Wirklich empfehlenswerte Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und gute Betten. Schöner Wintergarten. Sehr gute Kommunikation und Unterstützung durch den Gastgeber. Einsicht, die Möglichkeit eines fehlendes Parkplatzes, was aber genau so angegeben war, war etwas mühsam. Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Danke auch noch mal an Chris!

We had a lovely stay at the beach side Apartment in Herne Bay. The space was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located being just opposite the beach and a short walk from all the local amenities. It had a cozy, relaxed atmosphere (also to mention the complimentary Pinot) — ideal for a seaside getaway. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful stay with easy access to everything Herne Bay has to offer! We will definitely be returning in the near future! Thank you so much L&R x

Second stay at Wendy’s lovely apartment. The view from balcony,lounge & the bed is stunning. Will miss reading in bed & looking out to sea. There was work going on in the block & Wendy kept us informed and gave us the option to cancel after the usual time if we decided that the work would ruin our stay - it didn’t.. apartment super clean & comfortable. Coffee shop - Coast at the Granville theatre on the green opposite flat is great venue for coffee with a view. Lovely area, easy to get around walked most of the time but did get the Loop bus to Margate. If we come back to Ramsgate next year will definitely stay here again. Thank you Wendy.

I wouldn’t want to spoil the wow factor for anyone else so il do my best not to ramble on….. I personally love the East Kent Coastline and there’s so much to do and see in this particular area, as you are spoilt for choice with restaurants and plenty of activities. This Airbnb is conveniently placed right opposite Margate main sands beach, and right behind it you have Dreamland. The property is also not far from Margate old town where there are plenty more shops, galleries, cafes, restaurants, and pubs to choose from. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was found clean, and Amy was a pleasant host from start to finish with excellent communication. Every detail about this property has been carefully thought out and you can see and feel that the minute you enter.

Very nice apartment located on a very quiet side street but only a few minutes walk from the sea, harbour and bars and restaurants. Beautiful decor and very high quality furniture. Nice courtyard to sit and relax in. Very clear instructions, easy to use key safe which isn’t always the case and good communication.

Another great stay at Mark’s place! I’ll never get tired of the view, and there are some lovely cafes in Cliftonville. The apartment was super clean and cosy, and so close to the beach!

Claire's apartment is lovely and very conveniently located on the beachfront, with views of the sea. Claire was very friendly and responsive, and the place is well set up for dogs and their humans. We don't normally sleep well away from home, but it was quiet with good mattresses, bedding and blinds, and we got a good night's sleep.

We stayed at Eleanor's flat for a weekend getaway in Margate and loved it. Beautiful views and so close to the Old Town and all of its restaurants and shops. The flat was well equipped with everything you might need for a stay away from home and was very clean and comfortable!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. A beautiful cottage, and extremely spacious. The sea view is stunning. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view. The decor is of very high quality with lots of personal touches. The kitchen has everything you need. Communication was excellent, lots of recommendations and helpful information. We would stay again and highly recommend Foreland cottage.

Loved the house and location -very well equipped and very comfortable & spacious . Especially loved the balcony overlooking the sea-great for the sunset. Instructions for the oven & hob would have been helpful ! We had a lovely weekend, felt very at home .

Lovely house in a great location. Deceptively large with nice outside seating area. Walking distance to the beach and many bars and restaurants which are buzzing.

Our second stay here,just as nice as previously. The flat is always spotless with great facilities and a central location. Sue is a great host who provides you with all the information you need regarding the flat and the area itself.

Sheila’s house feels like a home the moment you step inside. It’s roomy and bright throughout. We all loved the place including the young grandchildren who spent ages in the garden amusing themselves. The kitchen is packed with masses of everything you could think of and as we cook this was brilliant. As all the adults have stressful busy lives this break was so relaxing, just what was needed. As a birder I highly recommend Pegwell reserve for a great walk and great birdwatching. Highly recommended.

We (group of 8 friends) had a great stay in Otter's Hatch/annex add-on (seven bedrooms). The place is full of charm and is well-equipt. It's a literal stones-throw from the spotless beach, so we took breakfast there each morning (folding chairs provided in the house). The whole experience was easy, relaxing and we all fell a little bit in love with Deal's many charms! Thanks Mary-Jo!

Great location for a family get together. Sea views kept us entertained as storm Darragh prevailed. Helpful to have 2 car parking spaces. Outdoor bath a hit. Utility room good for dogs after walks. Enjoyed walking into Deal for brunch on the pier, independent shops, supper at Frog and Scot, drinks at the Royal. Sunday lunch at The Zetland, Kingsdown also walkable and lunch was delicious. Intend to visit again. A really lovely mini break in a cool and original property. We LOVED it!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Alles war gut organisiert und problemlos in der Abwicklung. Mit der Wohnung waren wir sehr zufrieden. Der Ausblick ist grandios! Die Altstadt von Margate ist in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dort gab es alles an Gastronomie u.ä. was wir benötigten. Die Kommunikation mit Ella war sehr angenehm und sie hat wirklich viele gute Tips. Gerne wieder!

Thanks Nic, we really enjoyed staying at your place ‘The Coastal Soul’, and loved being so close to the beach. It was just as you described it, very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The tips in your house guide were also very helpful, the location was perfect and we enjoyed the walk along the coast to Reculver fort. We would absolutely recommend it and will definitely be back. Such a great little find for us as we stay in Deal often. The apartment is bright airy and spotlessly clean. It is so spacious so more than enough room for everyone. Fantastic location right in the centre of Deal and on the seafront. Communication with Sue was great and check in was simple! Would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying again.

Lovley property, very warm, parking was an issue on arrival but soon sorted. Area is a bit rundown but location to the oldtown with plenty of nice pubs & restaurants is a short 5-minute stroll away. Perfect if you have a dog as the local beach is a 2-minute walk. Supermarket (Aldi) is 2-minute walk as are a few local bars & coffee shops.

We had a great time, very accommodating host. The apartment is right on the beach with stunning views and lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

Had a wonderful stay. The place was beautiful and the bay window looking to the sea and sunset was perfect. Took so many sunset photos from the window! Everything felt fresh and clean. Comfy bed - slept really well. Great amenities- loved the coffee machine. Kitchen very well catered for - all utensils that you’d need. Great shower. Host very responsive Loved Margate old town. Walked from Broadstairs back to Margate - great walk with beautiful beaches. A wonderful few days. Thank you.

Kirsty place was out of this world. We booked one night last minute with my mother 6yr old daughter and my 5 week newborn. To say the night/early morning feeds were made so much better looking out onto the sunrise across the sea and breakfast on the balcony in the mornings. We spent the day on the beach and then got a takeaway fish and chips. Apartment was spotless, bed was so comfy and linen fresh and so Inviting. We will be back this time with my husband as he was sincerely jealous of our morning view as he was at work! Thank you x

Wonderful retreat which offered a sense of being private & slightly apart from busyness of Margate whilst being less than 2 mins walk from the vibrancy all Margate can & does offer. The accommodation was charming, welcoming, contemporary & full of vintage uniqueness plus offering expansive sea views via the front room/kitchen space & one of the bedrooms. Personally, we loved the walk up the original spiral staircase to the apartment but may be an issue if mobility needs to be considered. Access to excellent activities, events, shops, restaurants are within 3mins walk. It is a foodies delights re restaurants however there is a well-stocked & reasonably priced Aldi 3 mins walk away too. Free on-street parking directly outside accommodation also a bonus. Stephanie was communicative & responsive prior & during our visit with helpful support & suggestions. In all a lovely space to relax, recharge and reconnect. Thank you Stephane. Definitely will return & recommend!
