We made some amazing memories at the Quiet Cove! Having access to kayaks, paddle board , and fishing from the dock made our stay so much fun. We ended each day around the fire out on the porch with a guitar, diving with the family. The house is super well stocked which made us feel like we were visiting a friend’s home, not just a rental. Thank you for an incredible stay.

This is an excellent place to stay if you’re looking to enjoy Lake Austin. We rented for an annual fishing weekend and had an amazing time. The house is perfect for small groups. Fishing from the dock was amazing. They also have canoes and kayaks available for use which was a major convenience. We met the owner at the end she lives nearby she was so nice. We will definitely stay here again for our trip.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. We booked this trip for a Christmas getaway and to make vision boards for the new year. We felt refreshed and comfortable staying in this beautiful home. It was a bit confusing at first to understand how to pull in for parking but it was very simple once we figured it out! The lake was absolutely stunning and peaceful. There's also nearby restaurants and a place to play pickleball. The location feels like you're in your own little town. We ran into two maintenance issues (one completely out of anyone's control) but Jen was so responsive and everything was resolved quickly! We loved our stay and hope to stay again in the future.

Our stay at Shelley's place was lovely! The house is so spacious, was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grill and amazing views. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect to relax and have a good night's sleep. When I first saw the listing, I was a bit concerned about how comfortable the sofa bed in bedroom 4 would be. It turned out that I picked this room for me and my husband: it's spacious, has its own bathroom and the bed is VERY comfy, in addition to the best views! The other bedrooms were also great, cozy and with perfect levels privacy. Everyone was incredibly pleased with the accommodations. Communication with Shelley was excellent, she is a fantastic host!

Lacey’s place was nothing short of amazing! Easily accessible, very clean and tons of things to do at the lake house! We enjoyed the kayaks, and fishing, and hiking. The ONLY thing that was a bummer was getting to the boat dock. Due to the low water levels, we had to walk down several stairs to get to it, which was stressful with a toddler. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, Lacey was quickly responsive and even checked on us the morning after our first night to ensure we were comfortable and set up.

Opinions: River access made easy. The place was beautiful, warm/felt like home, and was nicely decorated. Looks like the photos. The king bed in the master suite was acceptable from comfort standards. The linens were nice. AC worked. The living room couch was great! We'd stay here again. FACTS: - 7-minute drive to HEB. - There were no sheet pans or baking dishes in the kitchen. - Cozi Vacation Rentals notified us that no one was staying there the day before our arrival. They offered 50% off to book that date. We declined. - We asked Cozi rentals to check in two hours early (2pm instead of 4pm), since no one was there. They quoted us an early check-in fee of $70.00. We declined. - Master bathroom door is a barn door - house is at the end of a narrow cul-de-sac - floor fans provided - Garage access is prohibited

Airbnb Review: A Perfect Holiday Retreat for the Whole Family We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb from December 22nd to December 28th, and it was truly a magical experience! My wife, Monica, and I stayed here with our four children, my mom, dad, sister, and her teenage son. The house had plenty of space for everyone to relax, do their own thing, and still come together for quality family time. The movie theater was a hit with the kids and teens, giving them their own cozy space to enjoy their favorite films. Meanwhile, the adults enjoyed unwinding by the fire pit, where making s’mores under the stars became a memorable holiday tradition. Our Christmas dinner on the BBQ grill was an absolute highlight. Ann’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It was quiet, comfortable, there was plenty of space for everyone and most of all a beautiful location. This place is great for a larger group and anything you need is there or available nearby. We had a relaxing few days there, fished, enjoyed being outside and our dogs really enjoyed the water:)

Nicely appointed, very clean and beautiful spot! Denise was a great communicator and even arranged for an earlier check in when our plans had us in the area a few hours earlier than expected.

Perfect home rental for my family as we were attending a wedding. Home was easy for my older in-laws to use without any difficulties for their mobility getting in and out of the home. The wedding venue was 10 minutes away at Villa Antonia. The hotel accommodations for the wedding was 45 minutes away so this home rental was a lot more convenient for us compared to the rest of the wedding party (including the bride and groom!).

Zane was very responsive. The place was nice with lots of room! Only stayed there for one night and Zane’s place met our needs! Location was super close to a wedding venue that we attended!

The home was perfect for our annual fishing trip with the kids. 2 homes for 2 families. Fun and playful decorations in the homes to get you in the vacation mood. Within walking distance to a park. Amazing 2 story dock that offered us in the shade while fishing off the dock and places for us to play games with the kids.

We had a good time with our friends. Plenty of space to move around. There were towels and enough washrags provided. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided, and hand soap and toilet paper in the bathroom. It is an older home but everything was clean. The view was great. If you like fishing, bring your poles. They have a couple but they are old, so you will need some hooks and bait (and possibly some line). We could have used some foil and ziplocs. Bring your own. We also enjoyed playing some air hockey and ping pong. Overall it was a great trip. Thanks for the memories. Also the owners messaged us back pretty quickly when we had questions.

My partner and I knew we’d be having a long stay here, and Blake was very accommodating when we needed to extend further than expected. Everything was smooth and easy!

We visited here for 2024 Thanksgiving holiday's stay with 5 families. I think that's best place to take a rest in the nature and to make good talks & good play each other. We made good memories and good feelings. We can recommend this place for big family for happy time

We stayed here for a month while working on the lake and really enjoyed being able to come back to a peaceful place. Often there were deer passing by. Sunsets and sunrises are amazing! Has a family feel to the place.

First, the house was very nice; comfortable yet clean and elegant. Second, the property is well taken care of. Our family had a wonderful and much needed relaxing time. Everything was perfect.

This home was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend. Looks exactly like the photos. Peaceful and tranquil. Only complaint was bed in master was very very firm. All the others like heaven. Easy check in and such a fun house! Will definitely stay here again

We loved staying at Joni's beautiful house again.. So quiet and beautiful location. The back porch is the width of the house with plenty of seating and table to eat while enjoying nature. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings drinking our coffee and listening to all the different birds and occasional dear that pad through the yard.. Such a great view. We will be back.
