We had a lovely week in viareggio the apartment is lovely and in a great location, the host is very helpful and friendly.

Alloggio molto curato e in posizione strategica sia per quanto riguarda le spiagge che il Carnevale. Host cordiale e disponibile. Servizi e ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Davvero consigliato per un periodo di mare o per il Carnevale

L’appartamento è in una delle zone più belle e più comode di Livorno: nella piccola ‘Venezia’ con canali e barche, vicino al porto e nel centro città, con i migliori ristoranti sotto casa. L’appartamento è in uno stabile appena ristrutturato (come lo stesso appartamento) con uno stile moderno, essenziale e molto comodo. La pulizia è impeccabile. Vi torneremo sicuramente.

5 stars isn’t enough for the marvelous time we had in Portovenere. The apartment is in the ideal location off the main road. The Villa is high enough to feel the majesty of the water views, yet close and convenient enough to get to everything you need. The ferry to cinque terre, shops, restaurants and supermarket are all within easy walking distance. The view from our terrace was wonderful. It was our favorite spot for morning coffee. Photos of the listing are very accurate. The space was cozy and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Michela and her assistant Helena were very attentive, always ready with great suggestions and most accommodating to our requests. Lovely people. Would love to return one day.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und es ist wirklich alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Der Check In war super einfach und überhaupt war die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin sehr unkompliziert. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und half uns auch, damit wir vor Ort parken konnten. Die Umgebung kannten wir schon, ist einfach schön da zwischen Meer und Wald. ☀️

We had a fantastic stay. We really enjoyed how close it is to the beach and restaurants. We hired bikes which we recommend as a way to explore the local area. Francesco is a very welcoming and responsive host. Comfy beds, kitchen is very well equipped and the outdoor terrace is a great area to enjoy the sunshine. Thanks so much!

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable dans le logement de Maria Angela qui est une personne extrêmement gentille. Une foccacia nous attendait sur la table en arrivant, très chouette accueil. Nous avons pu échanger régulièrement et rapidement pour divers informations. L’emplacement est tout simplement parfait. Nous avons voyagé avec nos enfants de 11 et 6 ans qui ont adoré. L’accès à la mer est à 5 minutes à pied, tous les petits commerces sont accessibles très facilement à pied aussi. La plage et la côte sont super jolies ! Le logement est hyper il bien équipé, il ne manque de rien. Une belle lumière illumine l’appartement dès le matin; un vrai bonheur. Pour visiter les Cinq Terre cela est très simple aussi via la gare de La Spezia. L’incontournable Pise est à 50 minutes en voiture. C’était tout simplement parfait, merci ☺️

Tutto come da descrizione. Punti di forza principali posizione (fronte spiaggia) e spazi ben disposti. Un soggiorno rilassante anche grazie agli spazi esterni della casa. Lauro e staff sempre disponibili e concilianti. Il bel giardino puo attirare zanzara se il caldo diventa persistente (in quel caso la disponibilità di zanzariere sarebbe un plus)

Die Wohnung ist optimal für eine 4 köpfige Familie geeignet. Es fehlt an nichts, wie die anderen Rezensionen schon beschrieben haben. Frederica war durchgehend erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn in den ersten Tagen Fragen aufkamen. Den grossen, schönen Garten haben wir auch sehr genossen und dort auch öfter die zwei Hunde, die Katze und die drei Schildkröten angetroffen. Die Fahrräder eignen sich für kurze Strecken innerhalb von Marina. Vielen Dank auch an Cristina, die ebenfalls immer gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit war. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Wohnung in Cecina Mare liegt wunderbar in einem ruhigen Quartier, von dem es aber nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuss zur Strandpromenade sind und dort findet sich alles, was man von einem charmanten italienischen Badeort erwarten kann. Man merkt, dass die Gastgeberin ihre Wohnung schätzt und pflegt, die kleine Küche läd zum kochen ein, das Bad ist makellos, die Betten sehr bequem. Alles technische und mechanische funktioniert einwandfrei, auch die Heizung ist für Besuche im Herbst und Winter kräftig genug , um für eine angenehme Raumtemperatur zu sorgen. Maria ist sehr herzig und besorgt um das Wohl ihrer Gäste, die Verständigung ist Dank digitaler TranslatorApps kein Problem. Der kleine Garten mit den vielen Pflanzen und dem grossen Olivenbaum lässt eine träumen, hie und da kommt eine Katze oder ein Vogel zu Besuch, oder es grüsst ein Nachbar über die Mauer.

I stayed here with my fiancé and it was the perfectly charming little seaside spot for us for our quick trip to Livorno. There were several spots nearby available for drinking, eating and coffee and the seaside was magnificent even with dreary weather. It was very well appointed and cost and the lovely lemons from Giovanna’s garden and the fresh flowers were such a sweet touch and really made it extra nice! Giovanna was so sweet and recommended places for us to try and even offered to make reservations for us. I would stay here again!

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Viareggio. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und wir konnten zu Fuß alles erreichen.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

La casa è carinissima e la vista meravigliosa su colline e mare. C'è un giardino su più piani molto carino, balconcino, tavolo e sedie fuori, si sta benissimo. Il riscaldamento si paga a parte, in tre non abbiamo pagato troppo . La strada per arrivare è quella tipica di montagna, noi non abbiamo avuto problemi. Gloria gentilissima, consigliamo Pietrasanta!

Tommaso ist ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei der Begrüssung hat er uns einen Korb mit Produkten aus seinem Bioladen geschenkt. Er hat sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns Gästen in seinem Haus gut geht. Er hat uns die Gasflaschen für das Warmwasser gewechselt und auf Wunsch die Heizung eingestellt und mehrmals nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen, eine top Lage direkt am Meer. Die grosse Terasse und der Essbereich hat uns zum Verweilen eingeladen. Im Haus ist alles zweckmässig im Landhausstil eingerichtet, die Küche klein aber fein, die Schlafzimmer und das Bad genügten unseren Ansprüchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Ferien geniessen.Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Castelioncello. Danke Tommaso für alle deine Bemühungen und dein angagietes Auftreten. Alloggio perfetto, grande e ben fornito di tutti i confort. A pochi passi dal mare, dal centro e da negozi/supermercato. Dotato di spazio esterno con tavolo e piccolo giardino, perfetto per chi come noi ha alloggiato con un cane (accettato senza il minimo problema). esperienza ottima!

We were super happy with our stay! It was conveniently located, calm, sunny and very close to the beach. It's small but has everything you need for a few days!

We just left Sarahs Villa in Portovenere it was so beautiful and hard to leave. Beautifully decorated and well kept in a beautiful building location with the most outstanding views. Sarah has been great the whole week we were there. We will definitely come back and I highly recommend. View 10/10 Decor 10/10 Location 10/10 Parking 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Market, beach, pharmacy, dock, bus stop, cafes all within 5 minute walk.

Accueil parfait logement extrêmement propre et agréable avec vu sur le lever de soleil et hôte très réactif et arrangeante le seule point négatif c’est l’accès uniquement à pied pas simple quand on est chargé mais les ruelles sont très agréable pour balader pour se garer il y a un parking payant facile d’accès et sécurisé il y a des places gratuites mais pas toujours libre on a passé un agréable séjour Merci vraiment beaucoup à Alessia pour ce logement

Piacevole soggiorno, Matteo molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento tutto come da descrizione, ottima posizione, ottimo avere il parcheggio. Tutti i servizi e la spiaggia sono a pochi passi, condominio super tranquillo. Grazie ancora

Grazie Mille Super Luigi 😉!! Nous venons de passer un formidable séjour à Viareggio avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Et l’appartement proposé par Gianmarco y est pour beaucoup !! Le bien est propre et très fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes! Une situation géographique d’exception! A quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui longe les magnifiques plages de Viareggio et ses bagnos par dizaine. Des restaurants exceptionnels comme le « Pivot bistro di mare » ou « l’Amaro » sont à quelques mètres! Et que dire de la communication de Gianmarco qui a été de très bons conseils et qui a toujours su se rendre disponible selon nos besoins! Nous recommandons « 1000 fois » ce bien pour passer de très belle vacances toscanes à Viareggio!! À très bientôt Gianmarco (Super Luigi)

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung super gelegen. Kleine aber sehr moderne und schöne Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Super mit dem Hafen vor der Haustüre.
