Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo alloggio, vicino al centro e comodo per muoversi. La casa è bellissima, ampia e pulitissima con tutto quello che serve per trascorrere giorno in tranquillitá. Padroni di casa gentilissimi e disponibili. Consigliatissima!

L’appartement est super bien placé, il est propre et Jorge est super sympa. Elle m’a donné des conseils. Il y a de l’eau chaude tout le temps, et la climatisation fonctionne super bien. Je recommande !

O apartamento é exatamente como o anunciado. O ar condicionado funciona bem e a localização é perfeita pra quem quer explorar Havana Viena a pé. Também existe um ponto de taxi / cocotaxi praticamente do lado da porta do prédio, facilitando o deslocamento pra onde se precisa. A fachada do prédio destruída e toda a extensa escadaria assustam no primeiro momento, mas quando se chega ao apartamento tudo se concretiza. Não possui acessibilidade para cadeirante nem pra pessoas com dificuldades em subir escadas (e são praticamente uns 10 lances de escada), fora isso é perfeito! A anfitriã foi sensacional na tratativa desde o fechamento da reserva até o check-out!

This apartment is located in Vedado and offers great value. I'll definitely be back. The hosts communicated well and provided helpful suggestions for Havana. Eric, the co-host, was fantastic, always available to answer questions and was a great resource during my stay. The apartment itself is as pictured, clean, and well-maintained. The top-floor terrace is perfect for relaxing, the fridge worked well, and having a safe in the bedroom was a nice touch. The location is ideal and is within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. It's also located just 10-12 minutes from Old Havana. Check-in was easy. The hosts arranged a taxi for me from the airport. Eric met me upon arrival, provided all needed info, and returned a few days later for check-out. The only suggestion I have would probably be to add a microwave and more plates/cups - but overall, I’d definitely stay here again and I'd have no problem recommending it to others.

O apartamento é muito bom , novo , limpo e confortável. uma vista incrível do Capitólio , que de noite fica ainda mais bonita. Não se assuste com os arredores, pois em toda Havana está a mesma situação , muito lixo e prédios em situações de abandono, porém o apartamento é tranquilo e seguro com um restaurante em frente para refeições rápidas e próximo de pontos turísticos podendo fazer caminhando tranquilamente. O Sadir é uma pessoa muito boa e prestativa, tudo que você precisar ele vai te ajudar prontamente , desde a sua chegada ao aeroporto com o táxi de Carli até um chip de internet para você se comunicar, pois em cuba não pega outra operadora somente a deles. muito obrigado Sadir e Carli vocês fizeram meus dias em cuba mais satisfatórios e tranquilos. Recomendo de olhos fechados o seu espaço para todos. Ate breve.

Great stay! If I were to come back to Cuba, I'd stay here again.

We already visited a few Airbnbs in Cuba and in my opinion this was the best one - also in a good price. The place was very spacious, clean, well furnished and had everything we needed. The location was also great and not far from restaurants and other attractions. The beds were comfortable. Some friendly neighbours organised us a place to safely park our car. I would definitely recommend this place and come back in the future!

The office and cleaning staff were great. Pleasant, assisted us with things we needed and was able to translate and communicate with us well. The security did a good job as well they were aware of the surroundings and was able to communicate with them as well. I personally got into a disagreement with the owner where I did not like how some things transpired. The area may look rough, but the locals are generous and harmless. Be careful booking a taxi because they will up charge since you may be a foreigner.

We loved our stay at Esperanza's place, we felt right at home. The house is located in a central area, it is beautifully decorated, comfortable and very clean. Esperanza and her husband were so lovely, attentive and welcoming..We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Luis' place was great! Luis and Sandra were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Anything that we needed they were able to provide for us, sometimes from their own apartment! Unfortunately two of my party got sick in the last few days of our trip. Luis was great about checking in with us and making sure our needs were met until they were feeling better. The space is clean and well kept. Things to be aware of: -This is not a touristic part of Havana, you live as the locals do -Power cuts are common and outside of the host's control -Spanish only, be comfortable with the language or have an offline translator We would definitely stay here again!

Yudeisi es muy amable, siempre están al pendiente de ti, te apoyan y dan sugerencias, los primeros 2 días no hubo agua pero no fue por ellos, si no por temas del gobierno, todo excelente!

I løpet av våre sytten dager på Cuba bodde vi i Casa Nini i to perioder. Vi trivdes veldig godt!! En god Airbnb opplevelse handler for oss blant annet om å få god og relevant informasjon i forkant og under oppholdet. Det fikk vi her: Både fra Nini i forkant av oppholdet og av Franci under oppholdet. Franci tryllet frem nydelige frokoster og middager. Hun bistod oss med alt vi trengte hjelp til, om det var å organisere skyss, tipse om restauranter og booke bord til å planlegge utflukter og komme med innspill om aktiviteter. I Franci får man en vertinne som balanserer tilgjengelighet og privatliv på mesterlig vis. Men det aller viktigste var nok den gode stemningen hun bidro til. Et opphold på Casa Nini vil berike oppholdet på Cuba. Takterrassen ble brukt mye. Både til måltider og avslapning. Her kunne man trekke seg tilbake samtidig som man kunne sitte på kanten og observere livet nede i gata. Vi må også nevne at vi fikk veldig gode og trygge sjåfører organisert av Casa Nini.

Great space, ample and bright. Hot water was present. friendly host. Pictures are very accurate. Almost haven’t seen any neighbors, so very private. Balcony handrails are a bit low so be careful there if you had a drink or two.

Hospedarme en el lugar de Giuseppe y Tania fue una experiencia muy grata. Desde antes de llegar, Giuseppe fue muy atento en ayudarnos con la reserva del taxi, el recorrido fue en un auto clásico muy bonito, al llegar nos dio una guía caminando por el lugar en donde nos recomendó lugares y rutas para movernos en La Habana, y nos dio otro recorrido en carro para llevarnos a un lugar sorpresa, todo esto por su cuenta. Definitivamente volveremos con la familia completa, el lugar es muy céntrico y hermoso tal cual las fotos y la terraza, a pesar de no tener suficiente tiempo para disfrutarla, vale la pena tomarse unas tragos o tirar cuentos allí. Recomendaría mucho quedarse aquí.

Great place with a great view. Very spacious. Really enjoyed the attention and helpful host. Everything was smooth. Quick access to most all central areas of Havana. Just some noise from the busy street below-buses and trucks every morning. But at least the apartment is on the 7th floor so not too bad. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Havana.

Absolutely loved staying here. This apartment was my sanctuary in Old Havana. Lovely view of the city from the balconies, amazing sunrises. The space itself is beautifully furnished, exactly as pictured, very clean and tidy. Wifi worked well. Area has lots of nice restaurants nearby. The neighbourhood is very lively, bring earplugs if you're sensitive to sound. I slept perfectly. Bedrooms have A/C if need be but the house was quite cool overall, especially in the evenings. Zohra checked me in, was very helpful with exchanging money, and was on contact if I needed her help with anything. Alba was easy to contact too and was very helpful. Havana is a very walkable city and this place is in a great location very near to various museums and cultural spaces. For the price, was an absolute bargain. Would stay here again! Excelente ubicación, rodeada de los lugares claves de La Habana. Alojamiento limpio y muy cómodo. Yoandra muy cálida y buena onda, siempre respondió rápidamente y de forma amable.

Jany e seu primo Michel me deram total apoio, que foi muito além da obrigação deles. Foram de um carinho, empatia, preocupação e cuidado sem iguais! Tanto Jany quanto Michel são pessoas maravilhosas, que não existe igual. Me ajudaram em tudo, desde a recomendação de locais melhores e mais seguros para fazer câmbio, até lugares turístico que não poderia perder. Todas as dicas, a preocupação com a minha satisfação e segurança, me fizerem sentir como se eu estivesse com amigos de longa data! O apartamento é maravilhoso. Extremamente espaçoso. Daria para que três pessoas pudessem se acomodar tranquilamente. Tudo extremamente limpo, moderno e bem organizado, com cheirinho de limpeza. Amei conhecê-los. Sinto que estou deixando amigos e, com absoluta certeza, vou retornar quando estiver em Cuba na próxima vez. Os arredores de Habana Vieja parecem perigosos, mas não são. Cuba é extremamente segura, e os vizinhos foram muito acolhedores e receptivos também.

Where to start, a home away from home. As I board the plane leaving Havana right now I feel like I’m leaving family. I did a lot of research before booking as it was my first solo travel and there couldn’t have been a better place to be. Nicer than the pictures, food was amazing and the people - so warm and welcoming. I’ve made some amazing friends who work here who I will cherish for a lifetime. As I say, it’s never goodbye, but until next time. I look forward to seeing you all again soon!!
