Awesome place, very cozy and private! Very roomy and spacious would highly recommend to anyone that is looking to stay in the area!

This is a cozy cabin on beautiful property with hiking trails right out the door, a small stocked pond, and great sledding hills. The road to the cabin was rougher than expected but we also arrived after lots of rain. I would not advise arriving after dark. The main floor is spacious with lots of seating and a large smart TV. The woodstove is awesome and puts out an incredible amount of heat. The mattresses are all medium-firm. No plush pillowtops here. But we knew this ahead of time and brought mattress toppers for those who needed them. Lots of warm blankets and comforters. We loved that the house uses solar and hydroelectric. This did mean monitoring the house’s power and several power outages, but it was always easy to get back online. And the house has a generator if needed. As a host, John‘s service and welcoming feel are unparalleled, and it felt like we were staying at the house of friends while they were out of town. He truly wants his guests to have a great experience.

This place was wonderful! The air bnb is a very beautiful, unique and fun historical home! Janeen was very accommodating and very responsive! The air bnb is stocked with everything you could possibly need! The back porch over looking the river was my favorite spot! Very peaceful and serene! I loved this place and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s. The rooms and living areas were even better than the photos. And the sunrises were incredible. It was about 10 minute drive to Lexington and even closer to a good grocery store. We appreciated the extra touches since we were there over the holidays. 2 small Christmas trees and other holiday displays. The home was very child friendly. Thanks, Jennifer.

Beautiful place with an amazing view. Home itself was spacious and very clean. Very good design with a lot of privacy between the living spaces. 10/10 would recommend.

This was our second time staying at TOTRC and it did not disappoint! Lynn’s place is perfect for larger groups visiting Snowshoe that appreciate privacy. The cabin sits on 10 acres but is still only 20 minutes from the Village at Snowshoe. The cabin is so well stocked and has tons of amenities which made our last day in WV perfect even though the weather wasn’t ideal for skiing - we played board games, sat in the hot tub, sang karaoke, and made a fire outside.

My family and I enjoyed our short time at Robins home. The view was stunning. We even had a little snow on our arrival and that made it magical. The house was so clean and the beds were so comfortable. We had everything we needed to make a nice dinner for our family. The outdoor area and fire pit were perfect for a chilly evening. Robin was such a wonderful and welcoming host. We are looking forward to our next visit to Lexington in the near future!

We were staying the weekend for the Maple festival and Patti’s cottage was absolutely perfect for the weekend! Soon after arriving I got a migraine and Patti was so accommodating and let us check in a few hours early so I could rest, an absolute life saver! She provided everything we could have needed and more! Definitely will be returning!

Sarah's place was great. It was clean tidy and welcoming. We loved the location an so did our dog. It fit our needs in every way. She responded to my question promptly. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Aaron was a great host. Extremely responsive via text / phone call for a few questions we had about the house. The house itself was great. Very old with rustic charm which we loved. We really enjoyed sitting out on the front porch and the foliage was gorgeous in the front yard. Photos were very accurate. The only negative I would say is that the king bedroom on the front of the house that overlooks the main road is very loud, which was a little disruptive for sleep/ naps for our toddler even with a sound machine on. Beds were very comfortable and none of the other guests noticed the street noise because of their room locations were farther away. Town was very sleepy which is what we expected! We enjoyed the playground in walking distance, dinner out, lunch out, and the nearby brewery was fun. Boys went to a golf course nearby that was much cheaper than GB. Overall, we had a very enjoyable trip!

Great place to get away and enjoy nature while having modern comforts! This place exceeded my expectations. Loved the holiday decorations and the personal touches that made it feel like home. Notes: They have a hard water softener, which makes the water taste metallic, so bring bottled water or a water filter. Also, it is secluded from major stores, so be sure to bring all your supplies with you.

Our family had a great stay. The place was perfect for what we were looking for - cozy, quiet, secluded and close to different areas for day trips. We added a pantry add on package for 1 breakfast, 1 lunch, and 1 dinner for our 3 day stay. Delicious ingredients and very customizable. Quincy's information provided was very useful, from not relying on GPS or cell service for the last legs of the trip there, to different things to do in the area, to menu suggestions with the pantry add on we opted for. There is no Wifi, it is not listed as an amenity but that is still always hard for me to understand until I see it for myself, no matter how many times I travel to the mountains. My family had more success with their AT&T service than I did with my T-Mobile. We managed just fine with being disconnected while there. Host was proactive before the trip to provide details and ask questions. She was very responsive to questions we sent during our trip and helpful throughout.

Great location for visiting the area and fascinated by the historic elements of the house. That said, loved the gas fireplace during this winter stay!

Amazing location in the village, best hot tub of any building! This makes it all worth it! The unit itself was very small and old, could use quite a bit of updates. The bed was nice and soft. You are definitely timely paying for location and amenities with this one, but still worth it in my eyes.

Gwen’s condo was fantastic - the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. The condo was clean, homey, and stocked with the essentials. Gwen and Alan were extremely helpful and communicative - they made everything a breeze. It was great to be right next to night skiing with fresh snow. Will have to come back!

Loved saying in this Air bnb. They had everything we needed for our stay. Silver creek is a great location with so much to do without even having to leave the hotel. Our only problem was that the wifi did not work well during our trip. Other than that it was great and we plan on coming back!

For me personally, this was my favorite Airbnb i have rented. I needed the seclusion, one of those getaway from everywhere type vacations and this fit that perfect. The pool on the lake was so cool along with the sauna, i was there everyday. Its 20 minties from town but there are some very goos restaurants and its 1 hiur from new river gorge with very scenic drives. We will be back!.

My husband and I stayed her for a week with our two dogs. It exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect secluded stay. We had a great time exploring the property and taking in all the beautiful views. We loved the fact there were multiple places with chairs to sit and look out. Our only regret is we didn’t book it for two weeks. Next year we plan on returning for a longer stay. James has a wonderful place and had great local recommendations. We got the local trout from the IGA and enjoyed a soak in the near by hot springs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to any friends and family members. We loved every minute of our stay.
