Just as beautiful as the pictures. We enjoyed spending the majority of our time in the sunroom that provided beautiful views in an air conditioned environment. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment so we were well fed while there. Large fridge/ freezer combo with water filter and ice maker. Beds were clean and comfortable. If you haven’t been to Bull Shoals Lake before you are in for a treat. It is the most beautiful lake as it crystal clear due to being a rock bottom. You will definitely need water shoes to venture into the water. Take a float and cooler and spend the day. The best part for us since we are from Florida is no sharks or alligators to worry about!

loved the sharing pantry and decor. the fact that there was dog food/kennel/dog doshes available was also quite thoughtful, although I left my pup with a sitter. he had menus available from surrounding areas and things to do. our host was quick to respond to any questions and we all really loved the atmosphere. gas heat, fans available, big bathtub, TV, Xbox and I believe a ps4 (don't quote me on that). games, laundry and the cleaning supplies were there so I could keep up with the house during our stay.. there was a grill and fireplace in the back yard and perfect view for the sunrise from the front porch in the rocking chairs. it reminded me of going to stay the night at gramma and papa's as a kid. also I noticed that while there was 4 beds, there was also a couple of mattress options under the beds if there was more than 4 people. thanks again!

Staying at Grandma’s house was a wonderful experience for my family. We were in town for a family member’s funeral, but the accommodations made us feel comfortable and uplifted after a long trip. We enjoyed the open space for family time but also having private rooms for sleeping. The house is clean and nicely furnished. We appreciated the snacks, water bottles and coffee. Sarah was very responsive to all communication. We would highly recommend staying a Grandma’s house when you are in the Yellville/Summit area.

The Cotter Trout Cabin is a lovely, restful place to stay. We’ve enjoyed it several times. It’s pet-friendly and comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had a very nice long weekend at Chris & Margo's cabin. The location was great, the cabin was clean and the hosts were very considerate and responsive. We go to the White River at least once a year, and we'll definitely plan to stay at this location again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house by the river! The location was perfect for relaxation, with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. The cabin itself was well-equipped, clean, and super comfortable. Great spot for a quiet getaway. Highly recommend!

Home was great! Was able to launch our boat on the ramp that was on the property was a big plus! Caught lots of fish and had a great time without having to go anywhere. Will most definitely stay here again!

Cute little place. Loved the cedar walls… smelled wonderful! Our family of four stayed there comfortably and we were able to bring our dog. Lori was very helpful with check-in and friendly.

I just want to say that you won’t find a better host than Anita, she goes above and beyond with sincerity. This little place is pristine inside and out. The critters close by are adorable and the big fuzzy “greeters” are the friendliest fur babies! Our stay was amazing and I plan to go back again and again. Can’t say enough how great EVERYTHING, was.

i loved staying here! it’s a super cozy town and the room was the cutest. the view from out back was gorgeous. the owners were very responsive and helpful as well! 10/10 will be coming back here<3

This was a nice clean little cabin. The location is very pretty and quiet. We saw several deer in the yard. Nicoleta & Tony were very prompt in responding to our messages and very helpful. They even had a little book with places to eat and canoe listed. I would say they are superhost material.

This was a perfect house for our annual trout fishing trip! We loved how kid friendly it was and it also had so many amenities! It was by far our favorite Airbnb that we have stayed at in the Cotter/Flippin area.

We stayed here for the NYFA Bull Shoals youth fishing tournament. The view is absolutely breathtaking. I could sit outside on the deck for hours just to soak it all in. The home was comfortable with 4 adults and 3 kids. We took multiple walks, and the neighbors were super friendly. Great experience and when I posted the pictures on my social media account, I had multiple people reach out and want info on the place because of the stunning views.

Secluded, relaxing place for a family vacation. The road in is one way and is as described by others. We made it with trucks and a sedan but the sedan driver was nervous. Terrific host. Just do it!

This place is beautiful and if you’re looking for peace this is it. Saw lots of wildlife, the drive to it takes you totally to another mindset because you are not in the city anymore and it’s mind blowing. Highly recommend! Davis is the absolute best as well, great communication and excellent with instructions because you do need them. He maintains his place well, one of the best places I’ve stayed!
