Beautiful & quiet location right along the river with tons of paddle boards, kayaks & all the amenities you could ask for. Truly blessed to have found this gem.

Beautiful home in a great location. Very close to Rainbow Springs and KP hole.Awesome pool area with plenty of room to spread out and socialize. We felt right at home from the minute we walked in the door! Very clean with a great vibe and decor. Highly recommended!!

Steve and Tess were very accommodating and hospitable hosts. Couldn't ask for any better hosts. If any issues arose, they were addressed quickly. We had a great time while staying there. Hope to return next year, love the area.

This places was great. Super convenient location if you're looking to do some kayaking around the local springs. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

We just enjoyed our second stay at this lake house. The backyard can’t be beat! It is the perfect combination of beauty and fun! We enjoyed the oak trees and lake view while the kids had a blast on the playground and zip line! There are three springs within 15-20 minutes away which we loved. Ocala is about 30 minutes but worth the drive for the Bank Street Patio Bar and The District Bar & Kitchen!! The house was super clean and comfortable. No personal touches like some airbnbs, but board games and puzzles were much appreciated! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay on the river. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the view from back room was amazing.

We had such a marvelous time at camp collop. What. Magical place. Everything was so very well maintained and well stocked house with All the amenities you would need to enjoy your time on the water. The access to the river was perfect. The kids enjoyed the rope swing and we enjoyed the convenience of paddling and being able to come back to the home easily without having to go to the parks or stand in lines etc. the town of dunnellon had so many amenities so close to the house...dinner each night was less than 10min from the house. Everyone in my family said this was one of the best vacations they had gone on ...the peacefulness of this home and location transmitted a beautiful sense of magic. We all want to come back soon. This was worth it...you won't go wrong staying here and enjoying all the amenities this place has.

Chimera on the Rainbow River was a magical location for my family during Christmas. Just waking up and seeing the mist on the river while enjoying our morning coffee on the dock was amazing! The simple pleasures in the abundance of birds and wildlife was such a gift! The house has everything you need from top to bottom. A nicely equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy a Christmas dinner together. We loved the game room with shuffle board! It gave me all the best nostalgia playing frogger and pac-man and donkey kong on the arcade machine! Being able to use the kayaks to paddle up and down the exquisite Rainbow River was convenient and memorable: we weren’t the only ones paddling while wearing Santa hats, lol! This is truly a special place, and Hal’s communication was above and beyond expectations. You can easily tell he and Sandy want to make sure guests have the absolute best experience.

Great piece of property in a beautiful neighborhood. Had plenty to do in the home and outside: large jenga blocks, s’mores pit, kayaking on the withlacoochie river, pushing the kids on the tree swing, karaoke machine, playing video games. Less than 10 mins away from a pretty sweet walking trail. Pet friendly too if you have your furbabies. My husband and I are talking about returning here when the weather is warmer to visit the springs!

WOW! Where do I begin? It only allows me a certain amount of characters to write this review, so I will TRY to summarize my experience. If I could rate 100 stars I would. I booked my stay here to go isolate and get alone with Jesus and spend time with him. Everything about this trip was completely lined up by God. I was a little nervous because I don't use Airbnb much but this place exceeded my expectations. Kelly was so friendly, informative, responsive, I literally cant say enough good. Im slightly bothered I only have so few words I can write here lol.. I got to meet her and her husband Chris in person and they were so kind and just amazing people. Kelly went above and beyond during my stay. I truly see Kelly as a dear friend of mine now and I will absolutely come back to stay here. DO NOT question booking here, GO! I will NEVER, EVER forget this amazing experience. I actually got emotional leaving, it truly felt like it became home<3 Thank you Kelly & Chris God bless you both

This is our third stay for Boys Weekend. It was great as usual. Thank you Sam and Mike for being amazing hosts.

Beautiful property and very clean! Living space was well thought out and stocked nicely. Loved kayaking as a family and making s’mores around the fire pit. We opted to stay in town for dinner to maximize family time and Lena’s broiled scallops rivaled Season’s 52!

Karla's place is a quaint quiet place that had everything I needed; right down to the peaceful setting that allowed me to relax and recharge.

Nice and secluded, yet close to rainbow river. access to the private park was a nice perk. Only complaint was grill wasn't clean, and the upstairs bed wasn't comfortable...master bed was great though.

Lisa was a great host. She was extremely communicative and had plenty of details for us. This house is extremely well cared for and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, dishes, etc. We were able to use the canoe and kayaks to paddle around the lake. We even caught a few fish! If you're looking for a place in the Salt Springs area, THIS. IS. IT!!!

Very nice home, located within 20 minutes to the springs, hiking, and restaurants. We loved the seclusion, the home’s architecture, and the detached BBQ screened-in shelter. The large backyard is great for the activities they provide (cornhole, mini soccer, and tree swinging). We were there in the summer but the water level in the back was too shallow to launch the canoes but that’s no problem with tons of local kayaking options. The house is on a 12-minute drive dirt road that can be difficult to find at night. Also, the house does not have any cell reception but the house has ok WiFi speeds to stream movies and use FaceTime (voice); that’s the price to be in seclusion, peace, and nature. Check in and out were a breeze and the indoor amenities are nice. We recommend this home for a nice getaway.

This is a perfect place to stay if you have a boat and enjoy fishing.

Tonya was an excellent host. She had everything arranged for our arrival and met us at the entrance to the resort. Tonya was easily accessible by phone for questions. She was quick to respond when we needed replacement of supplies . She is a very friendly and welcoming host. The cabin was incredibly cute and had everything we needed for our stay. We look forward to returning !
