This is a very special cottage in an incredible area on Tomales Bay. It's all about the surroundings and the view - a great location to discover the areas amazing hiking trails, beaches and food! Don't miss the quaint little town of Point Reyes, Marshall Store (go early, they run out of most things by early afternoon), Hog Island Oysters (get to go and eat outside on the cottage's amazing deck). The ranger station has tons of hiking recommendations and Muir woods is a must see. Owners have a nice list of suggestions at the house as well. Can't wait to return!

Wendy was a great host. When a minor problem came up, she dealt with it fairly. In fact she went a bit beyond my complaint and then asked if I thought that was fair ( it was). I deeply appreciated that attitude and attention

What a great Air bnb! An amazing host and place! My daughter and I loved it. Very clean quiet and secluded. Everything was just as pictured. The host will bring us coffee every morning with sweets. Very cute and perfect for a getaway.

This place is so magical. I sat in the hot tub in the morning and counted 9 different bird calls. Close to the epic beaches of Point Reyes. The fireplace made it extra cozy- like going back in time.

Super cute little spot. Walking distance to Sonoma Plaza and it had a private hot tub. Good distance from some vineyards and wineries as well!

This place was the perfect hub for our girls weekend. All the wineries we chose were about a 10-15 minute drive and downtown Sonoma was even closer. Spacious backyard and we loved the hot tub. The space fit the seven of us better than we thought. I can’t imagine finding better value in the area.

If you want a cute cottage near the square, this is a great option! This home is perfectly located only a few blocks from the main square for easy walking in and out of town. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend in Sonoma, including umbrellas that came in handy!

Viajamos en familia a San Francisco, coceguimos esta propiedad en San Rafael, la cual estaba cercana a nuestros familiares en Mil Valley. La casa reunió todas nuestras espectativas, estuvimos conformes con su ubicación, es una zona tranquila, segura. Muy recomendable para quien visite San Francisco y su área de influencia.

Fairfax may not be as posh as some of its neighbours (San Anselmo, Ross, Mill Valley for example) but what is lacks in sophistication it more than makes up for in character, friendliness and charm. It is in that setting that this delightful little apartment sits and boasts its own level of home comfort and cosiness. The apartment is spotless, quaintly furnished (i.e. full of antiques), and well situated in the centre of Fairfax - close enough to easily walk to the local shops, bars and restaurants, but still far enough away to be utterly peaceful. It is also great value for money. Claudia is a very helpful, responsive and friendly host who knows her home town well and is able to offer good advice on where to go. I would certainly go back and re-book next time I am in Fairfax.

The Mouse Hole was nice, and snug. The proximity to the beach is fantastic. Quiet neighborhood, good restaurants. The Parkside makes some good food, spendy but pretty great. This place is a win!

Overall we had a good stay at Susan’s rental. She was very nice and communicative. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Large refrigerator. Regular drip coffee pot. Very close to downtown Mill Valley so you can walk into town easily. There seemed to be a few other renters on this property, and our rental was the very back unit. The walkway down the length of the front house was a bit tight, with 2 gates. It was farther than we expected to load/unload bags. Just a heads up - Parking was a bit tricky because this property is on the main avenue (Blithedale).

We had a great stay! Cynthia was very responsive and helpful before and throughout the stay. We had plenty of information about the house, what was needed from us, and the house was stocked with everything we could need. The location is amazing! Very easy to walk to the beach, and we loved the feature of the warm water shower at the home to clean up before entering.

We had a great and peaceful weekend. Conveniently located if you're looking to go between Point Reyes Station and Fairfax. It's a private and quiet spot with a stream running through it—imagine the soothing sounds of a babbling brook in the background.

Sundog cottage is lovely! We were so happy to find that it was even more beautiful in person than the pictures. Super clean, great kitchen, deck and backyard were perfect for our dogs and just relaxing and listening to the ocean. The linens are amazing and the beds comfy! Valerie went above and beyond as a host, even left us local eggs, butter and crackers. She was friendly and easy to communicate with. Sundog is a gem and we can’t wait to come back!

Sarah is a great host, very respectful, communicative and generous. Would stay in this place again if we get to visit Sonoma.

A beautiful studio in Bolinas with easy walking access to beaches and the town. So peaceful hearing waves from the deck. Truly relaxing and lovely.

The Moonrise Cottage is beautiful. It is just as the pictures show. Gorgeous, amazing views. Tasteful inside. Peaceful retreat. We loved it! We were lucky enough to see the 99% full moon rise from cottage. Something not to be missed! The woodstove was nice to have on the cold evenings. And even though it was cool, I couldn't resist an outdoor shower, which was great. Aaron was perfect about communicating with us, including a great guide to the area.

We enjoyed the space; check in was quick and easy. If anything, the cottage was nicer and more welcoming than the pictures depicted. We had an emergency come up where we had to cut our stay short, and they were very kind and supportive. We would definitely stay again, and have no hesitation in recommending them as hosts.

This place is high and secluded. It's a perfect place for rest. I have allergies to fragrances, and Meg was very accommodating to wash the bedding in fragrance free detergents before my arrival. I did not want to leave.

Stay was exactly as advertised. Place was clean and well kept. Lots of local recommendations were supplied which was very helpful.

What a super convenient location for our needs between Ross, Mill Valley, San Fran and Sonoma activities. Mona dropped by at our convenience and gave us a quick very informative overview. Such a kind human! Worked perfectly for our family over Thanksgiving. In floor heating takes awhile to heat, but we managed just fine. Mona spoiled us with amazing coffee…..many thanks! Enjoy this wonderful location.

This was a BEAUTIFUL stay. Everything was exactly as the pictures showed. The host was very responsive and helpful. Things were clean, comfortable, and cute! Would recommend to others as a great stay right outside of San Francisco.
