Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen – die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jeder Zeit erreichbar. Die Villa selbst war groß, sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Besonders war der gute WLAN und die ruhige, dennoch gut angebundene Lage – nur ca. 30 Minuten von Rom entfernt. Ein echtes Highlight waren die umliegenden Restaurants, die authentisch und nicht touristisch sind – perfekt, um die italienische Küche wie die Einheimischen zu genießen. Praktisch war auch der 24-Stunden-Supermarkt, nur eine Minute mit dem Auto oder fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen – ideal für alle, die Rom erkunden möchten und dabei nicht auf Komfort und Ruhe verzichten.

The apt. was conveniently located walking distance to many of the sites. It was a very cool space with an amazing terrace which we used nightly. I highly recommend this apt. Our host responded quickly to our questions and was eager to help. Love love love this place!

a lovely home from home. immaculately clean. awesome terrace with a beautiful view over the city. the hosts are just lovely, helpful and kind. the area is very peaceful however you will need a car to get about. 24 hour super market nearby too. I had a great time and hope to return soon

Ho trascorso una notte in questo loft e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. L’ambiente è moderno, curato nei dettagli e arredato con gusto, con un perfetto equilibrio tra comfort e stile. Ma il vero punto forte è stata la vista: dalle ampie vetrate si gode di un panorama mozzafiato, specialmente al tramonto. Il quartiere era tranquillo ma ben collegato, con ristoranti e bar raggiungibili a piedi. Consiglio questo loft a chi cerca una pausa rigenerante o una notte speciale, magari in coppia. È il tipo di posto che ti fa venir voglia di restare più a lungo, con quella sensazione di essere sospesi tra il cielo e la città.

This castle stay was a dream! My wife and I stayed for a magical 9 days and it was remarkable. Leah provided above and beyond for our stay. She really has a heart to host! From the amazingly comfortable bed to the soft plush robes to the cozy slippers we had an incredible stay. She has a kind team of people in the village that welcome you as family. The local meat shop was so fresh, the produce that Franka provides at the fruit and veggies shop to the 3 kind gentlemen at the market shop open almost the whole day! We really had everything we needed. The local restaurant that Gabriela runs with his family is a delicious cuisine! We found the town garden walk and the surprise peacocks at the end of the trail! Then Tivoli is just a quick bus ride away where we enjoyed a whole day at Villa De' Gregoriana! Also making homemade pasta with Rosetta and her sweet family! Simone who is so kind had some additional excursions you will be happy to take! Truly an unforgettable stay!!

Overall our stay was 5 stars. We walked to everything (including sights, restaurants, and shopping) and Antonella was very responsive to any questions and able to provide help when we couldn't get the door to open (user error). Enjoyed the terrace and unique woodwork. I have a few recommendations that do not detract from my recommendation of this stay. We had hoped to cook more, and would recommend additional size pots/pans, regular drinking glasses, olive or cooking oil, hot pads, and kitchen towels/dish sponges. However, I recognize that we may be the minority and these may not be stocked because they aren't used or requested often. Additionally, I knew the place would be loud due to proximity to the Colosseum. However, there is construction starting at 0700 and a pianist next door who plays sometimes until 2200 (they play well, but still). This, coupled with street noise all night was tough for us light sleepers. Antonella provides earplugs, but the noise was beyond help for us.

We greatly enjoyed our stay with Ennio! He accommodated us with an early check in when plans changed. I was warmly greeted and everything was explained. The space is comfortable and really cute. They thought of everything, and we appreciated the snacks. The linens smelled nice and fresh and everything was immaculate. The pictures don’t show what a beautiful and serene patio and garden there is outside. I loved having tea and treats out there. There are bars, restaurants, and shops a short walk away. They were wonderful hosts and we enjoyed our stay.

We arrived pretty late, even tho the time of arrival was til 20:00, Matteo was very nice to us and allowed us to arrive at 23:00. Before arrival we asked for recommendations and received a lot of good information on what to do and where to go. The House was much-much bigger than on the pictures, the kitchen was big and well equipped, the living room was big enough for a family. House had 2 bathrooms with showers which was very nice suprise for 2 couples travelling. Also the 2 bedrooms were big enough and there were plenty of room. Overall experience was really-really nice, House was amazing, Matteo was super nice! We also managed to fit Cadillac XT4 inside the gates, more than enough room for cars in that size. 10/10 experience, If we were to visit Italy again, definietly would consider re-visiting.
