The place was clean and good i enjoyed the stay

We stayed here for over a month, we walked to the canal and did exercise at the gym during winter month, we felt right at home. Thank you Miranda and Brittany for having us.

Everything was lovely I would just recommend that you bring extra tissue.

This place was really nice very local to a lot of restaurants and the community is really awesome as well. I’ll be back soon.

Despite some initial trouble getting in due to being given the wrong apartment (a 2 bedroom instead of a 1 bedroom - not complaining though), the place was great. Very clean and organized . Plenty of towels. Comfortable beds. Loved the supermarket downstairs. Short walk to the convention center. Positive experience overall.

Dr. Eric's place was great! When we arrived, he had clear instructions on how to retrieve the key and check in. The place was clean too. He provides great additional amenities: Snacks, waters, oatmeal, soup, extra blankets and more. I really appreciated the comfort the place provided for the weekend. It is in a great location too. Downtown is nearby so you can walk or drive to delicious restaurants or grocery stores. The canal and walkway is right next to the building. We were able to access it, and our son loved the nearby playground. We really enjoyed our stay!

John was an incredible host, & the home was a slice of heaven during our month-long stay. Located on a quiet main road, it offered easy access to shops & eateries, with dedicated parking as a huge bonus. The home exudes charm, from craftsman-style sliding doors to vintage touches like the fireplace & beams. Filled with natural light, the spacious rooms and bathrooms provided ample storage and counter space. The fold-out couches were perfect for lounging, while the beds were clean, large, & very comfortable. The immaculate bathrooms, with a luxurious jetted tub, hot water, & a towel warmer, were a highlight. Stocked with plenty of linens & toiletries, it also featured a convenient washer & dryer. We couldn’t be more grateful to John, who made our move easier, he responded quickly to all inquiries, offered advice on areas to explore, and checked in with kindness and thoughtfulness every step of the way. If you’re debating staying here, don’t overthink it. Its very much worth it.

This house is big. roomy clean well stocked. The bedrooms are spacious have dark drapes so the early morning sun don’t wake you up. Easy to find. Close to shops. Restaurants. Looks just like the pics only issue was the bedrooms didn’t have a TV in them. The house has 2 TVs . Will be back in the summer

5 Star house and host! This was our 2nd visit to this house. Since our visit last year, they added a hot tub, pool table and huge TV in the master. BTW now my husband wants this TV in our bedroom at home. LOL House is super clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Everything was GREAT again!!! We'll be back next year. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This place was perfect for a Socctober Fest tournament weekend. So much room for the family and the modern amenities were quite impressive. We would definitely stay again.

Carrie was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze! The kitchen was very clean and had everything for cooking!! The gas stove was certainly a bonus. We loved our stay and had a blast. Thank you!!

We came to town for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour and this place was PERFECT. Clean, spacious, fits a lot of people cozily, and easy to get in and out of the downtown area without being too far or getting stuck in traffic. Babe is a thoughtful host, she even left Taylor Swift tattoos for us!

Love the place. Host was very communicative and helpful. Instructions were provided for everything. Place was modern, clean and spacious. Amenities were plentiful and all in working orders. Love that the place was central to many places in Indy. Would stay again in the future.

Great space for no more than 2 couples. Only complaint was that the range was not level. Otherwise they had everything you could need and had great communication.

We had a great time at this Airbnb. The location is extremely close to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and many local restaurants, bars, and even a CVS a block away for supplies you may have forgot at home. While it’s very busy all around you, the unit is VERY quiet. Which is a great plus too. We have already booked another stay in a year at one of their other units in the same bldg. we had some trouble checking in (look for the email code after you setup the key app they send you—recommend doing that asap and not when you arrive—do it on your way). The free parking is a huge plus for anyone.

This was a great apartment with new appliances and a great parking garage. I LOVE the location. It’s walkable to most things downtown and there are a ton of restaurants nearby. It would be especially great for anything at Lucas Oil, Gainbridge, or the convention center. Host was easy to communicate with.

Leyla was great, helping me out with a couple extensions and late check out.
