Tori’s place was perfect for our stay. The two bedrooms were nicely decorated and had comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The bathroom is very updated and pretty. We did not use them but appreciate the washer dryer tucked in hall. We felt at home. The street parking is not an issue and felt fine leaving car on the street. We didn’t get to use the outdoor area but it is also nice. It is near everything you would want to do in the South Bay.

Rebecca was very good at communication was kind and her place was very clean accommodated me and my family and all of our kids very clean space working amenities great place to stay location is quite far from la but closer to other attractions that we enjoyed during our stay !

Wonderful location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, a library, a playground, and beach. We loved heading out on foot to grab coffee and walk to the ocean, or to the beach along the canal which was so close and uncrowded. Great shower, washer and dryer in the unit, kind and responsive hosts. The window a/c units in each bedroom provided nice climate control. We were very comfortable and would’ve liked to have stayed longer. There is some road noise at night from the close proximity to 2nd street, and cars must be moved on Thursday/Friday due to street sweeping, but I was able to find parking a few blocks away on 2nd St, so I would suggest doing that rather than looking in the neighborhoods.

Kiwoong was responsive and very helpful within minutes of looking into reserving his house for our 8 man (which turned out to be our 10 man) crew for a work project we were coming into town to do. He inquired about enough space for our team and offered additional options for renting the guest house (located in the back of the house we reserved) or the 2-story house that he also has just across the street! (Which we may just consider on our follow up trip). We had trouble finding adequate accommodations for our entire crew and even more of a challenge finding one that was not priced over the top! That's when I came across Kiwoong's house! It was actually one of the closest of the properties available, while being the most reasonably priced BY FAR compared to nearly all others and provided the most sleeping accommodations of any place I found. Quiet, private, "like home" feel, close to the 10 freeway and plenty of parking both in the driveway and on the street. Definitely recommend!

It was so nice staying at Denis' beautiful space. The house is so charming, clean and comfortable to spend time in. The backyard is idyllic and totally gorgeous. I also appreciated how accommodating the host was to my last-minute requests, and how quickly he responded to my messages. Highly recommend this spot!

OMG! This house was absolutely beautiful. Perfect size for my family and I. It was like a cute hidden gem. No more hotel stays for us we will definitely book again! The communication was great. I needed to stay an extra day, with no problems. Just a great experience all around.

Had an amazing stay at this place! The location couldn't have been better, everything we wanted to see and do was a quick drive away. The home itself was fantastic, cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Anita was also incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Greta’s place was amazing and fit exactly what we needed. The home was very clean and had a great layout. The location felt nice and super close to the beach. The best thing was that Greta was able to accommodate an early check-in for 1PM at the cost of extra $. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Pasadena! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable living area and a fully functional kitchen. The two-bedroom setup was perfect, providing plenty of space and privacy. The location was ideal—centrally located, making it easy to explore Pasadena and beyond. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and a hassle-free stay. Everything was well-maintained, and I truly enjoyed the convenience and comfort of the space. Juan was 5 stars for a reason. Great private getaway from LA madness but near Sunset! Safe and quiet. Got a lot of remote work done staring at palm fronds and feeling the Pacific breeze. If the valley is where you need to be, great choice. Great host.

Amazing location with a private parking spot! The elevator is also right next to the parking. The place was clean as described and pictured. The host was extremely helpful in providing instruction videos to check-in and find the underground parking. Very responsive and friendly host. Enjoyed our stay very much and will book again if we’re ever in the area again. Thanks!

Place was clean, tidy and appreciated the doorman for security in downtown LA. Comfy bed and spacious apt. Some sounds audible from upstairs unit, but not bad. Noise abatement windows helpful, though random sounds on 1-2 nights are part of downtown living. Parking was a bit of a challenge as original instructions sent were not correct, and only exit was possible from where it said to enter in building lot across the street. Didn't realize this til 930 pm, and messaged Ali and asked for a call to clarify, and he did respond right away, which was appreciated. It was about $10 to uber/lyft to convention center, or a 20 min walk, about 1 mile, which was convenient. Kitchen well appointed. Great choice close to convention center given the free, secure parking. We did encounter security making rounds in lot across the street and car was fine.

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Miguel’s place was absolutely perfect for my boyfriend and me. The price was great, everything was spotless, and the location was super walkable. The host’s communication was fantastic, making our stay seamless. Definitely one of my favorite Airbnbs we’ve stayed at—highly recommend!!

We stayed at Megan's place for a little getaway in March. We didn't have a car and loved how close we were to the Long Beach destinations. We walked everywhere, and once we were home, we had a nice, comfy place to hang out. It's an old building, so all the character is there, and the unit is nicely decorated. Megan also did a great job with basic amenities, like coffee, creamer, snacks, toiletries, and some first aid supplies, so nice! We recommend this place if you're looking for a place for two in Long Beach!

The best airbnb in the Mid City/ Garden grove area. We have now stayed in both units and just impeccable. We booked another airbnb nearby and it was an absolute disaster. But the Do family was willing to accommodate us the next day. We will only be staying at their place going forward!!
