Great location right on the beach with access directly from the shared garden (no view of the beach from the apartment). Lovely area with lots of pubs, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance and lots of choice of beaches to walk/run along. The property is only accessible on foot and with quite a lot of stairs but that was clear in the listing (but I would consider how much luggage you need!) and didn’t bother us. A lovely place to stay and I would recommend Broadstairs and the apartment.

The flat was lovely, just what we were looking for out of our long weekend in Margate. Having coffee on the balcony in the sun was a particular highlight! Lisa was a great hostess, with clear instructions, attentive to our needs, and leaving little treats around the place. I look forward to staying again in the future.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at Lisa’s place. It is an amazing apartment, fabulous views and so close to all amenities in Deal and the surrounding area. The apartment is spotless and really quiet. Great place to relax and watch the sea. Lisa is a great host. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Fantastic weekend stay at Sallys flat in Margate, for 2 couples and our dog. Flat very spacious and well equipped. Sally very kindly provided us breakfast goods, wine and treats/towel for our dog! Location is fantastic, views to the ocean, cross the road for best brewery,restaurants,cafes,bars but still quiet accommodation. Couldn’t recommend higher and she was very flexible with us for check-in/check-out. Don’t hesitate to book :)

We’ve stayed at a couple of places in Margate. Ashley’s has been the best as far as locations go - right next to old town, at the foot of Northdown Road where there are so many excellent restaurants and cafes and interesting shops, super close to the beach, and about 20 minutes by foot to/from the station. The place is comfortable, quiet, really well appointed (especially in the kitchen), and we really appreciated the two toilets. We didn’t use the back patio area, but we can imagine it would be really great in the summer months for a break from the crowds. We’ll be back!

Outstanding . Stunning place with all it had to offer and more. Lots of extra touches. Little lap blankets for seating at the chairs and window seats offering the most amazing views. Choices of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits on arrival. Condiments even spices if you wish to cook. Extra pillows and fans. Even the hand soaps and lotions smelt amazing. Absolutely loved the decor and views. Very spacious but felt warm and cozy. What a find. Not to be missed. Thank you Deborah from Deborah

What a lovely couple of days away in Deal made possible by staying at Alana’s place. Was very easy to get to from the station, comfortable and a real home from home for my Mum and I. As a side note the electric diffusers smelt incredible making it a very pleasant place to relax as soon as you walked through the door. The welcome gift Alana also left was a really lovely gesture too to make us feel welcome.

Had a wonderful stay in Herne Bay with a big group of friends for my partners 30th. Lovely and spacious perfect for the size of our group, lovely quiet area with lots of shops, pubs and places to eat all very near. Hot tub was a great touch to enjoy. Everything was perfect to cooking, baking a cake, having drinks and chilling in front of the tele. Lisa was a great host very quick to respond, felt very relaxed speaking to her and very helpful overall. Neighbour was very friendly. I highly recommend if there is a large group to book. All of us all said we would return especially in the summer with the kiddies to take them to the beach.

Lovely cottage style property. As I was away with friends we loved the fact that the bedrooms were all about the same size and had double beds. The house was clean and attractively decorated and furnished, felt comfy and at home very quickly. Great location for the city and there are so many lovely restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were very, very responsive and friendly and their flexibility was very much appreciated. Five stars for the service experience. Thank you, we would return!

We stayed at The Nook and had a great time. It’s a beautiful home, very well equipped and Catherine was a really helpful host. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. We were lucky with the weather and had a lovely walk to the two beaches. Would recommend. Many thanks Catherine.

We’ve had a wonderful weekend in this fabulous house. Perfectly positioned and a beautiful view out to sea. The house is comfortable, warm and really well furnished. Will definitely book again. Thank you Jacqui!

The Admiral Penn is a fantastic property right on the seafront. It was immaculately clean. Bathrooms are beautiful and the house is very well equipped. 5 large ensuite bedroom with large beds. We really enjoyed our time here over Christmas 2024 and will definitely be back in the future. If you wake early enough you can watch the sunrise from some of the bedroom windows or better still go for a run along the seafront. We used to live in Walmer and Whitstable so we know this part of Kent really well. There is a lot to do here. Don't miss the wartime tunnels under Dover castle and Canterbury Cathedral. The only drawback with the property are the stairs which are winding, steep and shallow so that's a consideration if you have people that are not good with stairs. Other than that, I thoroughly recommend this property.

Deanna was a wonderful host, so friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating - absolute pleasure to interact with. The house was terrific, in fact the description didn’t do it justice - fabulous. Perfect for a large group of people with everything you need. Clean, cosy and felt like home from home. My friends and I had a fantastic weekend. Would definitely recommend and go back.

what can I say!! open the door to be met by a lovely fresh clean smell and a well stocked and thoughtful hamper, fresh fruit bowl and loaf of bread on the table. Big tell in the lounge area. tv in other rooms, all with Internet. Fresh milk in the fridge. The host definitely has put a lot of thought in to this place. All the kitchen utensils you could shake a stick at. Rebecca was very responsive to a couple of questions I had which was great. all beds were extremely comfy. Best caravan we've stayed in by far. Can't wait to return.

Nice stay at Richard place. Close to the city center. The flat is nice and comfy. A bit noisy Saturday evening and Monday early morning.

We had such a fantastic stay at Melody’s lovely apartment. Perfect location right by the beach and to town, easy parking, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Melody was so helpful in messages beforehand, really appreciated it. Thanks for a great stay, we would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Lovely, quiet and cosy accommodation in great location with easy access to town and beach. Janey left a great welcome pack for our arrival. Beds were really comfortable and we were spoilt for choice with the gorgeous complimentary shower gels in the bathroom. 🙂

Second time in Margate, a great location and easily accessible to the seaside. Charming building and space. Parking can be a bit tricky but manageable, the best cafes are just 5mins walk, very quiet in the evenings for a peaceful rest.

Very nice, and comfortable apartment with a wonderful view out to sea. The unique bath seat is quite a feature. Well positioned for an easy walk into town to access shops and restaurants, and access by road to explore this part of the Kent coast.
