Great for what it is an affordable place to stay within walking distance of The Signal and several restaurants and bars.

My wife and I visited Chattanooga for a long weekend and connect with family in the area. We cannot say enough good things about our experience. The space was very comfortable and the location second to none. The Hemingway Suite was perfect for us and allowed our family dog to stay there. A great bonus. Highly recommended for anyone staying in town.

I came into town due to a sick fur-baby. Needed this as a very last minute also needed a quiet space to try to recover and exactly what I got. Clean room. Comfy bed. Great temp. Clean bathroom. In the morning was nice to meet folks who share a great cup of coffee with me. Back again tonight! Price was well worth it and more comfortable than any hotel.

This place was absolutely amazing from the moment I booked it to the moment I checked out. Everything is clean. There’s a refrigerator and sticky notes to label your food. The surroundings are beautiful lots of things in walking distance I will 100% be back soon. Great job crash pad!

Great place to stay for the weekend. Was located in a great location, lots of great restaurants in a walkable distance. Overall great experience.

I very highly recommend this place. I came because of the price, but absolutely loved the aesthetic and ambiance and would come again every time if I come back to Chattanooga. I went to a $400/night hotel afterwards and almost wished I could go back to the Crash Pad.

We absolutely loved Common House! Great Staff, Great Location, and the accommodations were perfect. The chocolate chip cookies were to die for!

The staff there was very friendly, pet friendly which is great bc I did not preplan this trip well. Only stayed two night but no complaints really, not about anything the hotel can control anyway!

The Read House was absolutely fantastic. I had only walked through the main lobby and loved it, but this was our first time staying there. Larger bathroom than expected, which was great, however it took up too much sq footage in the room overall, in my opinion. Room was comfy, quiet, cozy and the hotel amenities were absolutely fantastic. Beautiful historic building, great location, would highly recommend!
