It was a great little getaway would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to just get out of the city for a bit and enjoy some peaceful views

Jeffery is an awesome host. I stayed for 2 months and the place is wonderful. Comfortable bed, great heating when temps dropped below zero. Jeffery always kept the snow cleared. Cabin has everything to make your stay comfortable. I will definitely return when working in the area.

This home is as charming as Moberly itself. Sets on the corner just off of downtown. Everything you need within walking distance. (Driving distance because it was cold). If you missed staying at Grandma's house growing up-here's your chance. The decor matches the hardwood floors and pocket doors. Just lovely!

The property is perfect for a getaway. Beautiful and peaceful. Everything was clean and the home has lots of games, books, and movies for when the weather is bad. The property has lots of open space for walking and exploring. Loved how pet friendly it all was too. The home is far enough off the road, even though it’s not busy at all, that we felt safe with our pup outside off leash. Overall a great property.

We plan on visiting this place again in the future. Pig skin bar and grill was a little over block away. My wife visited several shops close by and a really nice coffee shop below us. There isn’t a TV but there is no need for one. So much to do and enjoy!

Love the Thomas Hill lake House. I grew up near here and loved visiting THL and have always believed it’s the best secret in Missouri. Lake is never crowded, great fishing, Moberly and Macon have good restaurants. The house is nice for a family or medium size group. Lots of open floor space. We will be using again.

The place was spotless and had everything I needed. The instructions for cleaning up and tips during my stay were posted up which was nice.

Honestly my family & I loved The Beach house! stayed couple nights. Very clean, comfy and cute! Had all the amenities you might need just in case you forget to bring something.. kitchen also has everything you would need.. heater kept us nice and toasty ! 2 complimentary waters & popcorn & coffee machine with pods and creamer! Also snacks for only .50 cents .. from start to finish Cara was very responsive, helpful and friendly! My kids accidentally knocked over the mirror and chipped the bottom frame, Cara was understanding and didn’t charge me anything! Would deff recommend!! Thanks again to our hosts for making our stay in Trenton a good experience!
