Bellissima casa e host super disponibile, per nostra sfortuna nel nostro periodo di soggiorno c'è stato un problema con l'acqua quindi non era disponibile l'acqua calda. ci era stato offerto un rimborso totale con cancellazione del soggiorno ma abbiamo rifiutato l'offerta volendo passare lì il weekend nonostante questo piccolo intoppo la permanenza è stata piacevole e se ci fosse occasione tornerei molto volentieri

El departamento esta muy cerca del metro Ostia Centro. Cumple con todas las descripciones me permitió llegar muy rápido a los lugares más concurridos. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar aquí de nuevo.

Passámos uma semana incrível em Torvaianica durante estas férias de fim de ano, e não poderia estar mais satisfeito com a experiência! Embora fora da época balnear, o local revelou-se um verdadeiro refúgio de paz no inverno. O extenso areal oferece caminhadas tranquilas e momentos de contemplação, especialmente ao pôr do sol. Simplesmente deslumbrante! Gostaríamos de destacar também o cuidado e a atenção excepcionais por parte da arrendatária. Desde o momento da chegada, senti-me-nos verdadeiramente acolhidos. A casa estava impecavelmente limpa, aquecida e preparada com todos os detalhes pensados para o nosso conforto. Havia até mimos de boas-vindas, como aperitivos, doces, compota, chá, café, etc, e sugestões locais para refeições. Não faltou nada, e todo o cuidado demonstrado tornou esta nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. Recomendamos vivamente para quem procura tranquilidade, beleza e um toque pessoal na recepção!

Inés es muy amable y proactiva. Tiene una gran disposición y esmero para que la estadía de uno en el inmueble sea muy grata. Responde todas las preguntas y dudas que uno tiene. Es una excelente anfitriona. La casa es muy confortable y es perfecta para pasar unos días. Me quedo muy conforme. Vale la pena.

Everything perfect! Luca was a great host. Beautiful spacious apartment..terrace with a view of the sea, comfortable bed, conveniently located to supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and metro. I highly recommend.

Lorenzo was extremely helpful and proactive prior to our arrival, especially given that it was a last-minute reservation. The apartment was very easy to find and enter. This was probably one of the cleanest AirBnB's that I have stayed in. The location was quiet and there are a lot of great restaurants around. It was a great one night stay for us the night before our departure flight from Rome Fiumicino. Would 100% stay again.

Vi hadde en flott sommer med barnefamilie. Huset har en stor privat hage hvor barna kan leke. Veldig beleilighet med privat vei ned til stranden, som gjør det enklere å gå på stranden flere ganger om dagen. I tillegg var det meget nyttig med dusj i hagen for å spyle av sanden når man kommer fra stranden. Huset var stort med god plass til flere familier. Vil aboslutt anbefale plassen. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Giulia and Ivan’s place was great ! Very clean and had all the amenities- for two adults and a child it was perfect! It was 2 blocks from the beach and well located to restaurants. The city center was a short drive with more options. Giulia’s local recommendations were amazing and we had a fabulous meal and gelato of course ! All in all a great stop over on our journey down to Amalfi.

Séjour parfait dans cet appartement situé à proximité de l’aéroport de Rome ! Propre, confortable et bien équipé, il correspondait exactement à nos attentes. L’hôte a été très disponible, arrangeant et même réservé un taxi pour notre départ, ce qui a été très appréciable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Such an interesting, beautiful apartment. The view every day was magical, sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. Plenty of clean bedding and towels for the beach. We walked into the town centre a few times, and drove a few. So much life, colour and music, from live bands to food markets. People watching was great and so many restaurants to choose from. Drove into Nettuno a couple of times and that was great for clothes shopping. Got the train to Rome, easy and straightforward. Would definitely come back, thank you so much.

We decided to stay here on our last night before flying out early the next day and it was perfect. The house was clean, spacious and Lucilla is so helpful. We spent the afternoon walking to the piers and enjoyed the sunset on the beach. She recommended wonderful restaurants where we had amazing seafood, there's also supermarkets conveniently located close by. She also helped us to arrange a taxi to the airport early in the morning. Would recommend if you are tired of all the crowds in Rome to wind down and have a peaceful time!

We liked this a lot - a spacious flat, with a view of the sea, almost on the beach, very close to lots of good restaurants, and only about 15 minutes' walk from staion where there are regular trains to Rome. Frederica, the host, was very helpful. We would love to come again.

Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

Giorgia and her family saved the day a number of times during our visit. It started with me causing the elevator to temporarily jam, but she summoned help to get our luggage upstairs. I just needed to remember the inside doors AND the outside door of the elevator both need to be closed! Later in the week, the metro system closed early for weekend repairs and we were stuck in another stop where she guided us how to find a taxi very late in the evening. Her restaurant references were also spot-on! The apartment is impeccably clean and appears recently renovated. It was just perfect to wake up in the morning to see the view of the Mediterranean JUST AS THE PICTURE SHOWS! We really appreciate finding this wonderful home with a host whose personality matches the setting! Wir hatten einen tollen einwöchigen Urlaub in Fabios Apartment in Lido di Ostia. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß und sauber mit traumhafter Terrasse. Sie liegt sehr nah an der Metromare-Station Lido Nord, die uns regelmäßig innerhalb von ca. 35 Minuten ins Zentrum von Rom gebracht hat. An dieser Station kann man problemlos die Tickets am Automaten kaufen. Kartenzahlung ist möglich. Die Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen Fiumicino und zu anderen Zielen liegt nur ein paar Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist aber die außergewöhnliche Hilfsbereitschaft von Fabio, der uns per Messenger über den gesamten Zeitraum immer wieder wertvolle Tipps zur An- und Abreise, Tickets für den Nahverkehr, empfehlenswerten Geschäften und Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Tagen mit vergünstigten Eintrittspreisen etc. gegeben hat. Es liegt Fabio sehr viel daran, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht. Besser geht es nicht. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter! Danke! ☺

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! After a 3-week vacation around Italy, we wanted a quiet place to unwind for the last three days before our flight, and this apartment was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and, best of all, free from any unpleasant odors – it was refreshing to step into such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. It truly felt like home! The location is great, with the seashore right in front of the house and the port and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Despite its proximity to everything, the area is quiet and private, with a bakery and supermarkets conveniently nearby. Free parking is also available near the house. Communication with Stefano was excellent! He was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

☆TOP☆ SEHR EMPFEHLENSWERT Die Unterkunft sieht genau so toll aus wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend schön. Es war alles extrem sauber und gepflegt. Makellose Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirr etc. Alles war super ordentlich. Vom Bett hat man direkten Blick aufs Meer beim aufwachen. Traumhaft 💖 Die Kommunikation war top und nicht zu übertreffen. Der Check In war super einfach und wir bekamen alle notwendigen Infos sofort von Naoki. Auch auf Rückfragen reagierte sie in wenigen Minuten. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft daher auf jeden Fall weiter.!! Die Wohnung selbst ist direkt am Strand. In die Stadt Rom haben wir ca 45/ 50 Minuten gebraucht mit dem Auto.

What can I say besides a wonderful stay with a wonderful host. Stefano was extremely kind and helpful before we got to the apartment, at our meeting with him at check in, during our stay and at check out. We wanted for nothing during our stay as we he apartment has everything we needed. The supermarket was walking distance and a nice bakery was nearby as well. Even in late October, the sea was awesome to jump into and the balcony and sunset were a plus. I would highly recommend this place and am looking forward to coming back again. Thank you Stefano!
