Great location, restaurants near by walking distance. awesome house, very cozy yet large

*CUIDADO* con los cobros extras dentro del alojamiento. por qué no te muestran un inventario a la llegada y por qué son 300% más caros que en la tienda. El personal de la finca excelente! Limpieza genial!!!! Diario limpian todo perfectamente un equipo de 6 magníficas personas El wifi funciona bien! Ventiladores y aire acondicionado de primera! La casa es mucho mejor de lo que las fotos muestra!!! La mejor zona de cuba. Ojo no está tan cerca del mar como aparece en el mapa del anuncio. Pero tampoco está lejos. La estadía fue genial!!! Lo único malo el cobro de mil dólares de extras el último día!!!! El cual no se puede pagar con tarjeta o por medio de la aplicación. Solo dólares o euros y no dan recibo Cada botella pequeña de agua que agarres del refri te cuesta casi 3 dll Aún así regresaría sin dudarlo!!!

This place is amazing! The pictures don't lie! The house is beautiful. The pool area is amazing. It was nice to have 24 hour security. They were very helpful when we need food brought in at night. The staff during the day made a great breakfast and couldn't have been more accommodating. Patric was very responsive and even stopped by a couple of times to make sure everything was ok. That was very reassuring. Especially since we were in a foreign country and didn't speak the language. We felt right at home. I highly recommend this place, especially if you have a larger group and if you want a day or two of down time during your trip. I can't recommend Patric and this house enough.

It was a wonderful, memorable stay. We will be sharing this listing with many more people. Visiting Cuba can be tricky with travel arrangements, cell service, etc. Lexa was a kind and responsive host who cared for our needs. We wouldn't think about booking any other space.

Es completamente recomendable porque pasamos una gran estancia con facilidad de utensilios para cocinar, acogedor patio con piscina para refrescar el calor, limpio y agradable. El personal de la casa muy servicial y amable que te ayuda en todo lo que necesites.

Si vous voulez vous immerger dans la culture Cubaine dans un environnement des plus confortable alors le logement proposé par Marcos vous ravira! Sans parler de la cuisine proposée : un délice! Merci à lui et sa famille ! Un séjour PARFAIT !

Un alojamiento super excelente. Tania presente en todo sentido desde el dia de la confirmacion de reserva hasta dias despues de irnos. Un alojamiento precioso, ameno, muy agradable, comodo. Teniamos frigobar y ambientes muy amplios. La terraza es hermosa para tomar unos mates y/o tomar unos tragos y/o simplemente descansar luego de un largo dia de paseo por La Habana. Eramos un grupo fliar grande de 9 personas y TODOS coincidimos con lo excelente del alojamiento y de la excelente predisposicion de Tania. Tuvimos un problema en el aeropuerto que la aerolinea nos perdio la valija y Tania presente en todo para ayudarnos (hablando con la aerolinea, el envio, etc). Como tambien presente para sugerir lugares y como organizarnos. Recomiendo totalmente este alojamiento sin ninguna duda.

The amount of love put into this house is undeniable. The plant life alone can be a talking point. Do read the coffee table book that details the hard work put into the place and the meanings. I have stayed twice here once with my girlfriend and once by myself. I felt very comfortable and very safe. The house is clean and very peaceful. Air conditioner worked, toilets flushed, refrigerator was cold, and clean drinking water was available. Don't forget the cell phone with internet available during your stay. Janio and the whole team have been wonderful each stay. He has been very proactive to make sure I get what I need even before asking. I am very appreciative of that. Please bring some supplies and non-parashables to help support the people if you can.

Su questo alloggio all’Avana c’è davvero poco da dire, se non che è semplicemente meraviglioso. Alessandro è attento a ogni minimo dettaglio e si vede. È la terza volta che vado all’Avana e ho soggiornato in sei alloggi diversi, dagli hotel alle case particular, ma questo è stato senza dubbio il più confortevole. La struttura è nuovissima e pulita, e la posizione è perfetta per esplorare tutta l’Avana Vecchia. Le foto rispecchiano perfettamente la realtà. I collaboratori di Alessandro, presenti in portineria 24 ore su 24, sono discreti e mai invadenti, sempre disponibili a rispondere a ogni dubbio e a dare ottimi consigli sui luoghi da visitare. Un soggiorno impeccabile!

Los dueños de la casa , Maby y su esposo Manuel fueron los mejores anfitriones que pudimos tener . Siempre atentos y dispuestos a atender a nuestras demandas nos hicieron sentir como si estuviéramos en nuestra propia casa, o mejor aún . La casa respondió con creces a lo que de ella esperábamos por la información de que disponíamos en esta aplicación . Sin duda si volvemos a La Habana será nuestra primera opción. 100% recomendable.

Yudeisi es muy amable, siempre están al pendiente de ti, te apoyan y dan sugerencias, los primeros 2 días no hubo agua pero no fue por ellos, si no por temas del gobierno, todo excelente!

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise nach Vinales. Das Haus hat die perfekte Lage zum Busbahnhof, sodass wir problemlos weitereisen konnten. Amelie und ihr Mann sind sehr nette Menschen und die Wohnung ist eine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung mit voller Privatsphäre.

Amamos ❤️ La casa es tal cual como en fotos. Todas las personas son muy amables, especialmente la señora Ada y el señor Fernando. Cerca de muchos lugares interesantes, me sentí muy tranquila y segura todo el tiempo. Muchas gracias por todo, volvería sin duda a este lugar. 20/10 :)

Amazing place to stay! A little far away from old havana so taxi's started to add up. But it is in a very safe place! There are restaurant that are not expensive within walking distance. There is also night clubs that are close to the house if you want to go out at night. Their back yard is AMAZING! Definitely take advantage and go in the back and smoke or drink. Also take her up on her breakfast! She is an awesome cook it's definitely worth a try! I would highly recommend this house!

Maria and Raoul are great people. They toured us around the area showing us all the amenities and places of entertainment. We enjoyed their company and generosity.

The stay at Roberto’s was flawless. I traveled with a child and my elderly grandparents. Roberto was very welcoming, helpful and kind. There have been some power outages in the last few days in Havana, but Roberto has a generator, which was a luxury. We had power the entire time thanks to the generator. The house also has a water heater and the showers had adequate water pressure. The home was spacious, clean and comfortable, the garden was wonderful to sit and spend time with my family. The home has WiFi. The location is outstanding, close to restaurants, Malecón, little markets and the Agromercado (great place to buy produce). I am extremely happy with our experience, the home and Roberto. I’d be very happy to stay in his property again.

Filippo is nice and helpful and exchange the CUP with us with the ratio 1 : 125 with US dollar. The place is exactly in the old Havana and it is really easy to walk to places of interest.

Selected this location for its proximity to Fábrica de Arte Cubano but even though the FAC was closed for remodeling we were happy to have found it. Guest area is on the second floor of a big home on the corner of the intersection of two streets with a veranda elevated above the street corner. There were lots of plants and creature comforts at this unit and the housekeeper Belkis was awesome! Though this review rates the property at five stars it's rating is intended to be relative to other properties in the area. So, even though there was some street noise in the rooms at night (nice touch providing the ear plugs) and the common area wasn't air conditioned it was still much nicer than surrounding properties. Thanks for such a nice stay and thanks again for Belkis- she's charming, thorough and attentive!

This home and its staff continue to impress after many visits. An unbeatable location in Vedado, an extraordinary home, and the ready help with meals, rides, and other needs and conveniences here laid the foundation for a wonderful visit.
