The house was prestine when we got there: super clean. You could tell it was remodeled and they did a great job on it. The bathrooms were super nice. The bedroom on the main floor was the biggest and it’s where my friends insisted that I sleep because I had set up the trip for us. I really enjoyed that room especially, but they were all nice, clean, and well put together. Tia was responsive and understanding throughout the trip and very accommodating and kind. If there was any knock (and this is just me being super picky and ridiculous) it’s that I’d want more of those delicious flavored coffee creamers for my coffee every morning. The hazelnut one was a treat and I wanted more 🤣 This is a great place to stay and it was perfect for our group, which was going to the NFL Combine at Lucas Oil Stadium, to lay our head for the weekend. Loved it. We’re talking about making this a yearly trip and, if we do, this is where we will be headed. Thanks Tia!

This is a great spot little house the inside is so cute! This is a GREAT area and so close to the bike trail and good restaurants . Host responded immediately since it was a last minute trip and we appreciated it. They had a bottle of wine and some snacks. Very welcoming! I did let them know that the Air B and B page marks the bed in the basement as a king on one page and a queen on another. It is a queen. Otherwise place is great and will stay here again!

A beautiful home. lots of space and very comfortable. I would stay here again for sure. Just a heads up, the house is near some train tracks. On occasion you can hear a train going by. Didn't bother me but I thought others may want to be aware.

This is a super cool Indy stay. Jenni is an amazing host with an awesome attention to detail. It is everything an Airbnb should be. We highly recommend staying here!

This place is an absolute gem! We were in late and out early, but it was evident that the neighborhood was great, with lots to do nearby. The property was super cute, super clean, and perfect for a quick stop or an extended stay. Katie was super helpful with local recommendations and a flexible check in. We couldn’t ask for anything more!

Andres property was very cozy , accessible ,quite close to where I needed to be . There was so much in the area close to Krogers & Walgreens . When I have to be back in Indy I would first look into this property . He defiantly was a blessing to me & my family .

Jonathan was very attentive and accommodating as advertised neighbors were very respectful the space was very clean and accommodating the ambiance was very peaceful would definitely be the place I stay when in Indy

We LOVED Jill and Chris’s place. We visited with our 10 yo grandson and giant dog. Their place is very clean, well-organized (loved the coffees and teas especially) and loaded with art, games, conversation starters for the table. Best of all, their home is an urban “homestead” with free range chickens, a beehive, fruit and nut trees, raised bed gardens and native Indiana plants. Everything about their property and rental is a labor of love and it shows. Highly recommend!

Molly’s spot is awesome value, very clean & in a terrific neighborhood in Fletcher Place. She’s super responsive as well. A+ stay & worth it if you’re going to a game in Indy (10-15 minute walk from both Gainbridge & Lucas Oil).

We had a great stay here! Derek was responsive and friendly, check-in was smooth with easy instructions, and the space was comfortable and clean. The location is also peaceful, yet minutes from downtown. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Eric's place was great! When we arrived, he had clear instructions on how to retrieve the key and check in. The place was clean too. He provides great additional amenities: Snacks, waters, oatmeal, soup, extra blankets and more. I really appreciated the comfort the place provided for the weekend. It is in a great location too. Downtown is nearby so you can walk or drive to delicious restaurants or grocery stores. The canal and walkway is right next to the building. We were able to access it, and our son loved the nearby playground. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay at Ben's place! The apartment was darling and well decorated. Instructions were perfectly clear and included pictures of where to park which was helpful. The neighborhood was nice and quiet but not too far from anything we wanted to see, and Ben was responsive to all my messages and very friendly. The space was on the smaller end, but it was perfect for my husband and I and Ben has made great use of the space! We would love to stay here again if we visit Indianapolis again! Highly recommend.

Immediately, you can tell Mike works hard to keep the place in great shape. It’s a nice change to stay somewhere not run by a corporation and you can tell he works hard to keep it that way. Super friendly host, really responsive. Arrived to a spotless place. Zero complaints. Comfy, peaceful, cute, and affordable! Also, Mike is an animal guy and was really flexible with our reactive dog. He totally gets it and that was so reassuring. Great to work with and super nice guy in general!

This place is truly a 💎 gem! Lystina was very responsive, flexible, and welcoming! Getting in to the apartment & check in was very smooth & the location is everything!! There are so many restaurants near by, the Lucas Oil stadium is within walking distance, along with the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. I cannot say enough great things about this place but definitely book it☺️

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Cherie was a gracious host to a lovely space! She made my family feel very welcome in town and we are grateful to have been able to stay there! Her dog is so sweet and was instantly buddies with my four year old. The air hockey table in the sunroom was a really nice touch! If you are looking for a nice place to stay in Indy, do yourself a favor and stay with Cherie!

This was a great apartment with new appliances and a great parking garage. I LOVE the location. It’s walkable to most things downtown and there are a ton of restaurants nearby. It would be especially great for anything at Lucas Oil, Gainbridge, or the convention center. Host was easy to communicate with.

You know those places you find that are gems, that you hesitate writing a great review for selfish reasons? This is one of those places for me. This must be our 5th or 6th stay here, and it just feels like home! The hosts are wonderful, the place is well maintained and cozy, and we love the neighborhood.

Jed's place was cool and unique. Beds were comfortable and the place is located in a cool area. The Chatterbox is a great little jazz dive directly across the street, which I really enjoyed. Parking was a little tricky to navigate to with all the one ways, but it was night time and raining when we arrived and eventually we worked it out. 5 stars and will definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in town, especially with how expensive hotels in the downtown area are during the week of a large convention.
