Marina es una anfitriona súper atenta y amable, y su casa es simplemente espectacular. Podríamos definirla como un balcón con vistas al Mediterráneo. Y menudo balcón! En el sitio más privilegiado de Altea. La casa por dentro es muy acogedora, con un salón de techo alto con grandes ventanales que, además de zona común, conecta las distintas estancias de la casa. La cocina está perfectamente equipada. Ideal para preparar una cena en buena compañía. O solo, si lo haces con un buen vino. Todo es muy espacioso y está decorado con simpleza y mucho mimo. Nos encantaron las obras de arte! Aunque el verdadero cuadro de la casa es la vista enmarcada del exterior, con la piscina infinita que se funde con el mar a lo lejos. Simplemente increíble!

Todo como en las fotos. Los anfitriones nos facilitaron en acceso a la casa dos horas antes y cuando llegamos la casa estaba preparada y muy limpia.

Excelente estancia en una casa bien equipada, ordenada y práctica. Buena comunicación con anfitrión y facilidad de acceso autónomo. Ubicada en el centro de Calpe, a un paseo de la playa, con servicios básicos, supermercados, ocio, tiendas y restauración.

Olga's place was the perfect place to wrap up our holiday in Spain. We wanted a place where we can relax with our 7months old baby and this is exactly what we got! The townhouse is spacious and nicely decorated, with a small but pretty garden. It is very close to the beach (walkable) and the resort itself is nice and quiet (we were there at the end of season in Oct). Loved the jacuzzi - it was great for our baby to splash around (unfortunately he was not so keen on the sea) but also for us parents to unwind at the end of the day. Communication with Olga and Tania was seamless.

Stayed with my family for a week. We got a really fresh and beautiful place with the best welcome! very clear instructions and helpful! i had questions about restaurants, places to visit and things to do and thanks to Paul we never ran out of ideas! An amazing host! I will definitely come back!

We were a family group of 6 that stayed from 27th to 30th Dec 2024. Pilar met us as arranged to guide us to our 2 x car parking spaces 200m from her property. Our accommodation was excellent and Pilar explained everything we needed to know. The location for us was perfect as it was located on a quiet side street but just 50 meters from the bustling old town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We were all 100% content with our stay and would thoroughly recommend Pilar's place to anyone seeking to spend quality time in Benidorm.

Persönliche Details und kleine Überraschungen inkl Leckerlis für unseren Hund. Tolle Betreuung von A-Z. Victoria hat stets rasch geantwortet. Super Lage, Meer/Strand/Strandpromenade mit Geschäften/Restaurants etc fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ausgezeichnet und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Eckhaus. Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Garage top. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Los vecinos muy amables y el residencial súper tranquilo para desconectar durante unos días! Pobyt w apartamencie w Alicante był bardzo fajny.Mieszkanie było komfortowe. Najbardziej podobało nam się piękne patio, idealne na poranne śniadania i wieczorny relaks. Basen był świetnie utrzymany, duży ale woda dość zimna chodź znaleźli się śmiałkowie którzy się kąpali. Lokalizacja również na plus, blisko plaży , sklepu i restauracji. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny , komunikatywny i elastyczny. Zdecydowanie polecamy i chętnie wrócimy!”

Lovely stay, house was lovely, loved the outside space. Nice pool and very close to the sea. We loved El Campello town, about a 25 minute walk away, buzzing area with great selection of restaurants. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk with trams to Alicante and Benidorm. Alicante is a lovely city and would love to spend some more time there. As for the house, well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and great views of the sea. We were allowed to check in early which was amazing and there is plenty of car parking spaces. The neighbours who I think all live in the complex were all very friendly. Would recommend the house and the area and would certainly consider going back. Thank you Jeroen and Manon.

Nos ha gustado mucho la casa y su entorno tranquilo. Tiene dos plazas en el garaje subterráneo, ideal para tener el coche fresquito. La piscina que teníamos al lado estaba siempre sin gente y pudimos disfrutarla más. La playa es de piedras y no tiene aglomeraciones. Lo único a destacar es que la casa tiene poco menaje, echamos en falta vasos, cuchillos que cortaran y las baldas de la puerta de la nevera para tener más espacio de almacenaje.

My son, labradoodle and I had a wonderful few days staying at NEW Casita Azul, just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to the port, shops and restaurants. Natalia had some great messages for us and very generously gave up her time to spend with us on the beach, creating a unique driftwood artwork. We later enjoyed creating our very own chef's outfits and choreographing a dance which was a lot of fun to welcome in Edo's delicious pizza (mine was a gluten free version) which was top notch. Nothing was too much trouble for Natalia and she was extremely responsive to all enquiries. This lovely bijoux home is nicely decorated with lights inside and out and has everything you need and nothing you don't. It is very quiet and consequently we slept very well here. We will definitely return. More energy! ✨

Séjour très agréable dans la maison Lidia. Lidia est une hôte disponible et arrangeante. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et reviendrons certainement. Le patio avec la table pour passer des bons moments.

My dad and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay - having a bedroom and bathroom upstairs and another bedroom and bathroom downstairs was ideal for us to have our separate space. This place would be perfect for two couples. The terrace was lovely for breakfast and the whole place was very comfortable, well equipped and we felt right at home. A very short stroll and you are in amongst the main restaurants and bars and old town. Cannot fault this place and would definitely return again. Hosts were very helpful and communicative.

Très belle maison avec un hôte toujours souriant et à l’écoute lorsque vous avez des questions ou besoin de quelque chose. La maison est très bien située, un quartier paisible avec une plage à côté. Elle est exactement comme sur les photos et convient pour une famille. Parfait !

Todo muy correcto y fácil. Vecindario tranquilo, sin ruidos, aparcamiento en garaje interior del Adosado y parking gratuito al lado de la casa. La comunicación muy rápida y precisa. Anfitriones amables.

we had a lovely weeks stay.. used the pool several times.. really enjoyed chilling in the hammock on veranda over looking the pool.. my only issue was the wifi was pointless.. despite the router showing all signs of life we simply couldn't get any signal we therfore had to use our own mobile data and unfortunately the signal for the area was poor.. ps you will find the hammock in the cupboard in the hall.. and grounds around the pool are pristine.. will book again if we return to Denia..

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Anlage"Costa Hispania" ist traumhaft schön. Ein Pool liegt direkt hinter dem Ferienhaus. Falls man einen Mietwagen hat, kann man ihn direkt vor dem Haus parken oder in die dazugehörige Tiefgarage fahren. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Selbst Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse ist das absolute Highlight. Eine mega Aussicht aufs Meer und immer eine kühle angenehme Brise. In den Schlafzimmern sind Deckenventilatoren, so das man angenehm schlafen kann. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Margot ( die Frau der Agentur ) war steht's erreichbar und bei allen Fragen konnte sie weiterhelfen. Ebenso war Martin, der Gastgeber, genau so hilfsbereit und hat schnell geantwortet bei Fragen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiter empfehlen.

We had a brilliant month staying at Marks house in Moraira. Everything about the house was perfect, just like the photos, well equipped, beautifully decorated with a lovely well kept communal garden area. Mark was a great host and very responsive to messages. We were two adults with 2 small children and found the upstairs flat the perfect size and layout. We had some other guests staying and could comfortably fit with 2 additional adults in the living/dining and garden space. Moraira is a beautiful location with a long expanse of coastline and plenty of beaches to explore. Also well located to travel to other coastal towns. Would recommend having a car to travel around as the area is quite hilly, the house comes with a parking space right outside so it's very convenient for this. We would definitely recommend this properly and hope to return in the future.

This is the only time I’ve gotten an Airbnb that’s better than the description. Daniel was always ready to help and check in, and gave great restaurant recommendations. He made everything easier than I’m used to
