Exactly as it looks on the tin vis a vis the photos are spot on. It is bigger than it looks which was ace Perfectly clean 2 mins from the promenade and close to the centre And super lovely welcome treats Definitely recommend

What a superb visit! Amazing property, spotlessly clean with every facility and feature you could imagine. The central location is ideal with so much on your doorstep. A friendly greeting and "tour" of the apartment upon arrival, and great communication from the hosts throughout. This will always be the first choice on my future visits to Broadstairs.

Lovely property & beautifully presented. A real pleasure to spend the weekend there. Everything ran smoothly with Nic from booking to checking out. Great location if you want to be away from the hustle & bustle but easy access to the more touristy places. Great walks directly from the property along the coast in each direction. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing, boutique-style stay 😊

A stunning sea view from this apartment. It was extremely quiet and had everything we needed. You can walk to a variety of cafes, restaurants, pubs, the high street and for absolutely miles along the beach. Don’t wonder whether this is the apartment for you, just book it and you won’t regret it! We will definitely return in the summer for another relaxing stay. Thank you x

This was our 2nd stay. The apartment was very comfortable, extremely well equipped, and spotlessly clean. It is spacious and light and airy. Sue is a very considerate host and has thought of everything in terms of equipping the apartment with lots of thoughtful extras. She was also very helpful in terms of access to the apartment. It is in a good location and easy to walk to shops, restaurants etc. We had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

This was such a special place to conclude our 3 wk honeymoon UK/Ireland venture.✨️ The soothing calm of the waves & such a peaceful abode, overall..absolutely heavenly. 💟🌊☮️ Kirsty was helpful to recommend restaurants upon request & also offered us an early 'check in' if we wished. We were actually even more grateful to have an additional hour at 'check out' to enjoy a beautiful walk along the ⛱️ beach within steps of our stay (we even bumped into a Brit celebrity there who chatted with us!🤩). The historic Ramsgate Tunnels tour is highly recommended & again, steps away.🙌 The epic Cliffs of Dover is about a 25 min drive which was convenient as well. What an absolute gorgeous hike especially getting to the beach, too! 🥰 The lil bakery called Staple, I believe was THE best bfast ever- enjoy some veggie croissant goodness- as you walk through the scenic port of Ramsgate, too. Lovely flat 2 min walk to the sea in one direction, and 10 min walk to some great restaurants in the other. We had a couple of issues with the heating on our first day but Kate was on the case very quickly and let us borrow a heater until it was fixed (all sorted in less than 24 hours). Great host, great flat, lovely time in Margate!

Great place in the heart of Herne Bay, definitely recommended for a short stay near the coast!

Lovely, quiet and cosy accommodation in great location with easy access to town and beach. Janey left a great welcome pack for our arrival. Beds were really comfortable and we were spoilt for choice with the gorgeous complimentary shower gels in the bathroom. 🙂

This is a really great place. We were let down on a booking at a different apartment, so tried to find an alternative to go to within the hour. We were amazed to find this excellent apartment at such short notice. Truly a five star experience. Spotlessly clean, modern and beautifully finished, I thoroughly recommend this lovely apartment.

Had a lovely stay at Izobela flat, its absolutely gorgeous comfy place with some great neighbourhood places to eat and drink. Izzy was really fantastic at communicating and let us check out a little later so we could continue exploring Margate. The place was spotless when we turned up and some lovely details. Thanks Izzy for a great stay- happily stay again and would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful time in ramsgate,all down to the apartment and the host,perfectly situated near all amenities,the accommodation is very homely and comfortable,and deanna is so friendly,and accommodating ,made us feel very welcome,with a small card and a lovely packet of biscuits and coffee waiting for us on arrival.very relaxing stay,would not think twice in staying again.

Had a lovely stay here in December the location is great, very walkable into either Whitstable or Tankerton. The appartment is spacious and well equipped with everything you need to it some nice appreciated touches from the host. Beds were super comfy. Only minor point is that the road outside can get busy in the morning and you can hear and feel the large trucks going by but that didn’t impact our stay. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay on Whitstable and would stay again.

Lovely flat - had everything I needed for a peaceful and relaxing stay but close enough to shops etc to pop out... Great location too with Oval Lawns/beach literally across the road. Very well equipped kitchen (if you love/prefer to cook during your stay.)

The photo's don't do the place justice. It was a real wow and comfortable feeling to walk into. Morgan was beyond helpful. Whatever your height you will walk back into a low ceiling. It's just a given! We stayed a month! We missed not having a freezer or microwave with kids. And a clean mid stay was definitely needed, or else a smaller adaptor to hoover and more cleaning products under sink for bathroom. Sofa bed great for one of my kids but I didn't fancy it so shared with the other. So no adult space for me became a bit wearing. The main bed was like sleeping on a supportive cloud! You won't regret staying here. Easy walk to Tankerton and Whitstable and literally 2 mins from beach.

Meg’s place is very well located close to the beach and town area. We really enjoyed the sauna and playing mini golf right outside. We would stay again if we came to Margate.

Spot on for what we needed whilst attending a gig at Dreamland. Great location, a short walk to the town centre and beach. Claira was quick to respond to the only question I had and was friendly & welcoming for check-in.
