this spot was fantastic for our crews long weekend in chattanooga. close to everything we wanted to visit. house was clean and had everything we need.

The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, more than enough supplies for everything else we needed. Host was super responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone.

This property was lovely. Great location for going to lookout mountain. The road leading to the house definitely needs to be paved but it was clearly mentioned in the descriptions so it wasnt a surprise. Amber was very quick to respond to the few questions we had. She was great. The view was stunning. The weather was windy and cold so we sadly couldnt explore the property but we would love to come back in the future. Definitely recommend this listing.

Clean and great location.

My best friend and I met up half way between our homes for a rare visit, and we stayed at Mike and Teresa's place. It was a lovely and peaceful getaway. The suite was pristine and had absolutely everything we needed. Mike and Teresa were excellent communicators with the gift of hospitality. I have stayed in Airbnbs around the world, and this one may be my favorite.

Our first time to use Air BNB, and wasn’t sure what to expect as a newbie. It was a wonderful experience. Very nice home, all amenities as described. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and roomy. Plenty of games and activities for the little ones. Outdoors the area was beautiful, and the golf cart was handy for adventuring and getting around the neighborhood. Trees were turning, very colorful, and we saw lots of deer. We were there in off season, so the marina/pool areas were shut down, so can’t speak to them. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

I truly can’t say enough how wonderful Lyn’s tiny home is! It’s a little slice of peace and magic, with every little detail beautifully thought out and curated. Lyn and Brett have truly outdone themselves with their beautiful properties and made us feel right at home, thank you for being so warm & welcoming. We cannot wait to return to Paradise Meadows!

My husband and I enjoyed our time at Hill’s Hideaway. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Especially, the ones from the hot tub. We were very surprised to find such an amazing last minute get away so close to home for our 36th Anniversary. Thank you so much Sylvia for making us feel like part of the family.

Cozy home in the country. Nice large yard. We brought our dogs. Nice area for them to run around in the fenced in area.

Beautiful property in Clifftops near the lake. The house was perfect for our 2 families trip with a great kitchen/living room to gather plus lots of places to spread out. We loved the porch with a fireplace and the grounds with plenty of firewood stacked and ready to burn. It rained most of our trip, but there were still fun spots inside and plenty of games for the kiddos. Great place!

The team at River City Vacation were all super communicative and very respectable. My friends and I booked a Bachelor trip and originally booked a different Airbnb, and when we got there we were surprised how bad the outside of the house was and ultimately decided to lose money to stay here at the River City Vacation rental. They were responsive and allowed us to basically leave the ran down home we originally booked and head to their beautiful home to check in. I spoke with Christina when we got there because the maintenance person locked the screen door and she walked me through how to get in. All in all, we had an unbelievable staying here and enjoyed hanging at the house and taking in the scenery. Thank you River City Vacation's for taking our bachelor trip and making it memorable.

Super nice and cute and cozy. Beautiful view during the day and amazing during the night. It was one of the best places I have ever stayed in. Would go back again and again.

this tiny home has big character! the place was amazing. just what we needed for a couple days after a week at Disney. the location is incredible. peaceful, private and beautiful. the home was spotless and perfect. it was a little too windy to have a fire, but the area is so cute. the hot tub reached the desired temp quickly and was so nice to relax in at the end of the day. the showers are clean and hot. beds are comfortable, and everything you could need is provided. the host left a couple sweet surprises and they were the perfect addiction to the end of our trip. we would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mountain Mist! Rachael responded immediately when I had a question and was a wonderful host. We greatly appreciated a hand-written note and fun snacks upon arrival. The loft area is so fun! Our son is 6 and has not had much video game exposure. The Nintendo was a really fun gem that we loved. My husband and I had just as much fun playing the games we grew up with as our son did experiencing them for the first time. We have visited the Sewanee area multiple times and love the area. This is the first trip we haven't actually hiked. We really enjoyed this cabin and all it offered. The outdoor area was perfect for hanging around the cabin. There was plenty for a young boy to explore and the playground is basically next door. We also enjoyed games, puzzles, Legos, s'mores, and had no problem cooking in the awesome kitchen. We will definitely be back as a family and I've already recruited some friends for a girls' trip later in the year!

Our stay was truly amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect—the space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Nathan was such a kind and understanding host, always responsive and accommodating. We felt so at home and had a wonderful time. I genuinely appreciate the hospitality and will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family!

It was a great stay. Me and my wife stayed here for Valentine’s Day weekend, and they had left us a heart-shaped box of chocolates to enjoy over the weekend. Amazing hosts and a beautiful home. We will certainly be staying again soon!

The big porch cottage was wonderful! We felt right at home. Tammy was very welcoming and friendly. The big porch cottage was so kid friendly. My 1 year old grandson loved running all around the house. Everything was kid proof and made such a difference for us not having to worry so much. My 9 year old loved it too, we saw deer walking in front yard while drinking coffee on the porch. It was so relaxing!

Very clean and modern tiny home on a beautiful wooden lot with a great deck, hot tub and fire pit. Hiking trails right on the property and beautiful water falls all around. Our first time staying in a tiny home and it didn't even feel like it - the expansive deck and fenced fire pit area for lounging added to the space and experience. We highly recommend Anthony's place.

Great weekend stay in Monteagle. Perfect location close to town and the University of the South. Everything was perfect and I appreciate the hospitality.
