Alaina's cabin is paradise. Gorgeous setting looking over Pine Mountain Lake. Beautiful space inside. Our family of 7 enjoyed all the rooms and amenities. Kayaking and paddle boarding. Playing board games on the deck. Meals at the large dining table. It was perfection and I highly recommend! Alaina answered all questions quickly and with kindness. 10/10

Troy was very friendly and responsive. His place was great and we felt right at home. Better than the photos! Btw, thank you for the access to the apps on your tv. Made it easy to watch New Year’s Eve countdown and other channels.

We loved our stay at Pati and Joe’s place. We were dropping our daughter off at sleep away camp and decided to make a weekend of it in Groveland. The house is perfectly situated on the lake and only a 5 minute drive from Main Street in Groveland with fun restaurants and shops. Pati was very communicative and made it easy to get into the house on check in day. We spent most of the time hanging outside on the lake. The kayaks were great and we just paddled around to different beaches and swam. An amazing and relaxing weekend in a beautiful part of the state. We hope to be back!!!

Our stay at Ed's was amazing! From the moment we booked, the host communicated making us feel welcomed and well-prepared for our trip to Yosemite. The house- beautifully appointed, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The location was perfect for our Yosemite trip. Ed’s attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference in our experience. The location- on a safe and shallow cove of Pine Mountain Lake, which made a short paddle onto the lake easy and inviting. Several kayaks and paddleboards are provided for the guests, along with a ping pong table and a bocci court. We tried all of them, much which made it fun for the children. Only con about it is the time of year you go and bring some water shoes. Makes it easier to get the paddle boards and kayaks in deeper water than the shallow areas. Would recommend this location and the area where the beach/lake front made it a great day to picnic and enjoy the water.

So glad we stayed here. The game room was great! So many games and things to stay busy with activities. Nice big comfy couch where the whole family enjoyed Christmas movies. Kitchen has everything you need plus more. Closet stocked with towels. Excellent views from all around.

Gina's home was such a treat to stay at with our family! She responds in a timely manor, which was much appreciated! Equipped with all the lake toys you would ever need, and a quick paddle board ride away from the marina for an afternoon treat. The house was great for our family, as the game room is located down stairs, the little one could sleep sound while we continued to enjoy later in the evening. We hope to come back next year!

We had such a wonderful time staying here with our family! The kids absolutely loved the arcade—what a hit! The atmosphere was so quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. We also visited the nearby beach lake, and the kids had a blast playing in the sand. We were hoping to go kayaking or paddle boating, but unfortunately, there weren’t any rentals available at the beach lake. Despite that, we still had a fantastic stay!

This house was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals at the house. The beds and couches are very comfortable. Shahla’s response time is great and her instructions for the house were clear and accurate. It’s an easy 2 minute walk to Dunn Ct beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the layout and spaciousness for our family. We had so much fun in the game room, sharing meals, and the outdoors in nature. We felt the comforts of home and created priceless memories.

great place, the locations is amazing and close to alot to walk to. the place it's self is fantastic. the only downside is the kitchen doesnt have any cooking stuff just a microwave but the restaurants are all around it and east to walk to. definitely worth it.

Tom was an amazing host. He was flexible with check in time. Had Benjamin greet us and walk us through the property. He showed us where everything was. Made us feel right at home. The place was very clean and conveniently located. Walking distance to everything in town. I would come again and recommend to others

Fantastic place! We have been to Bass Lake a few times prior but this was the first time at Tom’s and we loved it. So easy to walk to the restaurants/bar/grocery store or down to the water. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub was great! Definitely booking again for another trip to the lake. Cant wait to come back.

This is a great rental, we had all we needed for a fun filled week. I would recommend to others that have the love of Willow Cove at Bass Lake as we do. Highlights include the outdoor shower, deck and the dock. We also used the grill and the tent. The photos of the property illustrate the home perfectly.

For 4th of July, we stayed in this perfectly placed home, with amazing lake toys and plenty of space. Multiple decks, tons of seats, double grills, tons of kayaks, SUP boards, and floats, and a dock that is shaded every morning for coffee and glorious for diving into the afternoon lake. Paddled over to the marina for softserv and even got to see fireworks over the lake! Wonderful week. Would love to stay again!

Jennifer was a wonderful host. The house is very clean, well equipped, cozy, and a stone throw away from the park. The kids had lots of fun in their big room! They enjoyed the games and pool table too, while the adults relaxed near the fire. Thank you for a fantastic stay! Only comment is be sure to read the instructions carefully!! The drive to the house is not as straightforward as it seems on the map :)

We stayed there one night and i absolutely loved the place and the view is nice aswell. Host is very responsive and friendly. My kid loved the game room he was playing pac-man till late night plus there were lost of indoor games like zynga, monopoly, Uno and Dart . we had little time to explore it all but we enjoyed our time. Only thing that wasnt working was the hot water at that time . It was cold and water was freezing and we had to hand wash the dishes with that cold water but the host made it up with $50 starbucks giftcard. ☺️ absolutely would love to stay there again.
