We had a fantastic stay at this property. The location is brilliant - we walked into Portree on numerous occasions for dinner and also enjoyed walking the Scorrybreac circuit from the house. The house is peaceful with amazing views and is very cosy. It was equipped with everything we needed and the gifts that the owners left us were a lovely touch. David was a friendly and knowledgeable host with some excellent restaurant suggestions. We would love to visit again.

This is a spacious, cosy, comfortable place to stay. It's peaceful, remote, in beautiful surroundings - the Atlantic to the West, the mountains of Torridon to the East, and views of Skye from beautiful local beaches. Onie and Ally were friendly and helpful (above and beyond after I'd gone knee-deep in a bog on a walk, making sure my boots dried by morning). The apartment is, if anything, better than in the photos - the comfortable sitting room/dining/kitchen area really spacious. I slept super-well here and had some great walks and drives in the day - taking hundreds of photos.

We had the most wonderful stay in Duncan & Emma’s cabin. The cabin was gorgeous, clean, cosy and had the most amazing views. We loved the hot tub and the big windows to watch the sunsets. Duncan and Emma were always quick to respond to any questions and were so friendly and helpful throughout. The location was great - close enough to drive to all the attractions but also private enough for some quiet time away. We couldn’t recommend this place enough for a trip to Skye. Thanks again.

The cottage is beautiful, peaceful and modern. Spotlessly clean with everything you need. Fiona was a great host who communicated quickly. Would love to stay and again and have already recommended to a few friends who saw he photos of our stay.

We had a brilliant stay in Hebrides Cottage, owner Janice was excellent with her quick, helpful communication….we found everything we could possibly want or need was provided…..it was exceptionally clean. The cottage was in a fantastic peaceful location, the views from the bedrooms and kitchen were absolutely amazing. We visited local restaurants in Stornoway, and it was very easy to drive in to go to a variety of small shops and get supplies from the large Tesco and Co-op supermarkets. We visited many local sites, Callanish Stones, Dun Calloway - the best preserved Broch, Gearrannan Blackhorse, Butt of Lewis, Lews Castle and the very informative museum about Hebridean island life, we will definitely come back to stay again. Thank you Janice for a great stay.

Fantastic place with fantastic views. Adorable kitchen and bedrooms. We wanted to be a little away from the crowds and it was perfect. We would book again if back in the area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the accommodation was exactly what I expected from the description, and was warm and comfortable even when the weather was being very Scottish outside. Marie’s directions were accurate and I found the caravan with no problems. The location was very convenient for exploring the island.

The property was spotless and very well appointed. We were welcomed on arrival by Murdo, Alison’s husband. There was a very nice welcome basket awaiting us containing wine, crisps, biscuits and other goodies. There was a comprehensive booklet covering the functionality of all the appliances as well as local attractions. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here and hope we can return again in the future. Perfect location, perfect accommodation and perfect host!! Highly recommended!
