The host is very accommodating. She was kind enough to extend my stay because I wasn't able to check-in on time because of the typhoon. Super appreciate it. The unit is clean and spacious. Very recommendable if you want to stay in Marikina.

We had a great stay! The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the karaoke setup – we had so much fun singing and enjoying the time with our friends. Plus, there were plenty of games to keep us entertained. We truly had an unforgettable experience and can't wait to return!

I had an incredible stay at Ace's place! From the moment I arrived, Ace was welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable experience. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. Ace provided fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced my trip. The location was perfect—close to attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. Communication was seamless, and Ace went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again!

This was our first time having a host personally accompany us to the room, explaining all the facilities and the dos and don’ts. The host even gave us a tour of the unit and showed us how everything works. He is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even with our super late check-in time. The place truly felt like home—everything you need is there. The location is very accessible, and the host even suggested nearby night markets, which added to the experience. The building is also very safe—you need to tap the access card to enter, exit, and even go to your designated floor. The high-tech features added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

Homee Philippines was an excellent location for me and my girlfriend. 7 - 10 minute walk to the Greenbelt/Landmark area where you can find an array of different upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, and fine clothing. Overall, the apartment is very modern, with TV’s in both bedroom and living room, clean and a fabulous view of the city :)

The place is super great, it’s cozy, private and very clean when we got there! You know that the place is well mentained, everything is working just fine. Plus the owner and the co-hosts are all very responsive and helpful while we were preparing for our stay. I also had the chance to meet Suzi, she is very friendly and accommodating! I would highly recommend this place again!

Roland and Aloha are nice, friendly host, place is clean and quiet. Lots of eating place, cafe and a mart which is handy. Accessible to public transport and near Malls. Overall we are satisfied. Thank you

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

The hosts are accommodating, place is easy to locate though medyo far sya from Manila especially if you are coming from BGC area. Thanks to Ate Josie who is very friendly and accommodating. The place is only good for 10 -12 pax, if you are looking for adventure it’s not a place for you, it’s good for intimate get together only. If you are looking for over looking not a place for you either since the place is covered not overlooking. We rented curvera resort 2.

Location is perfect for team bonding. Best place to relax and unwind. We don’t feel that we are still in the metro since the place is private and quiet. Bedrooms are perfect reminds me of a vacation home in the province. The staffs are kind and accomodating. It was a warm welcome for all us. Overall, it was a great stay for me and our team. We will surely book again.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was a pleasant stay! The place is spacious and enough for the 9 of us. We were given recommendations on things to do nearby and everything is walkable from atm to restaurants. The Sari-Sari store accross the street is so convenient and they have almost everything you needed. The place is clean, had all the amenities we needed and the helper who lives downstairs is very helpful. I will definitely book this home again when I visit Philippines.

The stay is very nice and the vibe is great. Perfect for chill sessions with friends. There were a lot of bathrooms, chairs, tables and utensils. And the night vibes is 💯 The best highlight of the place for me is the cleanliness. I think this is the cleanest airbnb I’ve stayed in. It doesn’t smell like smoke or zonrox/bleach, or any Chemicals. Really clean.

Beautiful place and it was perfect since its near the wedding venues. Post out wedding we were able to check in even if late and was able to rest well. Complete things and the foot massager was my favorite. Will book again if needed and if in the area: thank you. Host was responsive and accomodating 😊

Maristela's place was a wonderful experience. We appreciate the bigscreen tv and did a marathon of episodes. We also appreciate the responsiveness of the staff, they even gave a free ice cream. 🤣 The Unit was tidy and we enjoy the peace inside the subdivision. There are a lot of sari sari store outside in case you need buy somethings and a lot of restos near the area as well. Thanks again for this stay!
