Lovely neighbourhood, just a short walk to the beach. The property is well-maintained, spacious, and comfortable and offers a peaceful terrace with a beautiful, breezy view (perfect for star gazing). A special mention to the caretaker, Bhaskar Anna, who was kind and helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay!

In any airbnb the host plays a big role in guest's satisfaction sometimes more than the place itself. Naresh is an awesome host, proactive and friendly. He is keen to help, always available and takes care of any issues/needs promptly. Naresh's place feels like a home away from home and not like just another rental room which adds to the experience. The house is big, rooms are extremely spacious(almost 2X of normal sized rooms) well furnished, fully equipped kitchen etc. We were a family of 5 including a 9 year old kid who doesn't want to stay anywhere else when we come next time which says a lot ! There is a maid who comes and does housekeeping which is a value ad. It is located in a quite and posh locality with easy access to major attractions on ECR. Delivery services like swiggy, zomato for food and blinkit for groceries are available at this place. It's very close to the beautiful matsya narayana temple. Overall an excellent property at a nice location and we will come again

Our stay at Villa Moiya was nothing short of superb! The property is exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly convenient in every way. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The caretaker, Kumar, was extremely friendly and always ready to assist, making our stay even more comfortable. A special mention to Manager Syed, who ensured that everything ran smoothly and that we had a hassle-free experience. The villa’s location is fantastic—just a short distance from the beach, and the pool was immaculately maintained, perfect for a relaxing dip. Overall, it was a lovely stay, with top-notch hospitality and a beautiful property. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway!

Excellent stay within calm community villa. Very close to the beach and the host is very helpful and responsive. Has all the necessary facilities required for a family stay as well.

We really liked the place! The house is close enough to restaurants and shopping but also out of the noisy city. The house is furnished beautifully and the outdoor facilities were well maintained. Pool was always clean and the caretaker was attentive.

Some of us college friends met after more than 20 years and this place was spot on and we had a great experience and stay. Beautiful location, not too far from the city but still secluded. the beach is almost private with hardly anyone around. Swimming pool could have been a bit bigger though! Make sure to communicate with the host as he's very helpful and will provide whatever is required.

Really enjoyed the place. Was as described. The villa staff were helpful although it's important to note they only speak Hindi. There were some things that felt missing like handsoap in bathrooms ,blanket in the master bedroom, kitchen paper and toilet paper. Some nitpicks would be missing wine glasses, wine bottle opener, sieve. Overall, really worth the price in a great area with good privacy!

Sangeetha's place is exactly what it says and shows on Airbnb site - clean and comfortable stay with amenities like jacuzzi, all electronic items and kitchen. What it does not say - This place is close to beach (5 minutes walk), market (easy to access for all daily essentials) and good location (near main road). We realy had comfortable and memorable 3 weeks stay at Sangeetha's place. Certainly a 5* rating and recommendation from my side.

Great value for money in this bnb close to the ocean! The space was clean and had all the necessities for a short/long stay. Caretaker Jeeth was of great help and Sangeetha was very accommodating to our needs. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Chennai!
