I recently had the pleasure of staying at Linwewa Villa in Sigiriya, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff's warmth and friendliness made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Wir hatten eines unserer besten Airbnb-Erlebnisse. Wir haben uns direkt wohl und wie zuhause gefühlt. Mahinda und Suneetha haben sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Mahinda ist mit uns los und hat uns die Umgebung nähergebracht, Suneetha hat hervorragendes Essen gekocht und es geschafft den Kindern Optionen zu geben, die sie mögen (was wirklich nicht einfach ist)! Die Unterkunft selbst ist blitzsauber und liegt absolut ruhig. Wir hatten eine kurze aber wunderbare Zeit! Vielen Dank!

Stunning setting and very peaceful. We stayed there as a base to go to Sigiriya - only twenty mins away the morning we went. Cute little swimming pool. Nice food options for breakfast and dinner. Walkable (or a tucktuck) to other places to eat nearby. Warm and friendly staff.

Beautiful property, set amidst the calm nature. From the hosts to the fishes and turtles in their lake are very welcoming towards you. Do take a great walk around the property and soak in the nature. The hosts welcomed us with snacks and dinner which was amazing overall. Highly recommend this place!

Had a lovely 2 nights at Yohann’s place. The house and grounds are beautiful in a very secluded area but easily accessible by car on well maintained tarmac. Chamara and Sampath were on site to help us check in and show us around the accommodation. They also provided a lovely bbq dinner on our arrival with excellent subsequent meals made completely according to our preferences. Would love to stay again and I’d highly recommend Yohann’s place.

Devika's place is FABULOUS!! The Air Bnb is part of her home yet very private, opens out to her lovely and rustic yard, so very soothing to stay here. Everything about the home is thoughtful and the bathroom gets an A++ for cleanliness! But the best part of it all is Devika! She is all warmth and heart. She has cycles for her guests, recommendations on what to do in Anuradhapura and she also hosted us for a memorable experience around Mihintale. We felt so welcome and at home at her place, that I would book it for a long stay in a heartbeat. I can't wait to come back to my tiny home Devika, thank you for everything. See you soon!

Elite Holiday Home is great base to go and explore Anuradhapura. The apartment is set in a leafy quiet suburb. It has two bedrooms with two large comfortable beds in each room with A/C and ensuite. The owners during our stay were always available, friendly, and very helpful as they helped arrange a driver to take us around the ancient city.

We enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Peter’s cabin. It gave us a wilderness feel without really being in the wild. The cabin is in the village very near the tourist town centre. The space is as the photos. The cabin was clean. The bed was comfortable enough for us. It can get warm in the day but the ceiling fan on full blast helps. Lion’s rock can be seen clearly from the cabin. Although Peter was not there, he was a great host who was friendly, responsive and made every effort to ensure we had a nice stay.
