This was a great house in a great location. We wanted to be close enough to downtown to walk to the event, but didn’t want to be in a noisy area. We loved the neighborhood. The house was clean, exactly as described, and had everything we needed. We will be visiting again!

We had a great stay. House was brand new. Host was great. It was about a 9 min uber to downtown.

What a beautiful home! Our family of five was very comfortable here! Our hosts had taken care to provide everything we would need for a lovely weekend. Such wonderful communication! This home has a fantastic kitchen, if you are looking to dine in. It is conveniently located near several restaurants, and if you are visiting Indianapolis for an event at Lucas Oil Stadium, it is a short 1 mile walk. We will definitely stay here again on a future visit!

Hunters space was exactly what we needed for the 6 guests we had. Two full bathrooms and three decently sized bedrooms a good living/dining area and a decent sized kitchen. Hunter was super responsive, friendly and accommodating to our needs. We were about 15mins from the event we were attending and it seemed like everything was a super short ride to get to. We would definitely stay there again if we ever found ourselves in the Indianapolis area. Thanks again Hunter!!

Absolutely amazing! My husband and I went for Supercross weekend and it was just minutes from Lucas oil stadium. The welcome sign in the living room was top tier, made us feel very welcome. Very clean, had everything we needed for a weekend getaway! One of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in, definitely recommend!

This was a last minute stay and did not disappoint! Robin was amazingly quick to respond and everything went smoothly. Her place is perfect-comfortable beds, very clean, lots of nice little touches. If you are in the area I highly recommend Robin’s nest!

Barb’s place was just what I needed for the trip. I felt right at home and everything was so convenient especially since my mom love less than 10mins away I loved it! I had everything I needed and if I forgot anything it was there already. I will definitely be staying here again. I really loved everything about it. Barb was one of the best host I’ve had staying at Airbnbs. She was very attentive and helpful. Her check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easily to follow. If you’re needing to stay in this area of indianapolis, I would highly recommend staying here!

This location is perfect when you’re spending time in the city and the unit has everything you might need. Also, parking is included which isn’t the case for other properties I considered in the area. Most importantly, Gerry is fantastic and a great communicator. I’d work with him again and again.

Molly’s spot is awesome value, very clean & in a terrific neighborhood in Fletcher Place. She’s super responsive as well. A+ stay & worth it if you’re going to a game in Indy (10-15 minute walk from both Gainbridge & Lucas Oil).

Skyler was awesome to hang with. After the first night (out of four) I never really saw him much. The listing is pretty clear, so I knew going into it that there would still be someone there, it was a shared space that is always lived in, etc. So, all of that considered, it was what I expected it to be. Also, having a separate restroom was great!

Liliana did a great job communicating before our stay, giving instructions, and quick to respond during so A+ on that. The location was perfect for my wife and I. We had a work function at Weber Grill and we never had to leave the building to get from our loft down to the restaurant since it's connected. Also being connected to TJ Maxx and the mall was a plus which kept us out of the wind & snow. The room was great, just as discribed and shown in the pictures. There was pleanty of space in the livingroom and the bedroom. Its definitely a unique building, because it actually used to be HUGE multifloor department store. We explored around the building and found the theater and fitness center on the 6th floor. The only heads up to others is that the parking is under the building and really tight. We drive a Ford Edge and I was puckered up getting around the support beams and essentially parallel parking into an available space. I'd book a stay here again next time in downtown Indy.

Getting Off Road And Was Extremely Tired. Amy Was Super Sweet And Accommodating, Flexible And Wonderful Communication. Home Was Perfectly Pictured, Comfortable, In a nice Area, And CLEAN. Extra Amenities So Nothing Was Needed During My Stay, I Would Definitely Return. Thanks Amy.

Very homely. A great studio that feels open and has a nice balcony too. I enjoyed the amenities and the kitchen was clean and organized. The parking is great too, a nice open lot you can see from the unit window.

Let me say, Jill and her husband are the nicest sweetest people I’ve ever meet and by far this was the best experience I’ve ever had at an Air BNB. They were so welcoming and greeted us with hugs immediately at the door. Such a great feeling as it made my friends and I feel welcomed from the get go. Jill gave us the hotel feel with chocolates on all of our pillows and even baked delicious chocolate chip cookies. Best part was the complementary breakfast bill made for us the next morning. The best pancakes and sausage I’ve ever had. Jill and her husband sat and ate with us and got to know us as we also got to know them. It’s a wonderful family environment and their place and I will definitely stay at Jill’s place again any time I am in Indianapolis! 5 stars for everything. We can not thank you folks enough for all you did for us!

The place is nothing short of majestic. The decor, the food, the hospitality, the peace and quiet, etc. I’d need way more than what I can put on here to describe how incredible and charming this place is. I cannot wait to come back. Gary…you, your wife, and your lovely establishment has my heart. Thank you so much for allowing me the privilege to stay a weekend at your bed and breakfast.

Bill & Marilyn & Sidd were absolutely incredible hosts. Kindest people. As 2 young women and an lgbt couple, we are always hesitant and cautious about staying somewhere. This is the first time we’ve ever had the experience of staying with the hosts and I have nothing but amazing things to say. And they serve breakfast that was very delicious!

I had an excellent experience at this bed and breakfast in the short time I was there. Gary was extremely accommodating to my timeline and was very welcoming. The room was comfortable and as advertised. If/when I come back to Indianapolis, I will certainly look to availability here first.

We were attending an event at Lucas Oil Stadium and this location was amazing! Close enough but just far enough away you didn’t feel like you were directly down town. Short Lyft ride to where we needed to be. The house was everything described, so cool staying in a historic house. Stephanie really made the stay stand out. She allowed us to check in early, gave us a tour of the entire house and was responsive to our needs. The tea room was stocked with snacks to get at any time and she made an amazing breakfast. Will definitely stay again!

Do not hesitate to book Terri’s place. She is the sweetest person that makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. She puts thoughtful decor and touches throughout the space. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. You are only 15 minutes from downtown Indy and it is an easy drive. Terri is quick to respond to any text. We had a wonderful stay for the solar eclipse. She even had eclipse themed snacks and linens for our stay ❤️ We had a wonderful time.

Bill and Marilyn were very wonderful hosts who went out of their way to make us feel at home. The house has such a great history as we found out through engaging conversations. The house was beautiful with plenty of room and stories for almost every room. Breakfast was AMAZING and they are flexible for dietary restrictions and preferences! Bill and Marilyn are the sweetest and you can really feel the love they have for their home and the interest they have in hosting guests!
