What a hidden gem of a place! We feel so lucky to have found Stable Oak Cottages and to have spent New Year there with our family celebrating our sons 18th. The place was gorgeous and the hot tub such a treat! The alpacas were great entertainment and the luxurious little touches from bath robes and sliders, to home baked bread and muffins were just wonderful. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay in Herne Bay with a big group of friends for my partners 30th. Lovely and spacious perfect for the size of our group, lovely quiet area with lots of shops, pubs and places to eat all very near. Hot tub was a great touch to enjoy. Everything was perfect to cooking, baking a cake, having drinks and chilling in front of the tele. Lisa was a great host very quick to respond, felt very relaxed speaking to her and very helpful overall. Neighbour was very friendly. I highly recommend if there is a large group to book. All of us all said we would return especially in the summer with the kiddies to take them to the beach.

The log cabin was amazing!! It was the perfect place to stay with my family for my dad's 80th birthday weekend. The cabin is decorated so lovely, and super cosy with the log burner! Andrew the host is very helpful and always got back to me very quickly to answer my questions. We loved the little birthday gifts and decorations that were left for my dad It was really special! Thank you. we will definitely be back to stay again!

Very clean, bedding and towels smelled great. Hot tub was very relaxing, nice farmland surroundings and would recommend shoes/boots that can withstand the mud!

absolutely stunning. took my mum and older kids for a family weekend for a Christmas present. the cottage is cosy and just so cute. it has something for everyone my son's watched sky movies in the open plan kitchen.I drunk wine with mum in the beautiful cottage lounge and relaxed. we all enjoyed the hot tub and views. cooked in the well equipped kitchen and ate in the conservatory. The bath was a absolute perfect end to the day before falling in to a very comfortable bed. in my room I had sky TV so everyone had enough space if needed. it's a absolutely hidden gem and very private with stunning views and well kept garden. tenterden is only 10 mins drive where there's restaurants, pubs and a large tesco. the cottage is so perfect we didn't need to go out and seek things to do. if I could rate this beautiful air BNB I would give it 6 out of five but I can only give it five out five . thankyou so much for sharing your beautiful home 🙏🏻❤️

Outstanding! Jo's place is a real home away from home - spacious, well equipped - notably the kitchen - and within easy walking distance to Hythe town centre (and Waitrose). We stayed over Christmas so made full use of the kitchen to host a big group (we have family in the area). A fabulous time was had by all, and the hot tub proved to be a winner!

We stayed in this lovely house over New Year’s to celebrate a birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house is wonderful—thoughtfully designed with everything you need for a relaxing few days away with friends. The living room was especially cosy and homely, with plenty of space for all seven of us to gather comfortably. The overall feel of the place is modern yet welcoming, making it a great spot to unwind. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side, so we didn’t explore as much as we’d hoped, but the village looks charming and worth a visit in better conditions. Luckily it meant we had more time to enjoy the hot tub in the back garden! The hosts were fantastic—responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us to ring in the New Year. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to others!

very comfortable and clean property in a perfect location. We came down to Margate for a weekend by the sea enjoying the fresh air, the beautiful coastal walks and the superb culinary delights. Thank you Kish & Fiona for letting us stay in your property.

Great place in central location close to shops restaurants and bars. parking in the car park is free after 6pm until 8am we paid for 3 hours after 6pm and parked till 11am for £5.80. the apartment was a pleasure to stay in, it was well stocked comfortable and clean. plenty of information in the folder about the area.

The house was perfectly placed in Broadstairs, yet quiet. It was very clean and loved that they had provide a small bottle of milk for our morning coffee. The house was ready earlier than expected so they gave us a call which was really helpful. I would definitely book again. Thank you

We had such a beautiful stay at this lovely house. The house is huge, extremely spacious, very well designed, the decor is fab! Comfy beds! Such a great location to the beach and the nice restaurants! We were a group of 7 ladies and had a great weekend. Would definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful house and a lovely spacious apartment. The views of the sea, the lovely quiet position and the easy access to the beaches and centre of town make this place a great choice. It is glorious to see the sun rise from the sea early morning and watch it light up the beach. We had never visited Broadstairs before but were delighted with our decision to do so. We both felt we would be very happy to come here again to explore the area more. It was great to relax by the window and enjoy the view of the coastline from the comfort of our chairs.

Perfect spot. Felt right at home. 3min walk to everything, yet very quiet. Can't wait to stay again.

We rang in the New Year at Vivien’s beautiful home. The pictures don’t do it justice - it’s truly stunning and was a wonderful home base for our group of 11. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and we loved the main living area. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach, grocery store, restaurants and cafes. We’d love to come back some day.

Lovely, quiet and cosy accommodation in great location with easy access to town and beach. Janey left a great welcome pack for our arrival. Beds were really comfortable and we were spoilt for choice with the gorgeous complimentary shower gels in the bathroom. 🙂

Nice stay! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, thoughtfully laid out, well equipped, and so close to great walks and heritage sites. The kids loved the indoor pool. The chalet is probably meant to be enjoyed best in warmer weather but Neil provided enough space heaters to keep warm. The electricity is run on coin meter- took about 6-7£ for 2 days in February, could probably get away with half of that in warmer months.

We had a few nights at Rea’s chalet during February half term, 2 adults and 3 little children. The chalet was such a cosy place, facing the sea, treating us with the sound of the waves to drift off to sleep. The sunshine in the morning was such an uplifting view. We had a peaceful time, the location is amazing- short distance walk to the beach, and the holiday park has everything you need for young travellers like a heated swimming pool, a shop with emergency wipes etc. Also, the kids absolutely loved finding the kids books in the book case, and some bath toys. The playground was right there next to the chalet. We are very grateful to have had the chance to stay there. Please note if you travel with little ones in winter months, the chalet may be cold to start with as it is not a lived in property, and the check in is after 4 pm, so suggest to pack thick socks and a warm jumper. If it happens to you, don’t worry it, will warm up in a few hours!

Excellent stay - very large & spacious! The game room was a hit for adults & kids! The two kitchens were very useful too. Can't wait to come back in the summer and make the most of the large lawn & pool!

The cottage is clean, welcoming and quaint, with a log burner and beautiful Christmas tree glistening in the corner. We felt right at home straight away. There are plenty of games and things to do in the house to keep the guests entertained. The kitchen is well equipped for those who want to cook at home. It is the perfect place for relaxing and cosy winter getaway.

Simple, easy and cosy caravan with all the conveniences. Normally I’m Not fussed about WiFi but I had to work whilst I was there and having WiFi in the van was a useful touch. The place was clean and tidy and got warm quickly, perfect for a little autumn getaway.

Great house to spend time with friends for a 50th. Very close to Canterbury which has lots of great shops, bars and restaurants. Also close to Chapel down and a couple of stellar pub do lunch out dinner. The house was everything we needed it to be and the pool was perfect!

Had a brilliant holiday at the lighthouse - great location with sea and walks in the doorstep. The house was perfect for us really interesting , inspiring and quirky with everything you could need. Comfy beds, clean, private and quiet. Maggie was a lovely host to communicate with. Great views too! Want to return in the summer to use the pool! Thank you :)
