We found this place to be exceptionally clean and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The abundance of towels and extra linens made using the pullout bed very convenient. The kitchen was a definite plus, with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans, and we especially appreciated the filtered water in the fridge. Having a washer and dryer was incredibly handy for keeping our clothes fresh. The location's walkability to the Amtrak station and Whole Foods was a major advantage. While a couple of Uber drivers had a little trouble finding the exact location, it all worked out in the end. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we'd highly recommend it, particularly for anyone wanting to experience the vibrant 6th Street area of Austin.

Very easy location to find and very close to food trucks, restaurants, and bars in the area. The birds (electric scooters) are a fun way to get around the city quickly and made touring the area that much more fun and accessible. This little gem is the perfect size for two people, with an open concept living room and kitchen as well as a very large bathroom with modern amenities. Asad was easy to communicate with and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed including an entire list of activities in the area. The porch area of the home is a nice little touch that gives a garden vibe and is a nice, private place to chill outdoors. Lots of very friendly cats in the area, make sure you give them lots of pets if you visit! We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and experience the hustle and bustle of Austin again soon!

We enjoyed our 3-month stay here while we were in between places! The location is great—very safe neighborhood, nice walking trails, and close to lots of good restaurants, HEB, etc. The neighborhood is really quiet, but since it’s a garage apartment, there will be occasional noise from the attached house (mostly early mornings before school or when playing outside). We didn’t mind it, but noting it in case anyone doesn’t prefer such close proximity. The apartment was really comfortable and had mostly everything we needed for an extended stay! It was clean and had good storage space for our belongings (a major plus when you’re moving across the country). The host, Natalie, is super kind and was very responsive to any issues! We had a couple hiccups with the A/C unit in the bedroom, and Natalie was quick to get a tech out to fix it and answer any questions. We’d definitely stay here again! A great spot close to downtown but away from the chaos—stay here!!

I was seeing shows at the Sagebrush, The Continental Club and Sam’s Town Point, and this location was ideal for not being too far away from any of them.

Keith’s place was perfect for my stay while in town for work. I had everything I needed to cook in the kitchen which is always a big plus for me. The couch and living room in general are soo comfy/cozy for watching movies or relaxing to read a good book. The bed is very comfy and on the more firm side. As mentioned before the upstairs neighbors are pretty heavy footed. I slept so well and noise was not an issue for me. There’s a sound machine that helped. I would absolutely stay here again. Everything was walkable (food, bars, shopping).

We were very pleased with our stay at Emlyn’s house. We were visiting our in-laws in South Austin and the location of the house was perfect. It was easy to get downtown and there was shopping and restaurants close by. The house was clean and well equipped with everything you might need. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. We chose the King Ranch for a 50th birthday celebration. It was absolutely perfect. Kristen was a thoughtful host and great communicator. We had a party of 10 and everyone had plenty of space. The indoor and outdoor areas are well appointed and very comfortable. The pictures look great on the listing because the place really does look that awesome. We had a chef come in for a birthday dinner and he was in heaven. You’ll want for nothing while you’re there. If you need a place for a crowd that looks and feels like luxury living, this place is for you.

My first priority is cleanliness. It was very clean. Great location to Georgetown Square and Monument Cafe. Could use a few more living room chairs as the house sleeps 6, but only sits 4 in living area. Same with dining room. Nice that coffee, sugar, and creamer were available and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms. Would stay again and recommend.

We had a great stay at Mahshid’s place. It was in a great location and close to everything. It was clean and well stocked. We highly recommend!

Beautiful condo for my family of 7. Peaceful, serene and super relaxing! We loved the beach club and the golf cart offered was enjoyed by the whole family. Such a beautiful experience and we loved how each room had its own TV. The condo was super clean, very modern and very comfortable for a big family with little kids. I DEFINITELY recommend if you’re staying in Austin.

We had a great stay! The views from this balcony can’t be beat and walking to Rainey St. was a hop, skip & jump away. It was very clean and had the amenities listed. Would stay here again and/or recommend to others :)

Very clean apartment with great views. Centrally located and walkable. Natiivo is mostly short-term leases condos building and gets a bit busy. Roof top pool was heated and amazing.

This lovely place is an amazing Austin gem. From the amazing location…steps away from downtown and UT…to the lovely double en-suite bedrooms… and the authentic Austin decor…you will find a home away from home. Jessica’s personal touches are sprinkled throughout the entire home and you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. We loved our stay so much we plan to rebook for our next visit. Beautiful views!! Wanted a quiet relaxing getaway & I’m so glad we went with this listing. Very roomy, stocked kitchen with appliances, and host is very responsive. I do recommend Smiling Donuts :) definitely book if you’re thinking about it

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.
