Monica is a wonderful host. She was responsive and caring during a difficult time for my family (death of a loved one). The place was in great shape and was exactly what I needed and conveniently located to where I needed to be in Ocala. Kitchen provided needed appliances, amenities and supplies where required. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean with necessary linens and supplies. Ample closet space if you are traveling with more than just a carryon. Note to anyone reading this - know that the bedrooms are on the top floor, so climbing stairs are required. Consider this when booking. Thank you Monica for the use of your place.

I had a great stay! It was exactly as advertised and I hope to stay here the next time I’m in town. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to many shops and just a short mile to the grocery store and Walmart. Tons of locally owned places for food along with chain places. My favorite thing was being so close to Rainbow Springs State Park. I went hiking a few days and it was amazing. Perfect trip!

Have been coming to River end since 1988 and C122 was my favorite spot we have stayed at. The view and amenities are amazing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a two bedroom condo.

Great location and the staff were very quick in communication and addressing any issues. Towards the end of my stay the TV stopped working and they purchased a brand new TV and had it installed in a matter of hours. If you looking for a nice getaway with most of the essentials you will need this was the place. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it for the next guests.

Really loved it. Everything was so clean and it had everything we needed. Excellent value. We’d stay again and recommend to anyone staying on the area. Close to everything we wanted to do. Really don’t think we could have found better.
