The house is so nice, clean and cozy. Daniele gives us many helpful tips and place to go, very nice and proactive host.We enjoy our stay very much thanks to Daniele. The place is peaceful and easy to go anywhere, Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Cinque terra. Such a lovely house , highly recommend for family trip👍🏼

Incredible stay at Beatrice’s place. From booking to exit she had helped my group and I plan our stay in Tuscany finding wineries and vineyards to explore. She was so kind and pleasant to work with I would suggest her place to anyone! The kitchen was cozy and perfect for our group to spend time in while at the bnb. Every room was exactly as described. Perfect stay!

Vila Di Geggiano was everything we were expecting it to be and more. We simply loved the place, quiet and very comfortable, set in the middle of a beautiful Toscana. The guest apartment is located by the side of the Main House, a historical summer palace with a deep history behind it. Andrea, our host, gave us a personal tour of the main house, filled with great stories about his ancestors. The house has been in Andrea´s family since the 1500s! If you are looking to spend some quiet days enjoying the great food and wine of Toscana in a relaxed, unique and comfortable space, Vila di Geggiano is a great destination for you.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Giacomo war sehr schön. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen und hatten gut Platz im und um das Haus. Die Küche hatte alles relevante dabei, die Betten sind bequem und der Garten mega gross und schön. Giacomo und seine Eltern sind sehr nette Leute, wir haben sogar einen Kuchen erhalten, welcher sehr sehr lecker war. Giacomo hat uns auch Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und ging auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein. Wir danken Giacomo und seinen Eltern für den schönen Aufenthalt!

It’s a very nice villa we love it!

Questo alloggio è stato l’ideale per la nostra visita a Firenze: spazioso, luminoso e pulitissimo, con ogni comfort necessario. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il piccolo terrazzo e la posizione strategica, con tutto a portata di mano. L’host è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Monica est très accueillante. Le rapport qualité prix est très correcte. Attention si vous avez des enfants en bas âge car il y a des escaliers un peu raide pour accéder au logement.

Matrace is of memory foam. I slept very well but just something you should know if you don‘t like this type of matrace. Extra blankets were there and overall super comfortable bed. Wifi speed was fine, not as fast as I would have liked. Host was really nice. We would definitely come back here! Use the app „easypark“ for nearby affordable parking on a „pay as you go“ basis. Shop im the nearby esselunga supermarket.

Der Aufenthalt bei Elena war etwas besonderes. Die Lage bot viel Ruhe mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer. Der Style und die Kühle des Hauses im Sommer, die schattigen und Lounge-artigen Plätze ausserhalb boten fast eine Art Club-Atmosphäre. Der "Preis" dafür sind ca. 20 Minuten Fussweg bis zum Hafen von Porto Azurs.

Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber und wie beschrieben angetroffen, und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Sie haben uns bei der Ankunft Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Anna Maria und ihr Mann haben hier ein kleines Paradies gestaltet. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird diese in dieser wunderschönen Umgebung auch finden. Die Terrasse ist nicht nur für Sonnenuntergänge perfekt, sondern auch für den Blick in den Sternenhimmel! Der Platz war für uns mit zwei Kindern ausreichend, da wir sowieso meist draussen waren. Den kleinen Laden im benachbarten Colle d'Orano können wir empfehlen. Wir haben die Woche in Patresi sehr genossen!

We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

Séjour magique chez Paola. Difficile de décrire en quelques mots toute la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve avec nous, on s'est tout de suite senti comme chez nous. Paola est venue nous chercher en voiture à la gare et nous a accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et de la pizza - délicieuse -, difficile d'avoir une meilleure arrivée surtout après un long voyage. Elle a été très proactive tout au long de notre séjour et nous a même emmenés une demi-journée dans le Chianti pour que l'on puisse visiter un vignoble car nous n'avions pas de voiture - nous n'en revenons toujours pas de sa générosité ! Elle est aux petits soins avec tous ses invités et sa propriété est magnifique, nous avons bien profité de la piscine et l'appartement est merveilleusement bien décoré et équipé. Nous recommandons fortement de séjourner chez Paola, la meilleure hôte airbnb que nous ayons eue. Encore merci pour tout Paola, vous avez été merveilleuse, et nous rêvons déjà de revenir ! Arrivederci! :)

Claudia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer sehr hilfsbereit und super nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Appartements haben alles was man braucht, das Pool ist super - sehr sauber und mit einem wunderbaren Blick. Die lage ist auch top - in etwa 15 Minuten ist man in der Volterra und bis zu San Gimignano braucht man nur eine halbe Stunde. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und bedanken uns für das leckere Öl und den schönen Urlaub!

la struttura è un sogno.. abbiamo alloggiato in Foresteria, meglio delle foto!!! Posto perfetto per chi cerca la tranquillità nel rispetto ed in pieno contatto con la natura. Emiliano host meraviglioso, ci ha fatto trovare il camino acceso, ci ha consentito di portare i nostri cani e di lasciarli in libertà nella sua bellissima tenuta e ci ha dato tanti consigli su attività da fare nei dintorni.. non vediamo l’ora di tornare !!

We had a lovely time with Cristiana and Sergio. The apartment "La Margherita" was very clean and spacious. The children enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of room for everyone. We received helpful tips and Cristiana was always open to questions and responded very quickly. For chess lovers, there is a beautiful board in a great location. Highly recommended!

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Andrea's accommodation was everything that we anticipated, from arrival to departure. We were welcomed by two amazing ladies who explained all that we needed to know about the house. We were a family of five, and the open plan layout with the kitchen area (fully equipped), dining area and lounge suited our Christmas celebrations. Andrea provided a Christmas tree which added to the festive atmosphere. The large fireplace in the lounge was great. It really did feel like home from home. Simona provided a pasta making session for my family that made for a delicious dinner. Planning to return soon.

L'alloggio è magnifico e tenuto benissimo, pulito e super accogliente. È un po' fuori mano ma noi lo abbiamo scelto proprio per la posizione isolata e immersa nella natura; in ogni caso con mezz'ora di macchina si arriva in diversi posti meravigliosi. Nicola è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Raccomando vivamente un soggiorno qui, è rigenerante!!

The perfect place to stay in Tuscany, beautiful home and gardens. We loved the views and the amazing swimming pool. The house had loads of character and was very homely and comfortable. Loved the location, not too far from Lucca and only 30 mins from Pisa airport. Andrea was a very friendly and helpful host too. Wonderful stay - thank you!

We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.

Fantastic accommodation with lovely views of the countryside. Especially loved the fire place and large spacious kitchen. Charley and Ann were very gracious hosts and I would have no problem recommending this accommodation to anyone who wants to visit Tuscany. The accommodation was within 30 mins of most tourist towns and trains which made it excellent for day trips.
