Wonderful location with access to a pool and the beach. Great beach equipment was provided for our stay. Nice balcony too although we were unable to see the sunset. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

We had a great stay. Casey was quick to respond to any inquiries. The location, ease of use, amenities provided in the condo, cleanliness, quality towels, and bed/linens all made for a wonderful stay. Sipping coffee on the porch overlooking the pond, listening to the fountains, etc. made for a wonderful start to the day. The pool is very nice and the people very friendly. There are plenty of amenities to provide lots of fun-bocce ball, shuffleboard, corn hole, pool, tennis, pickleball,golf, etc. This is a great place to stay! We will definitely return.

We enjoyed 6 days here and were so sad to come home. We didn’t want to stay downtown in fort Myers beach area and wanted something a little more quiet, this place was perfect. It’s situated in a great location, 15 min from fort myers beach and 10 min from Bonita springs if you want to get out and explore. Also right next to lovers key state park which was a must see. The condo was just as described and the views were amazing, we saw dolphins almost every morning while eating breakfast, it was magical! Very spacious bathroom and kitchen area. Bonus points came with beach chairs and an umbrella so we didn’t have to worry about renting at the beach. We would definitely come back to this rental!

We did a last minute overnight at Katie’s and it was a perfect find. Beautiful home, extremely clean, and lots of nice touches for a comfortable stay. Appreciated the great communication and clear instructions. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at this fabulous place! This was my first experience with an AirB&B and it was great. I’m really picky about cleanliness, and I didn’t find one thing I had to “re-clean” myself! Location was awesome - we walked to Sam Snead’s restaurant in 2 minutes. This unit has everything you could possibly need - every kind of utensil, pan, glassware, etc. Every outdoor thing you might need - umbrella, fishing rod, pool tools, you name it. It was quiet, it was safe and I’m already rebooking for next year! Terrific place- would totally recommend!

Barry's listing in on the water and you can watch the amazing sunsets. Close to great restaurants, breweries, and distillery. Close to the main arteries in and out of Cape Coral. The place is perfect for a couples ger away.. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay. The unit is very nicely decorated. Beds are very comfortable. Unit is only a short walk to the pool and tennis and shuffleboard etc. Resort is lovely and felt very safe. Location of the resort is also lovely - enjoyed exploring nearby Naples and Marco Island. Host was very accommodating. We hope to visit again!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as listed, super cute decor. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The location was near restaurants and other attractions. We really enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend and will be staying again.

Bianca's was very clean. I think that the carpet was very new and the unit was freshly painted. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. The towels were fresh and immaculate. I liked the fact that the unit was on the end which added to the privacy and quiet. The unit is spacious and well appointed. Bianca is a wonderful hostess.

Everything Hoot described was perfect. he personally reached out to us prior to check in and also checked in with us throughout the day. He was fantastic and very flexible. The place is exactly as described and I would not hesitate to rent from him again. He is a class act through and through. The kitchen was stocked with leftover amenities from other guests, which made it easy. I would recommend not going to the store unless you absolutely need to get something until you see what is there to use. Thank you to all the previous renters for sharing their goodies that were not needed at the end of their stay. Excellent Host!

Place is as described. Great location and resort. Elena is a very responsive host. Bedding and linens very comfortable. Close to restaurants and activities. Pool was good for kids.

We enjoyed staying at Justin and Lisana’s condo! The condo is beautiful and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Having the beach chairs, beach umbrellas, tennis rackets, etc, was so helpful! They even thought of all the little extras like nightlights and even aloe for sunburns ;-). Our 11 year old daughter was delighted to check out all the books, puzzles, and games. We were able to bring our bikes and ride around the area, which is so beautiful. We enjoyed visiting Lowdermilk Beach, Marco Island, and the Vanderbilt Beach —all within 20-30 minutes drive. The beaches are lovely and have lots of shells. We also made a trip to the Everglades National Park, which was about 45 minutes away and worth the visit. We rode our bikes in the national park and saw a lot of alligators, beautiful birds, and turtles. I would recommend getting there early though, if you want to find parking. Overall, we had a wonderful visit and would highly recommend staying here!

This was a wonderful place and a wonderful neighborhood. It was quiet and had a lovely atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again when I come back to visit.

Nataliya was a fantastic host- super responsive and courteous when we asked to check-in early. The place was clean, the garden and pool in the complex were lovely, and it’s about a mile and a half from the beach. We had a great time and would come again!

Everything was perfect. Great location to Marco Island and downtown Naples.

Our group of 7 loved staying here. The space was open, clean, and quite beautiful. Plenty of space to play games, swim, and hangout. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and perfect for a morning walk. The screened-in pool was a perfect size and it was nice to have a hot tub enclosed inside for when it was colder at night. We definitely recommend staying here with your group!

Great hosts, great neighborhood, great location. Townhouse had plently of space for 6 people with the 3 large bedrooms. Quick walk to all ammenities. Hosts were great at communicating and allowing for early check-in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for resort style pool and quiet and safe neighborhood.

Enjoyed this just as much as the first time we stayed here. If we come back down this way we will definitely book Lis & Tim's place.

We had a wonderful stay, and greatly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi the most. So much space and very helpful / responsive host. Would stay again. 10/10, great spot!

We had a wonderful time in St. James City! The pictures on the listing did not do the interior justice - we thought it might be a bit dark inside but it was bright and airy inside and bigger than we thought! It was clean, bright, not cluttered at all and the amenities were as described. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The beds and linens were very nice (firm). The surrounding area was very quiet, we had numerous, pleasant interactions with the neighbors with offers to go boating and kayaking and advice on fishing spots and we got plenty of visits with the manatees that we passing through. We used the kayaks quite a bit as well as the fishing poles. We would definitely come back; great experience overall.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house is very clean, updated, and has everything you need. The area is quiet and felt very safe. The beach is only a couple blocks away. When we weren’t at the beach we had so much fun in the pool and taking bike rides around the neighborhood (different bike sizes for all ages). Lis was wonderful with any questions we had.
