We absolutely loved our stay at the Thomas Inn. From the time we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Mr. Thomas was very proactive and quick in responses. He also provided us with some great tips for local experiences. The accommodation was well maintained and cozy. We had all the amenities we needed. There is also a recreational area with gym equipments and board games. we also caught sight of few peacocks on the terrace. Place and the host overall had a great aura around them. It felt like home away from home. We'd love to come again and also strongly recommend Thomas Inn ! We ended the Kochi trip with some delicious home made wine by Mr. Thomas

They are a loving family who go the extra mile with joy to make you feel at home. It was a pleasure meeting Sebastián and the family. We went there on a pilgrimage to Kreupasanam and want to go back to testify. Undoubtedly, their home will be our first choice! I stayed here only for one day but I must thank Anthony Uncle and Tessy Aunty for making all the arrangements, most importantly an early check-in request as we were reaching early in the morning. i would highly recommend their property. beautiful house with peaceful locality and very well located close to the ernakulam town railway station and other places . looking forward to visit again . i would highly recommend this to an individual or a group of 6-8 people as well.

It was a very wonderful stay . We planned a small reunion with my school friends, although everyone was out of the country we were in a he excitement to catchup but it went a bit too loud for the neighbours at late night😂. We really enjoyed a lot . Everything is kept clean and neat. Very nice hosting by Mr ninan and his family.Highly recommended if u have less than 10 people gathering or a family staycation.

This is such a gem of a house. Located within the heart of the city and yet just away enough that you will never be bothered by traffic and pollution, this house offers the best of both worlds in many regards. The house is sprawling with 2 floors and huge bedrooms. In addition to all the amenities mentioned, the host makes the extra effort for the guest - cookies and sweets for the guest, detailed instructions and numbers of nearby hospitals and stations in case of an emergency, clean linen and towels, coffee and milk powder - the attention taken to make sure the guest has a comfortable stay is laudable. The fact that we could park 4 cars inside this space in the heart of Ernakulam is simply amazing and the best way to explain how much space. Will definitely be back here again.

Rismitty and her husband Joseph were superb hosts. They really cared about us and our visit and did everything to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. By the end of our stay I felt that we had become friends. The place itself was spotlesslessly clean, roomy, with simple but adequate furniture. The kitchen was minimally stocked, but it met our needs. Filtered water was available. Note that there isn't hot water in the shower, but that seems to be standard in India except in upscale hotels. For westerners the rates are very low. In short, I highly recommend this airbnb for a visit to Kochi.

Absolutely loved staying at Annah’s place. It is a beautiful water view apartment, with tastefully done interiors and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The hosts Annah and Tarun, were very responsive and were there to help in case we needed anything. The check in details and instructions were so perfect that we don’t really need to contact them. I had one suggestion, that it would be helpful if you could number the dedicated parking spot. Having said that, there are other ample guest parking spots available. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a base to explore the area, this apartment is the perfect choice. Looking forward to returning in the future.

This was a stunning property. A large, open kitchen/living space with wide balcony let in lots of light, leading into two cozy and stylish bathrooms. Decor was impeccable, with fashionable prints and furnishings. The property was located in a residential area within easy rickshaw access from great cafes and restaurants. Security in the entrance were friendly and professional. It was a very smooth and efficient experience from check-in to check-out and the hosts were quick to respond with any queries. They also accommodated a last-minute request, which I really appreciated.

Shameel was very responsive and the apartment was clean. WiFi seems to be a bit slow

Wonderful stay at Elizabeth‘s apartment. Initially in pictures, the main bedroom looked like it did not have curtains and I had requested darker curtains to be placed so that light does not come in the morning. Elizabeth was very accommodative and had dark curtains installed on the first day itself. Caretaker Harita was also very responsive andmade sure we had everything available. Unfortunately, we did have an incident when we broke one of the kitchen items. Elizabeth was very accommodative and understanding of our mistake. Overall highly recommend this apartment. It was very clean, modern, beautiful and well maintained.

Arun's flat is a lovely comfortable place to stay. The location is good, close to a supermarket, easy for taxis to find and plenty to see and do. A short Autorickshaw ride to the metro is also handy and makes seeing the rest of the city easy. Aran is a great host, always reponsive and helpful.

Notre séjour à Siby's Homestay fut une expérience indescriptiblement magique et dépassant toutes nos attentes ! Après un séjour de plus d'un mois, et je peux clairement affirmer que ce lieu est un petit paradis : confortable, moderne, extrêmement propre, calme, cuisine impeccable, l'appartement est entièrement équipé jusqu'au moindres détails. La localisation est très fonctionnelle, une station de métro est tout proche. Par dessus tout, ce qui à magnifié notre séjour est l'accueil plus que chaleureux de Joseph et sa famille. Ils sont toujours à l'écoute des moindres questions, et ont été formidablement heureux de nous aider et nous fournir d'innombrables conseils. Je vous recommande, sincèrement et par-dessus tout Siby's Homestay, afin de passer un incroyable séjour !

It’s a beautiful and spacious stay with superb connectivity to kochi city and the national highway. The apartment had all the amenities as mentioned and is commendably maintained. Jacob was always available for any help or suggestions. Highly recommended for a safe stay in kochi.

I stayed at Sujata’s Garden Loft for 6 weeks whilst attending appointments in Kochi and I can happily say that it was an excellent place for me to stay. Located in a safe, friendly family-oriented block, I felt very safe as a young woman staying alone. Sujata was a truly excellent host who was continuously responsive throughout my stay and made great efforts to assist me with anything that I needed. The garden terrace was a highlight for me, as well as the spaciousness of the whole apartment. It meant that I did not need to feel ‘couped up’ or claustrophobic during a longer stay. The location above a main road did mean that there was some moderate daily noise, but I think much less than if I was staying further into the town. Panampilly Nagar was a great location for me with independent stores, great coffee, walkability and family friendly areas where I felt totally at ease. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay in Kochi and I would definitely recommend or return.

Naresh's place truly felt like home. The area is peaceful, and Naresh is always available to help with anything I needed. He even assisted me with my laundry and other errands. Breakfast was delicious and the portions were generous. I can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this flat homestay while our home was under renovation. Everything here was clean, tidy, and well-prepared, making us feel instantly comfortable. Thanks to our hosts, Mr. Cherian and Mr. Alex. They were very accommodating and unobtrusive. Unlike some other places where hosts can be overly involved, they gave us complete privacy while ensuring everything we needed was available. The flat was fully equipped with all essentials, so we only had to bring our groceries and a few personal items. It truly felt like a home away from home. The locality is very peaceful and the evening breeze along the balcony was enjoyable. One small thing to note is that the roads leading to the property might feel a bit narrow for guests from bigger cities, but it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, a fantastic place and highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!
