Cute apartment in a great location. Tv didn’t work, which was a bummer for evenings. Everything else was great.

I am just home after 4 weeks at Karen and Duncan’s beautiful spot, visiting daughters and their families. My husband was with me part of the time. Gorgeous view, from inside or outside on the balcony. Fantastic short walk location near restaurants, wine bars, great walks, ferries, all the village of Tiburon. Spotlessly clean and fresh, excellent water pressure (shower) such a big, comfy bed. Kitchen was equipped with any tool or pan you might need. Hosts were quickly and kindly responsive. I loved my stay and hope to return!

Loved staying here, very peaceful. Beautiful scenery and very helpful instructions. Communication was great. Will definitely come back.

Harold is a superhost, very thorough and attentive. The boathouse is a clean, green, unique experience. It’s compact, as on a boat, but every feature is carefully thought out. The appliances are the state-of-the-art. Mornings and evenings offer a lovely vista from the “deck” with the sky’s colors reflecting off the water. Don’t skip being there at sunset. Though it’s just off the 101 thoroughfare you are transported into a relaxing natural setting. There is a community of interesting houseboat residents, and I met one who lovingly tends to her “oyster garden” just off the gangway. I would gladly return.

Perfect weekend getaway. Right on the water. Just as described. Erika and I never actually crossed paths due to schedules but she was incredibly kind and responsive from beginning to end. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ host.

We loved Amber's place! It has an amazing view of the Corte Madera Creek and Mt Tam East Peak. Watching sunrise and sunset on the outdoor balcony with the fit pit over coffee/drink is a must! Amber was super responsive both before and during the stay. When a few unexpected incidents occurred, Amber responded and addressed the matter promptly, while being out of town. We enjoyed hikes and walks right from the unit and highly recommend it!

Beautifully appointed home looking out toward the golf course and ocean. A storm came in and we lost power, but the house has a generator that came on automatically and it was so cozy to be inside looking out! A comfortable home no matter the outside conditions. Also were able to enjoy a night outside around the fire pit. Great stay!

It was such a wonderful girls weekend away in Bodega Bay. The place has the most beautiful views and it is a short walk to the beach. Everything in the house was nice and in order and the hot tub was amazing. The views and location are hard to beat! I hope to be back.

We had a fabulous four night stay at Erin and Paul’s. My sister and I enjoyed the beautiful location - there are gorgeous views from both upstairs bedrooms, from the living room and from the deck. This is truly a remarkable property, I think my favorite in all my Airbnb experience! Erin has carefully curated the furnishings - we enjoyed perusing the books collection and playing LPs on her stereo system. The Swedish fireplace kept us cozy, and the cedar hot tub with views was so nice. Erin provided suggestion for local walk, which was lovely. All in all, a wonderful vacation, would return in a heartbeat.

This stay is absolutely beautiful. My family has visited many times and hopefully will continue to visit in the future. The house itself is very well stocked and lovely and the scenery is just unbeatable.

Wow. Beautiful!! It took me a few minutes to understand the directions.. I ended up at the bookstore and they gave me directions.. once I got there it all made sense.. The boat is beautiful and the shower was so relaxing!!! You can walk everywhere.. food, shops and fun!! The rocking of the boat was wonderful. There was wine and sparkling water to enjoy!

Die Unterkunft ist so niveauvoll und angenehm wie die Gastgeber. Mit Worten kaum zu beschreiben. Wer gutes Design und Kunst zu schätzen weiß, ist hier genau richtig. Wir hatten exzellente Empfehlungen für die Gegend von Jana und Peter erhalten. Tolle Ausgangslage für San Francisco und die Weinregion.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! I was in town for ~2+ weeks for a race. The location was beautiful, peaceful & private…but most importantly SAFE! I could easily drive to Novato center to get to Whole Foods for groceries, gas, pharmacy etc as needed. Since I was in town for a race I needed some special recovery treatment (athletic deep tissue massages, Accupuncture, hydration IVs) — Novato center is so cute and has it all! Kelly was an amazing host, she recommended using the patio on a sunny day and was overall just incredibly kind and helpful. I do want to emphasize the safety of this neighborhood- several other racers stayed in different areas and had their cars broken into. This is NOT a problem in this neighborhood so given crime issues in California I highly recommend this home and area. Home is exactly as advertised: -heat (but no AC) -4 bedrooms w 3 bath: master is bath not a shower ensuite; 3 bedrooms share the 2 remaining bathrooms. -Big kitchen, living room, dock!!

Perfect little jewel of a place! Location was perfect, house was appointed well, bed was comfortable, the games were a blast, and communication was great. Overall, very pleased and would love to rent again.
