Super Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und liegt sehr abgelegen. Man hat eine sagenhafte Aussicht auf die Umgebung und die anderen Weinberge. Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Küche hat eine super Ausstattung und es gibt sogar eine Feuerstelle, auf welcher wir uns wärmen und grillen konnten. Wir wurden an einem Abend für einen Aufpreis von einem Sternekoch mit feinstem Essen verwöhnt. Es gibt auch einen Weinkeller, in welchem man sich für einen sehr guten Preis an extrem leckeren und qualitativen Weinen bedienen kann. Sehr zu empfehlen und wir machen das auf jeden Fall nochmal!

Прекрасное жильё, расположенное на первом этаже частного дома (на втором живут другие арендаторы), в зелёной парковой зоне, на вершине холма с прекрасным видом. Есть большая терраса, удобная кухня, оборудованная всем необходимым, удобные кровати. Иногда к жилищу приходят косули из леса. Рядом много прогулочных зон. До центра города со всей необходимой инфраструктурой - 10 минут пешком. Замечательная хозяйка, которая помогала по всем возникающим вопросам.

This was our first stop and stay in Slovenia. Could not have asked for a better welcome into this gorgeous country. We drove to Ksenija’s home, situated up on a hill with nice landscapes and single lane roads. The home is beautiful, very serene, clean and surrounded by rolling hills of vineyards. Ksenija is a wonderful host, warm, accessible, shared some great suggestions for wine tasting and restaurants and showed us around the very well equipped home. We’ve seen some of the best night skies and the best sunsets! We’d be very happy to come back and stay for longer soon 😊

what a wonderful place! huge garden, completely fenced for dog. great interior. place for multiple children under the roof. Jacuzzi outdoors. giant oak trees. Host met us near the door, good communication. Private location, but supermarket is just 1.5 km away. Huge open air / thermal pool complex is 2 km away. We felt like home.

Hallo, schon direkt beim Buchen der Villa konnte ich merken, dass sich Cornelia besonders viel Mühe gibt, mir und meinen Begleitern ein tolles Erlebnis zu ermöglichen. Sie hat nicht nur eine Atemberaubende Villa sondern kümmerst sich drumherum um alles, was man möchtet. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes ein heftiges Gewitter. Hier hat Sie sich gleich um uns Erkundigt, kam vorbei, Ihre Art und Ihr Verhalten sich super gut! Die Villa ist noch besser als auf den Bildern, das kann ich nur jedem Empfehlen!

Mit Freude schreibe ich diese "Kritik" :-), unser Aufenthalt in der Weinbergvilla Kristomi Fasan war ja einfach fantastisch, eine Perle in der Südsteiermark! Die Raumaufteilung der Villa hat uns sofort begeistert (der offene Ess/Wohnbereich - einfach nur WOW). Der Pool war ein absolutes Highlight – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Villa war makellos sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders schätzten wir auch die vielen wertvollen Tipps, danke dafür! Weinverkostung & -einkäufe inkl. Besichtigung Kernölmühle - toll. Die Lage in der Nähe der Sausaler Weinstraße war wirklich ideal. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass die angrenzende Villa räumlich sehr gut getrennt ist. Obwohl diese ebenfalls bewohnt war, hatten wir unsere absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Die ruhige Atmosphäre macht die Villa zu einem perfekten Rückzugsort, egal ob für einen Familienurlaub oder eine kurze Auszeit mit den Liebsten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Het was waanzinnig! prachtig uitzicht, mooi groot en schoon huis. De tuin en het fruit wat je zelf mocht plukken en eten! Het zwembad was groot en schoon! Groot terras waar we elke avond hebben doorgebracht. Alles was perfect! En de host niet te vergeten.. super vriendelijk en goed contact, ze hebben aan alles gedacht, er was van alles om je verblijf comfortabel te maken. Een heerlijke relaxte vakantie gehad. Dankjewel!

Csodálatos szállás , kifogástalan otthon, ahol a családom nagyszerűen érezte magát . Illatos törölköző, tiszta gyönyörű konyha, kifogástalan környezet . Imádtuk a gyönyörű kertet , elbűvölő minden ! Visszatérünk biztosan !

Tutto bene ambiente bello, pulito e confortevole unica nota negativa non per colpa della struttura di Elena sono stati i vicini nelle casette di fronte troppo rumorosi con misica a tutte le ore a volume esagerato. Avremo preferito avere allo stesso prezzo la colazione inclusa. Nel complesso molto bene.

Amazing weekend in Chill house Keti! House looks even better than on the photos. It's huge and beautiful. It's clear that the owners take care and think about interior design in a very creative way. Outdoors is also huge and beautiful. House is completely equiped, there is everything you need in a kitchen and all the equipment for a barbecue outside. We went with our dog and she also enjoyed in a visit!

Great house to relax in. Lots of room for large families and a great kitchen to prepare meals. The outdoor eating area allows you to enjoy the views. The pool is refreshing! Hosts are extremely helpful and friendly.

The perfect place to spend a weekend or an entire week! The house is absolutely fantastic. Everything is in the right place, and it’s super clean and cozy. Spacious and warm bedrooms, a huge living area, and a sauna with the best view in Austria. Konrad is a superb host! He is very responsive and extremely polite. There’s plenty of room for any activities, with stunning views from every room, allowing you to observe the beauty of nature right from your bed. It’s also close to charming small towns with great restaurants and ideal for day trips to Gruner See or even Hallstatt. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! Thank you, Konrad, for such a beautiful experience.

Great place. Very clean and tidy. the owner was always helpful and always answering questions and queries. The barbecue place and the swimming pool are top notch. The beds were super comfortable. the kitchen fully equipped. you have multiple options to make coffee. A bit difficult to find a place because of Google maps but with some help we found.
