Nice escape in rural Tuscany, cozy apartment on the edge of town. Walkable from the train station; groceries and a few restaurants are also easily accessible by foot. If you are looking for hiking then be sure to look into the Via del Volto Santo which passes through town and can take you through the hills to several towns in both directions.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft. Paul war ein super Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen. Auch unsere 2 Hunde waren herzlich willkommen.

Ho prenotato questa casa con 2 amici in occasione di Halloween e del comics. Anche se magari lo chalet è più indicato per coppie romantiche ci siamo trovati benissimo, casa bella ed in ordine , posto spettacolare gentile e simpatica. Consigliatissimo, poi c'è il barbecue, cosa non da poco :)

Unser Aufenthalt bei Giacomo war sehr schön. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen und hatten gut Platz im und um das Haus. Die Küche hatte alles relevante dabei, die Betten sind bequem und der Garten mega gross und schön. Giacomo und seine Eltern sind sehr nette Leute, wir haben sogar einen Kuchen erhalten, welcher sehr sehr lecker war. Giacomo hat uns auch Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und ging auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein. Wir danken Giacomo und seinen Eltern für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

Without any doubt the most special Airbnb I have ever stayed at. My multigenerational family came here after a rough year and it was a tonic. It is not often in one’s life you have the opportunity to sit and look out at views like that hour after hour - the towns across the bay, the boats coming and going (including a submarine), the lights coming on in the evening… It is so much better than any words or photos could express. The swims were also outstanding. Brian was delightful and so helpful with recommendations. We will be back

Beautiful house in a calm and peaceful location in Cappanori, surrounded by olive fields and bucolic houses. The place exceeded our expectations in everything. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, with always kind approach and a smile. My family and I felt at home all the time, even the minor issues were taken care of in no time. Due to the winter time, we couldn't use much of the outdoor part of the house, but everything indoor was maintained in pristine condition, the kitchen was fully equipped, a fairly good small gym and a nice sauna. We would definitely recommend this house and we want to return next time we stay in this area in Tuscany.

We had a wonderful time at Zivile & Dante’s house! They were very thoughtful and kind hosts, making us feel right at home. Their creativity shined through every part of their home and property. We enjoyed a delicious vegan meal our first night as well as coffee and pastries in the morning (both for additional charge). The home is not in Camporgiano as we initially thought, but was just a quick 7 minute drive to it. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Leonard and his wife were very kind and welcoming, beginning to end. They were very responsive to our contacts with them and proactive in ensuring we were comfortable and had all we needed. They kindly invited us to join them and the wider family at a homemade pizza party in the garden one evening and later even brought us unexpected sweet treats. The property and it's garden estate were beautiful. We had gorgeous views from 3 sides of our apartment , mountains one way, across the valley another, and over the large garden on the 3rd side. All of the outlooks beautiful. It would be perfectly possible to use taxis and trains to get around the general area though having our own car there was very convenient for shopping and travelling as some attractions and facilities are several miles away. I feel our trip would have been less rich without a car. I'd describe the apartment as comfortable if rustic, but we had all we needed whether cooker, fridge, micro, washing machine etc.

We really like the place! It is very convenient if you travel by car and you have dog. Apartment was super clean and had everything necessary. Bonus points - extremely comfortable mattress and pillows, you don’t get these often in airbnb. Internet quality was okayish from the laptop, but somehow very bad from our phones. Hosts are very nice! Plus Lucca is very interesting city to explore, true Tuscanian vibe, not so many tourists

Stefania è stata gentilissima e super disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un problema con una bicicletta e ce l’ha sostituita subito. Tutto perfetto, appartamento in ordine e pulito, non proprio centrale ma facilmente raggiungibile con le biciclette. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Fabio super disponibile nelle comunicazioni prima di arrivare e Alessandro super gentile una volta arrivati: ottima squadra insomma :') Noi eravamo cinque adulti e ci siamo trovati benissimo! Letti comodi, biancheria pulita, tutto l'occorrente in cucina e in lavanderia, bagni puliti e spaziosi... sono stati così premurosi da farci trovare anche degli ombrelloni per il mare! A rendere il tutto ancora più piacevole e rilassante c'era la veranda con la bellissima vista dei monti. La posizione era strategica: 5 minuti per il supermercato fornitissimo nel paese di Camaiore, circa un quarto d'ora dallo splendido lungomare di Viareggio e a poca distanza da altre città come Lucca. Alessandro davvero affabile e gentile, tanto disponibile e tempestivo nell'aiutarci anche per i più piccoli problemi. Consigliamo tantissimo e non vediamo l'ora di tornare :)

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was a little piece of heaven. The home was everything we could hope for. We would absolutely return on another vacation and will highly recommend it to others. Our hosts were lovely and helpful and we are so grateful to them for sharing their home with us.

Loredana was an incredible host. There were 16 of us celebrating my birthday. She was super accommodating and kind. The villa is an oasis! It looks so much better in real life than in the photographs. We will be coming back! Thank you Loredana and Alessandro ☺️

Wir waren zu zweit bei Chiara und ihre Familie zu Gast. Unseren zweiten Aufenthalt im September konnten wir sehr genießen. Nicht zuletzt, weil sich unsere Gastgeber genauso gefreut haben, wie wir uns wieder zu treffen. Natürlich auch die Hunde. Bereits am ersten Abend durften wir zu Gast sein, von Chiaras Geburtstagsfeier. Immer wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Hilfe brauchten, wurde uns wunderbar geholfen. Für Unternehmungen im Umland und um diesem Bereich kennen zu lernen, ist Molina di Quosa der perfekte Standort. Wir würden wieder dort wohnen. Grazie mille, Chiara e Davide e Andrea

Wir waren mit 9 Personen unserer Familie und Hund, wie letztes Jahr im August, im Haus von Alessandra. Es hat auch dieses Mal alles perfekt funktioniert und es war alles noch so, wie 2023. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute sofort im Urlaub gefühlt und konnten uns in der Woche sehr gut erholen. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einfach traumhaft, ebenso am Abend im Jaccuzzi zu sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Highlight war die Panigacci-Experience (toskanische Teigfladen), die Alessandra für uns im Haus organisiert hat. Ein ganz toller Abend. Auch die Kommunikation mit Claudia war wieder schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können Alessandras Haus auf jeden Fall, auch dieses Jahr, wieder weiterempfehlen.

Das AirBnB von Isabella ist wirklich wunderschön, die Aussicht ein Traum. Wir haben uns hier richtig wohl gefühlt. Isabella und co. waren zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und bei allen Themen hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei Claudia. Das Haus und der Pool sind tatsächlich deutlich schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es ist genug Platz und der Garten und Pool sind Blickdicht. Es gibt einen Hund der abends etwas jault, was bei uns eher zu Belustigung geführt hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es ist eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung mit super schönem Pool und einer traumhaften Aussicht. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Airbnb. Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr unkompliziert und Eugenia war sehr hilfsbereit!

Es war eine schöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Man hat sehr viel Platz für sich selbst und einen großen Pool, ohne groß Leute stören zu können. Die Kommunikation mit Allessandro hat mithilfe von Übersetzer auch gut geklappt.

The perfect place to stay in Tuscany, beautiful home and gardens. We loved the views and the amazing swimming pool. The house had loads of character and was very homely and comfortable. Loved the location, not too far from Lucca and only 30 mins from Pisa airport. Andrea was a very friendly and helpful host too. Wonderful stay - thank you!

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is echt groter dan op de foto’s. We hebben ons echt 8 dagen ontzettend thuis gevoeld. Communicatie met Laura de huis manager was super fijn. Leuk dat we haar nog even hebben mogen ontmoeten. Voor een uitval basis om noord Toscane waar je wil genieten van de rust is dit een super plek.
