We spent an amazing week in the house of Kelly and Shane. The location on the waterfront is unbeatable and the house itself is super convenient, nicely remodeled and has a very cozy feel to it. We spent days in a row fishing from the dock, prepared our catch of the day on the bbq on the terrace, and caught shrimp at night which served as bait for the next day. There are great beaches, restaurants, and all kinds of day trips at hand if you wish to leave the property ;). Kelly and Shane are great hosts, with tons of tips - they clearly love the area and put great effort in the maintenance of the house and dock. They are super quick and easy in their communication and all three of us (me, husband and our 12 year old son) look forward to staying at their property again!

We were happy with everything but if anyone plans on working via wifi while staying here know that the wifi in the area was not great. This was not the host or the house's fault, I just wanted to comment this because it made it hard for me to get any work done that I needed to while on vacay. The house is great, the pool and downstairs was great. The only thing I was not happy with was the pool heater not being on and not being asked until our third day if we wanted it and then it was an extra $100. I feel like for how much we paid for the week, the pool being heating should be included.

Victor was a lifesaver! When we couldn't get out of the Keys because wildfires had Highway 1 closed down, and there was not a single hotel room left in Key West, I quickly got on airbnb and found this lovely condo had a cancelation for the night. Victor responded very quickly and helped us get checked in for a very comfortable night after a 12-hour day of sitting on the highway in hopes of reaching Miami for our flight. This lovely condo offered us much-needed respite -- we were afraid we were facing hours of driving further back down the Keys only to find no rooms available. I wish we could have hung around and enjoyed more of the lovely grounds at this place!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und die Ausstattung super. Die Anlage war toll gestaltet und es gab viele Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten. Die Kinder konnten sich frei bewegen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und alle Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und noch viel mehr.

Beautiful location and the tiki hut was a great extension of the space! Stand up boards and kayaks were a huge plus for our kids! We used them everyday. Loved the recommendation for the mangrove trail to the hidden tiki!

This spot was great! The home is spacious, incredibly comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It’s located at the very end of an inlet, offering a waterfront setting but I wouldn't call it picturesque. While we didn’t have a boat, it looked like getting one in and out would be easy for an experienced boater. The house was spotless—you can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with soft sheets that made for a great night’s sleep. Everything related to rest and relaxation was truly top-notch. The home is well-stocked with basic necessities for living, though if you have specific cooking preferences or comfort items, you should make a quick trip to the store. The neighborhood is very quiet, with the exception of some occasional noise from the nearby airport—but that’s just part of being in Marathon. Parking was easy, the pool was great, and everything matched the description perfectly. We highly recommend

Amazing stay! I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail in the home. The space was large enough for everyone to spread out and it had everything you need to feel right at home. It was great to have the pool and place to dock a boat. The location was perfect. Close to shopping and great restaurants. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay on Marathon with a larger group. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

This place was perfect for our group. It was affordable and offered what we needed. The games downstairs and access to the little pier and water were a great bonus. The downstairs kitchen was nice. It would’ve been even better with a washer and dryer, but we totally made it work. Thanks for welcoming our group!! It was an amazing stay!!

The stay was great. We were there for a couple days of fishing, and the place was clean, and Justin was very informed us easily.

Had a great stay very relaxing, property had everything needed with a great view of the lagoon. Clean and comfortable, restaurants within walking distance, would highly recommend.

We had a great time! The condo was in a perfect spot in the complex - right by the pool and lagoon, super easy to get in and out. We love the Florida Keys! This was our first time staying in Key Largo! We normally stay a bit more south … but we loved this area - lots to do! Patricia was responsive and had lots of supplies to help us conveniently with laundry and showers! Beds were incredibly comfy! And we had 3 kiddos, so the 3 different bed options were perfect! We would definitely stay again!

My family loved our stay at Rich's place. It was comfortable and clean. The location was beautiful with a gorgeous lagoon, 2 pools, and a short walk to the beach. Very peaceful and walkable. Rich was very quick to respond and helpful.

The place was exactly as pictured over looking the marina. The fire pits water side were very nice. The property is very walkable for morning and evening walks. Hot water was a problem when we arrived, limited hot water in kitchen And bathrooms. Maintenance came and turned water temp up. Golf cart did not work upon arrival. We were given a different cart the day before we were to leave, so used it once. I would think if carts are offered and paying for them within the nightly fee, they should make sure they work. The place is a good home base. Angela was very responsive to problems .Thank you for that. Yes, I would stay again and enjoy the pools !

We had a great Spring Break stay at Kawama Yacht Club. Rich's property was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of room for all of us. Easy to find, easy to get in and out, easy to make yourself at home. Plenty to do with the lagoon, multiple pools, pickle/tennis courts, and the pier. The lagoon is a special feature with the kayaks, multiple floating platforms, and filled with tons of fish. Also convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. We had a great time.

We were so grateful that Damaris accommodated us after our original reservation had to cancel last minute. She also let us check in early which was so helpful!
