Gorgeous place with beautiful views and a short walk down the hill to one of my favorite beaches in the Point Reyes.

Perfect location - close to everything in Mill Valley. I needed a clean, calm, quiet place to get ready for an event and that's what I got. The extra touches were so nice - a bud vase with a couple roses by the bed, a place to hang my clothes and stow my belongings. She also provided earplugs and white noise capability just in case the sound of her family upstairs was distracting, but it wasn't.

We all loved staying here! Our 6 year old loved feeding the outdoor pet bunny, Toby and enjoyed playing on the small swing set. The garden was lovely. Inside was peaceful and comfortable. When we needed something, Amelia was responsive and friendly. What a lovely place to stay. Just something to note, which didn't bother us but may be a consideration for others, both bathrooms are downstairs and the staircase going up is quite steep and narrow. We had no issue with this but if you are traveling with very small children or elderly you should be aware to ensure you're okay with that. Also I didn't read check in notes clearly and couldn't figure out how to get inside until I looked again. That was my fault and not the hosts. Thank you Amelia! We loved staying here and will check availability for future trips! Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Cleveland's house/home. This is their primary residence and it felt like we were staying in the home of a friend's friend. We could see and feel the families' presence, which wasn't a good or bad thing for us. The house is lovely, well equipped, warm and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you'll need for food preparation and the furniture is comfortable. The garden is also very useable and well cared for with multiple seating areas. The only minor issue was the challenge of making enough space on the bathroom counters for our things.

It was clean, well equipped and the hosts went above and beyond bringing our daughters a doll house to play with and working with us when we had to extend our stay.

Paradise location. Apartment is big and convenient, nothing to wish for a great vacation home in Bay area. Point Richmond offers some good parks and food options, all in short walking distance. Beaches are close, within a reasonable public transportation you get to clean San Quentin beach, if you wish to swim. Berkeley downtown is within one hour on public transportation, offering plentiful of the restaurants for any taste, San Francisco is a bit further, but still not beyond the reach for no automobile travelers like us. Overall, will be back any time we can. Thanks Todd and Suzie.

Olivia's home was gorgeous and very family friendly. We appreciated the baby proofing, the view, the comfort and warmth of her home, and her friendliness and responsive communication. The house was very clean and there were plenty of toys for our little boy which was a plus. Nearby hiking trails at the end of the street added some wonderful extras for our family. We hope to come back again and highly recommend!
