We really enjoyed our stay at Mike’s place. The living space and bedrooms were a good size and very comfortable. It was a great base from which we could explore Nelson. Mike was very responsive when we reached out, too.

The property was easy to get to, surroundings is peaceful and quiet. Situated right beside a golf course, for anyone interested in golf! Interior: The place was as described, like in pictures. Rooms were clean and tidy, we all slept comfortably. Eric was very friendly and gave us some good tips for our travels!

Good for our group of adventure bikers. Garden was big so we had room to park bikes and no one could see them. House is big.

Our stay at Ina's was everything we could have hoped for. The property is easy to gain entry to, with clear instructions provided. Her beautiful home is welcoming and is thoughtfully set up to accommodate her guests. The home itself is spotlessly clean, private, peaceful and has some lovely views from the large windows. Set over multiple levels, each outlook is different, and it makes this home a delight to move through. With kitschy decorative items and artworks placed intentionally, there is a small surprise almost everywhere you look. The beds were made with soft, cosy bedding, with extra blankets for the colder nights. The bathroom contained plenty of soft towels, as well as soaps and shampoo for guests use. Ina went above and beyond for us by providing bread, milk, butter and spreads for our arrival which was greatly appreciated after our day of travel from Australia. Overall, we would highly recommend a stay with Ina, and found her responsive, flexible and welcoming.

We had an incredible stay at Lou’s place while celebrating our friend’s wedding! Lou was an excellent host and the place was clean. The views from the house are incredible and the outside shower is a nice touch as well!

We have just arrived back in the UK after a three week stay at Lucy and Matt’s glorious home. Having their home as a base enabled us to see our family (who lived nearby) and host our family too. We had many many happy times relaxing in the garden and hearing the children (and adults!) splashing in the pool. The property was perfect. It was light and spacious and very welcoming. There are two lounges and four bedrooms so everyone had their own space. The patio and garden are a perfect size and the pool was certainly an added bonus. Lucy and Matt are very caring and responsive hosts and we are extremely grateful to them for sharing their beautiful home with us 🩷

Jessica’s house was in an excellent location. Walkable distance to shops and cafes. The house was well appointed and spotlessly clean. There were plenty of pantry items, fresh bread, fruit bowl and home made choc chip cookies.

Beautifully appointed apartment. Well located. Best pillows ! Very comfortable! Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here. The flat is about 10 metres from the beach front and we saw some breathtaking sunsets and sunrises here. David’s place is really spacious and comfortable, has a fairly well equipped kitchen that we made hot meals in and has an excellent, hot shower. The bedrooms are at the back, away from the road and I had a peaceful night’s sleep. David, Heather and Jessie (the dog) are great hosts. It couldn’t have been a more convenient location for accessing the National Park, and there’s a great place to eat (Hooked on Marahau) nearby.

An immaculate, modern, spacious and very comfortable apartment which has an expansive outlook and everything we needed for our weekend away. We were delighted to have the opportunity to meet our friendly and helpful hosts, Garth and Sandra, and had a couple of lovely chats with them. We wish we could have stayed longer and wouldn't hestate to recommend this lovely accommodation to other guests.

We had an amazing stay at Karryn’s property. Beautiful view, great location and just a cosy place to stay with everything you need. Loved it! Sure made Nelson feel like home.

April's place was a home away from home, everything was well thought about, it was very roomy, very comfortable, had everything one could need and the outdoor space was lovely and relaxing. And importantly the bed was very comfortable. I would certainly like to stay again on my next trip. Many thanks April, sorry I didn't get to meet you this time. Best wishes.

This was such a lovely find in Nelson. I was hoping to stay a little out of town (but still within walking distance) and this worked out perfectly. If walking do bear in mind it's on a hill! But taxis are cheap and reliable and I promise it's so worth it for the peace and views. Dawn and Hudson have created a lovely cosy space including a beautiful garden - I enjoyed it so much I actually extended my stay. Brilliant hosts - would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was lovely—clean, nicely decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings to watch the beautiful sunset. The hosts were a very friendly couple and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved everything about staying here! It’s more like staying in a luxury hotel. I’ve rented a lot in NZ and especially in Picton. This by far the best place I’ve ever been in. The 5th floor views are mesmerizing from the kitchen, lounge , balcony and master BR. Comfy sofa with a nice TV. And the beds!! Heavenly. Even my grandkids commented on how well they slept and how much they loved the sheets. We could have spent all day watching the boats and ferries but did get out for some nice shopping and great meals. I highly recommend Oxley’s bar and restaurant downstairs. The food was great. We loved this apartment and would love to stay again! Rochelle was great.

We were amazed our stay here was fabulous. The property was gorgeous so quaint ,pretty very well kept. Loved our time here would thoroughly recommend to all. The restaurants around us were great. The apartment was everything we needed, it wasnt far from anything. Lovely and quiet. Cant say enough really. We had a fantastic time and wouldnt hesitate to go back.

Very high quality apartment centrally located. Comfortable and spacious with nice balcony. Amenities were top rate and kitchen well-equipped. We were three and only slight disadvantage was there was no dining table, and not enough chairs for a sit down meal. Nevertheless I highly recommend as such a great place to stay!

Christine’s location is the perfect getaway in a beautiful town. Her residence is perfectly positioned for exploring the town by foot. The house itself was exactly as described, comfortable, and cozy.
