Wonderful stay. As others have mentioned, the stairs are steep. but the view at the top is more than worth it. Very pleasant and helpful host! We would definitely stay again.

Très bel appartement , propre et spacieux; Très bien situé dans le centre historique et proche de la gare. Francesco a été à l'écoute , adorable et toujours prêt à rendre service. Des petites attentions gourmandes à notre arrivée. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour chez lui et y retournerons avec plaisir!

The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Very roomy with everything you'd need. The host was wonderful and personally guided us through the the property, offered recommendations for local restaurants and sights, and even brought some treats for my daughter that she had mentioned liking. Highly recommend and look forward to the opportunity to return!

L'appartement géré par Fabio est très agréable. Sa position au dernier étage (avec ascenseur) et sa terrasse offrent une vue imprenable sur la mer. Le quartier peut être un peu bruyant la nuit. Fabio est SUPER réactif et disponible. Il a ,sans bronché, accepté notre check-in à 23h et était présent pour nous accueillir. Le centre vile de Monopoli n'est pas très loin mais un véhicule est préférable pour profiter pleinement de la région. Un Supermarché est proche pour acheter les premières nécessités mais le quartier ne regorge pas de bars et retos.

Am avut un sejur minunat la această proprietate. Gazda a fost serviabilă și ospitalieră, ne-a făcut recomandări și a răspuns tuturor solicitărilor noastre. Casa a fost foarte curată și confortabilă, situată într-o zonă centrala, dar liniștită. Mulțumim și sperăm să revenim!

We loved our stay at Ivanna’s place. It’s a beautiful space and the location is fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere from the apartment.

Beautiful apartment! Modern, spacious and super clean! We absolutely loved this place! The could sit on the large terrace and look at the sea & harbour all day! Simonetta was very accommodating! We had a transportation issue and she was very understanding and helpful.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit toller Dachterrasse! Die kleine Küche ist super ausgestattet - generell ist die ganze Wohnung mit vielen nützlichen Details eingerichtet. Parken kann man kostenlos ganz in der Nähe. Und der Gastgeber ist auch immer erreichbar und sehr bemüht. Alles in allem eine wunderbare Unterkunft in einer super Stadt!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Francesco sehr genossen. Er ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Das Appartement ist wunderschön, gepflegt und die Lage ist einfach fantastisch. Francesco war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und hat regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob er etwas für uns tun kann. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, hat er direkt geantwortet - immer höflich und nett. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

We spent a long weekend in this beautiful Airbnb and can only highly recommend it! It’s very spacious and the Terrasse with different seating areas is beautiful! The apartment is very clean and modern. You are literally 30 seconds away from the ocean and a cute little beach and the area is very calm. Communication was excellent and Angela was super helpful and friendly and even accommodated flexible check-in and out wishes.

Apartment jest przytulny, nowoczesny i bardzo czysty. Przy samej plazy i w srodku starego miasta. Idealny dla pary. Jesli musisz popracować to internet dziala bardzo dobrze. Anna jest bardzo miła i pomocna. Polecamy bardzo!

La plus belle maison que nous ayons eu la chance de louer sur Airbnb. Encore mieux que sur les photos, environnement magique avec accès direct privé à une belle petite plage. Piergiorgio s’est toujours montré réactif et attentif à ce que notre voyage se déroule bien. Une destination merveilleuse qu’on recommande à 💯 % 🤩 .

Silvana est une hôte fantastique. Elle nous a donné une liste très exhaustive et fort utile sur les activités, restaurants et plages à proximité. Toujours prête à nous aider et très proactive. Lovely stay in the heart of Monopoli. Couldn’t think of a better place to spend three days in Old Monopoli, the balcony view over piazza Garibaldi and its activities was worth every penny. Would book again if visiting Monopoli. Thanks!!

I was in Monopoli for my best friends wedding and I stayed here on two separate occasions. Jennie and Cesare could not be more helpful during my time here, they were both first class to deal with along with all the great suggestions they gave to me. The apartment itself with it's high ceilings is beautiful and located in the heart of the old town. It is very well appointed with everything that you would need but also very quiet for sleeping at night. I loved my time in Monopoli thanks to Jennie, Cesare and I would highly recommend this apartment.

L’alloggio di Giulia ci ha colpito soprattutto per la posizione in cui si trova: il mare nei pressi della casa raggiungibile a piedi in pochissimi minuti è stupendo! Acque cristalline, possibilità di fare snorkeling ma anche spiagge facilmente accessibili con ingressi in acqua semplici! L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort e i servizi: spazioso con doppio bagno e un bellissimo terrazzo in cui cenare e intrattenersi. Inoltre in poco tempo si riescono a raggiungere bellissime città da visitare come Monopoli, Polignano e Ostuni; insomma super strategico, super comodo e super consigliato! Giulia infine è una host gentile e disponibile, ha assecondato le nostre necessità di check in e check out e per questo la ringraziamo tanto! sicuramente torneremo!
