great landing spot for exploring Santa Monica. And if you are from San Francisco, don't miss Tartine's Santa Monica on Arizona & 20th! It's just a few blocks away from Sydny's and the whole place is great with beautiful indoor & outdoor spaces and of course, great food.

Great location, great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Also easy access to public transport. Claudia was very friendly and supportive throughout!

This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, anfangs bisschen schwierig zu finden aber wahrscheinlich lag dies an mir. Der Herr in der Lobby war super freundlich ebenso wie die Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was wir gebraucht haben zu dem war die Aussicht, bei Sonnenuntergang wunderschön. Mann konnte auch das Telefon mit dem Fernseh verbinden und seine eigenen Serien schauen. Leider hat Los Angeles selber uns nicht so beeindruckt vor allem Down Town war ziemlich runtergekommen und viele Obdachlose, vielleicht für andere normaler als für uns aus der Schweiz. Jedoch ist Beverly Hills etc mit dem Fahrzeug von der Wohnung schnell erreichbar. Einfach toll Danke euch für die Gastfreundschaft.

Firstly the apartment is lovely with all the amenities one could possibly hope for. Ali as a host is lovely, very helpful and responsive with answers to any queries. Couldn’t recommend this space enough.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, kürzlich in der in Los Angeles zu übernachten, und ich kann nur Positives berichten! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war tadellos sauber und ordentlich. Es war offensichtlich, dass sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem modernen Badezimmer. Besonders gefallen hat mir der große Fernseher und das kostenlose WLAN, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Für die Qualität, die ich erhalten habe, war der Preis mehr als fair. Die Zimmerpreise sind angesichts der Lage und der gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten sehr wettbewerbsfähig. Zusammenfassend kann ich Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Los Angeles besuchen möchte. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

Christian’s apt was the perfect location during my family’s stay in LA. The place was spacious and comfortable and the location was near lots of great restaurants and places to visit. Access to a free parking garage was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing location with a legit and full view of the ocean! It would take a week to enjoy the wonderful combination of restaraunts and bars within walking distance . (Try The Strand upstairs for an amazing view and food) Perfect for my last minute business trip , highly recommend!!

Adorei a estadia, o espaço é exatamente como as fotos, localização ótima. O apartamento é super equipado, tem tudo para uma estadia curta e longa. O Adam foi muito pro ativo, respondia super rápido e me ajudou muito no envio de um item que esqueci no apartamento. Super recomendo !!!

George is a great host and his place is amazing. He was super accommodating and responsive and his place is beautiful, with great amenities and super peaceful.
