Alloggio sopra alle aspettative molto bello e curato giardino privato ampie vetrate e soleggiato cucina ben attrezzata anche se non l’ho utilizzata oltre al giardino privato un altro giardino con olivi e due spazi per grigliate e in un altro spazio piscina condivisa con gli altri ospiti. Veramente molto soddisfatto lo raccomando. Grazie a Maurizio.

Great apartments very clean

Apartment is located on the ground floor with parking view. This is in building 6. You need to go with Your ski equipment 100m go up the hill to the ski lift. But still is not far. I can fully recommend this apartment if You are looking for place to stay during ski trip.

Tolle Unterkunft! Super netter Gastgeber. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen. Alles wie beschrieben, ruhige Lage - perfekt zum kraft tanken und Ausflüge zum wandern zu machen. Der Schwimmteich, die Gemüsebete und der große Garten haben es uns besonders angetan. Vielen Dank, für die schöne Zeit!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Rosella war sehr schön - die Villa liegt toll gelegen auf einer Anhöhe. Das Grundstück ist voll mit tollen Pflanzen und Blumen und das Haus ist schön geräumig wie erwartet. Man läuft etwa 3 km bis ins Stadtzentrum nach Riva, diese Möglichkeit haben wir mehrfach genutzt. Einen Einkaufsladen gibt es bereits in 600m Entfernung. Egal, ob man die Tage am Pool verbringen oder etwas unternehmen möchte, beides ist in der Villa Rosella möglich. Eine große Empfehlung ist der Lago Di Tenno - dort ist nicht zu viel los und man kann wunderbar darin schwimmen und ihn zu Fuß umrunden.

Check-In mit Herz – und perfekter Lage Für den Check-In wurde ich zum nahegelegenen Campingplatz gebeten, wo mich ein freundliches Team herzlich empfangen und alle Details unkompliziert erklärt hat. Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich ideal – in der Nähe des Zentrums, des Sees sowie direkt am Radweg in Richtung Arco. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sauber, gut aufgeteilt und besonders praktisch ist die Terrasse – vor allem nach sportlichen Aktivitäten, um verschwitzte Kleidung bequem trocknen zu können. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das Team für die nette Betreuung und den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

We had the pleasure of staying at Simone and Roberto's property in Calliano for 7 days with our family, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and even provided an extra bed for our little one without us having to ask. The property is situated in the most stunning environment, surrounded by vineyards, and just a short 10-minute walk from a spectacular waterfall. One of the highlights of our trip was climbing to a nearby castle, which offered breathtaking views and was one of the best experiences of our stay. There’s also a nice restaurant at the top of the hill where we enjoyed a delicious meal. Our girls absolutely adored Burra, the friendly and lovely dog who added so much joy to our stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in a beautiful location. Thank you!

Thank you so much. We had a fabulous week in Riva and loved the apartment. It was really clean, walking distance to the restaurants, lake, main town and all amenities. We all loved the swimming pool, especially the children and enjoyed the atmosphere of the apartment complex. We will definitely be back! Grazie mille!!

Wir haben die Unterkunft für ein paar Tage Erholung gewählt. Der Tennosee ist super in 5 Gehminuten über eine Fußweg (mit steiler Treppe) direkt hinter dem Haus oder in 3 Minuten mit dem MTB erreichbar. Waren 2 Tage am See - inklusive Baden und machten eine sehr nette MTB-Radtour (Vespana Tour Nr. 740). Sehr empfehlenswert - vor allem die Einkehr auf der Schutzhütte San Pietro. Essensmöglichkeiten im kleinen Ort Tenno sind beschränkt, aber paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht man schönere Lokale. Die Küche im Appartement ist super ausgestattet und wir haben uns meist selbst versorgt und unser Essen auf der großen Terrasse genossen. Auch sehr schöne Poolanlage - rundherum das Gelände weit größer, als man es auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung sieht. Wir können die anderen positiven Bewertungen nur bestätigen. Sehr schönes Appartement, sauber und großzügig und sehr nette GastgeberInnen. Es gibt sogar eine Möglichkeit, das E-Auto direkt beim Haus aufzuladen.

L'alloggio è perfetto per 3 persone, spazioso, pulito e con un panorama bellissimo; sicuramente in casa ci sono tutti gli strumenti per poterci vivere anche un periodo lungo. La proprietaria Giovanna è stata molto gentile e ci ha fatto trovare al nostro arrivo una torta e 1 litro di latte per la colazione mentre quando siamo partiti ci ha regalato dei biscotti , un liquore e una tisana, tutto preparato da lei. Riassumendo direi ottimo alloggio e ottima proprietaria! Grazie ancora Giovanna.

Der Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, alles hat reibungslos funktioniert – vom Check-in bis zum Check-out. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die tolle Terrasse – ideal zum Entspannen und Genießen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung!

We love Sarah and Jessica’s place. Its lovely and next to the ski slopes. We have been coming here now for many years. We LOVE IT. Both Sarah and Jessica are SUPER host. Flexible and friendly They also provide the guest with a puzzle to do. This is fun! We would high recommend this apartment. Grazie ancora and see you next year!
